Eva and her Team were really helpful and responsive. The apartment that I rented was equipped with nearly everything that I needed for my stay. Would definitely do it again!

Location for temporarily staying in BCN is perfect and service is nice, even when there were unexpected issues in, all were fixed.

No nos dejaban ni dormir en el sofá. (Aunque cueste creerlo)
Teníamos alquilado para 4 personas, un piso de 2 habitaciones con 3 camas y claro, uno dormía en el sofá.
Pues al pedirle la posibilidad de un colchón ya que dormía uno en el amenazaron con largarnos.

La cocina fatal, las sartenes reventadas el tostador sin funcionar saltando el general de la luz al enchufarse.

El baño obstruido al llegar, la puerta corredera rota, un precio carísimo para la pésima calidad que ofrecen

En cuanto a la devolución de la fianza tardan 2 meses a lo pronto.

No se me ocurriría en la vida volver, experiencia nefasta en la rambla. Buscar otras alternativas.

Everything is top notch. I've stayed in two of their properties for short term (2 to 3 month) stays, and not only have I not had a problem, but they've gone above and beyond when it comes to service.

DO NOT use this agency. If you have a problem they will NOT help you and still charge you for the full stay. In my case they refunded me with 5€ after may stay did not have the wifi they promised. It is insulting!

Evitar esta agencia a toda costa. Trabajo con personas que vienen a Barcelona temporalmente y muchos de ellos me han advertido de que EasyFlat es un desastre, no responden a los problemas, las fotos no corresponden con los apartamentos, los servicios que ofrecen en el anuncio no se cumple en realidad, etc.

Si tienes una buena experiencia con esta agencia, será pura suerte. Me dedico a asesorar estudiantes que vienen durante unos meses a Barcelona y muchos me han hablado mal de EasyFlat. Tienen un buen marketing y buenas fotos, pero no os van a ayudar si tenéis un problema, y eso es lo más importante cuando estás fuera de casa. No estoy aquí para recomendar ninguna otra agencia (yo no me dedico a alquilar pisos, sino solo a asesorar). Si podéis evitar EasyFlat, hacedlo!

Do not use this agency. They are not honest, they will try to scam you! Worst experience ever. They take advantage of people who don't know the city. Eva, please learn some customer service.

I booked the stay at EasyFlat BCN and everything looks quite good.

Place was clean and the assistance was really good.

Bathroom is really small and neighbourhood is little bit noisy. Plus that there is alarm in the apartment.

De las mejores agencias de turismo de la ciudad. Contraté sus servicios para unos amigos que venían de visita y todo fue muy bien. Las chicas muy agradables cuidaron de todos los detalles y de nuestras necesidades sin problemas. Una excelente relación con el cliente.

I rented an apartment for a whole month and could not have had a worse experience. The apartment seemed bright and nice in pictures but due to the construction in front (which they told us would have minimal noise) blocked out all sunlight. They also have a fee of 10 euros PER NIGHT you have a guest over - which is quite literally the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard. Furthermore, the apartment was dirty when we got there and they had a hissy fit when we asked for it to be re cleaned. Eventually, the noise in the countruction, the pain job (which we did not know about) and the interior construction (also was unnawere) before became too much and we asked to terminate our contract early. The woman in the office had a massive fit and called me annoying and said theres nothing she can do about it and might as well stop calling her. They eventually agreed to let us out before and refunded us for those days. The wifi sucks also, and they said it wasnt their problem. WOULD NOT recomend whatsoever to anyone

Hola! Estuve en Barcelona desde marzo hasta fines de mayo y en ese tiempo me aloje en Sant Pere alt 66 2° 2, un departamento luminoso, comodísimo y excelentemente ubicado. La experiencia fue muy buena. Desde el punto de vista turístico está muy cerca de plaza Catalunya y del metro con lo cual te comunicas con todos los barrios de Barcelona muy fácil. Caminando decidía si ir a Passeig de Gracia, el barrio Gótico, el Born, o con un poco mas de tiempo la Barceloneta. Todo muy fácil y accesible.
Otro punto muyyy importante son María y Eva de Easyflat que hicieron mi estadía muy confortable resolviendo cualquier duda o consulta.
No lo duden, consulten con ellas! Espero volver pronto!

Highly recommended. No hidden fees. Stayed in an apartment in central Barcelona in north El Born for three months. A great renovated place. Staff is very easy to communicate with and honestly seems to care.

I stayed in several apartments for both business and holidays. All were very nicely located and decorated, and clean as well. The hostess was so nice and helpful and she knew exactly where to go for a day trip or a fun night out.

How Not To Run a Company is how EasyFlatBCN treats people. We rented an apartment on La Rambla not knowing that EasyFlat would be in charge of our rental (as we had booked via a whole different agency). And it was to be our great misfortune to be handed over to EasyFlat! They managed to ruin our stay in Barcelona: First of all, when we checked into our apartment we noticed many things wrong with the place and repeatedly requested for a follow-up on the issues. The manager of EasyFlat got extremely defensive and preferred to deny our issues, which were rather big, such as no wifi in the bedroom, five minute hot showers, and an overwhelming stench coming from the bathroom. But the manager lady of EasyFlat was extremely unpleasant about our concerns, and even shouted at us at some point. Very strange way to treat your clients when they are paying you a lot of money for a flat. But it got worse: Three weeks into our one month stay, the manager lady suddenly barges into our apartment, unannounced and drunk (I kid you not), demanding us to sign ''A Contract'' and ''Pay a 500 Euro Deposit' Fee'. Utterly surreal. Who demands a contract and deposit 3 weeks after we moved in? Why didn't they give us a contract, and ask for the deposit, on day one, which would have probably protected US (and at that point we needed our rights as tenants). We almost had to call the police as she was extremely violent and overbearing, and not in a state to reason with. We told her they as EasyFlat need to take responsibility for their oversight of not bringing us the contract from the beginning, which just set her off even more. We were literally hostage in our own rental apartment. She proceeded to cut off the water, take my pair of keys, and threaten us with eviction. Get this: The rental company is threatening well-behaved tenants who paid their full rent with eviction. It was unbelievable and I decided to record and film it as evidence as it's just so inexcusable. Worst experience imaginable with EasyFlatBCN's manager, and we felt helpless as she was apparently the boss so we had no supervisor to turn to.

An unfortunate experience for us.

We enjoyed meeting the owner of EasyFlat when we arrived at our apartment but did run into issues. Electricity not working in the apartment daily depending on what appliances were turned on, the bathroom door did not close and would lock you inside if accidentally closed, the oven did not work as advertised and upon forgetting something in the apartment we are unable to retrieve our property. Part of the ceiling between two supporting beams would also fall off and onto the ground in the kitchen when there was heavy steps/movement from the floors above (pictured).

Not at the fault of the owner especially considering her office is next door but we also witnessed an assault/robbery outside our front door and the robbery of the shop directly across the the apartment which we needed to call the police for.
