I paid the €10 to Bicigrino to provide a procedure for the transfer of my rental bike back to the store. I went to the HOSPEDERÍA SAN MARTIN PINARIO, filled out a luggage tag, and a hotel form (not a SEUR form) as instructed, which defines the shipping address and info. From what I can ascertain, no one at the hotel bothered to notify SEUR. When I contacted the hotel they said not their problem, contact Bicigrino or SEUR. Well I can not contact SEUR as they do not have the bike. I contacted Bicigrino via email and they responded twice, then have not responded since. So to that €10 fee to Bicigrino is going to cost me €2,500 to replace the bike. The "service" Bicigrino "provides" is a fraud. They only provide a "procedure" where no one is responsible and no one will resolve any issue, you would be better off just giving away your bike to some poor child in Santiago, you would be €10 richer and less stressed and frustrated about the whole process. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WISH TO SEE YOUR BIKE AGAIN!

Die Fahrräder waren perfekt für den camino, der Service mit verschiedenen Läden im Land ist auch sehr gut und er hat uns die Fahrräder durch ganz Spanien bis vor die Haustür gefahren.
