EasySleep Barcelona Apartments

En la calle Valencia a pocos metros de La Diagonal, y a 5 minutos de La Sagrada Familia y de otros edificios emblemáticos de la ciudad.
Acogedor y con todos los servicios necesarios. Acceso a una terraza privada con cenador, rincón con mucho encanto.
Limpieza destacable.
Atención por parte del personal inmejorable.

Fuimos 4 personas y era muy amplia.
Limpio y cálido lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Me quedo con ellos desde hace 3 meses y me encanta. El apartamento, la ubicación, los servicios y la seguridad son geniales. Está completamente amueblado y no necesitas nada para moverte. Me gustaría agradecer al Sr. Santi y a la Sra. Laura por estar ahí en cada paso y ambos fueron de gran ayuda.

I stayed with my family and we were very pleased with the apartment. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the Sagrada Familia and from Paseo de Gracia.
The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The rooms are a little bit tight, but we only used them to sleep.

Respondem às mensagens e solicitações. Tiraram a persiana do nosso quarto e acordábamos com o sol na cara e a nossa pequena acordava tipo 5: 30. Ele mentiram para mim dizendo que eram todos os apartamentos que estavam assim, mas não estavam e não fizeram questão nenhuma de pensar em possibilidades para nós ajudar. Inclusive a moça ainda veio dar lição de moral que eu tinha que ensinar minha filha a dormir no claro. Vai tchatcha. Aposto que ela não gosta de dormir no quarto claro, mas as crianças precisam adorar, né?

Estuve con mi familia y quedamos muy satisfechos con el apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta. A poca distancia de la Sagrada Familia y del Paseo de Gracia.
El apartamento está muy bien equipado y cómodo. Las habitaciones son un poco estrechas, pero solo las usamos para dormir.

Es un buen lugar y no mucho más, ya que sus únicas cualidades redentoras son la increíble ubicación y el personal amable y servicial. El personal atendió todas nuestras solicitudes y fue bastante agradable. Y la ubicación es realmente excelente: todas las principales atracciones turísticas están a poca distancia a pie del apartamento o accesibles a través de conexiones cercanas al transporte público (10 minutos a pie de la Sagrada Familia y 25 minutos con el transporte público al Camp Nou, por ejemplo)
Todo lo demás es pasable y deja mucho que desear: la propiedad es ruidosa ya que da directamente a una calle bastante transitada. Tampoco hay insonorización entre los apartamentos separados, por lo que te acercarás a tus vecinos, independientemente de si están celebrando una fiesta o simplemente conversando en voz alta. En el apartamento donde nos alojamos, la caldera de agua caliente no estaba instalada correctamente o estaba rota: te duchabas con agua muy caliente o helada. El aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba lo suficientemente bien y no podía enfriar la habitación. La cama en la que dormimos era endeble y el marco se sentía inseguro y el colchón seguía moviéndose incluso mientras dormíamos, ya que no estaba firmemente instalado en el marco.
Dado todo eso, en realidad solo está pagando por la ubicación, lo que también cuestiona la necesidad del depósito de seguridad que paga a su llegada.
En general, es un gran lugar si está haciendo mucho turismo y no pasa mucho tiempo en la propiedad. Si desea pasar un tiempo y relajarse en la propiedad o dormir bien por la noche, es posible que deba hacer algunos compromisos.

The location was great closer to all the scenic spots. My only bad experience is the sound insulation of the apartment is bad and really bad.not recommend anyone who does not sleep well

Responder a mensajes y solicitudes. Quitaron las persianas de nuestra habitación y nos despertamos con el sol en la cara y nuestro pequeño se despertó como a las 5: 30. Me mintieron diciendo que todos los apartamentos eran así, pero no lo eran y no querían pensar en posibilidades para que ayudáramos. Incluso la niña incluso vino a darme una lección moral que tenía que enseñarle a mi hija para dormir a la intemperie. Vaya chacha. Apuesto a que no le gusta dormir en la habitación iluminada, pero a los niños les tiene que encantar, ¿verdad?

Alojamiento perfecto para grupos grandes. Éramos 3 parejas y una sola dama, había una habitación privada para todos. La única desventaja es que solo tiene una terraza y está en uno de los dormitorios, por lo que no es fácil acceder a ella si quieres fumar.

Muy inseguro, nos robaron en todas las habitaciones, a mi familia y a mi, perdimos más
De $4,000 en efectivo y joyas, no lo recomiendo, nadie garantiza nada!

This place is a great place to stay in Barcelona! Close to all attractions, good restaurants and cafes, and also it is really close to all transportation points! I would recommend it as well, as the apartments are clean, comfortable and fully equipped- very modern style! All 5 stars to Laura and the team from EasySleep!

NO TE QUEDES AQUÍ! Nos robaron a todos los que nos hospedamos en estos apartamentos. Toda la familia alquilamos 4 apartamentos y en todos se metieron a robar sin forzar la puerta, lo extraño es que, todos llegamos en días diferentes y el día que salimos por la tarde a hacer turismo se metieron a todos los apartamentos y nos robaron cosas personales, dinero en efectivo y joyas. Lo peor que los propietarios no muestran interés alguno en solucionar el problema y aparentemente esto es algo que pasa hace años. Todo parece que la misma administración está involucrado en esto.
Es una estafa total.
NO TE QUEDES EN ESTE APARTAMENTO.

Estupendos apartamentos en el corazón de Barcelona. A poca distancia de muchas atracciones famosas. El personal es servicial y eficiente.

No se hospeden en estos apartamentos, porque roban!

Mientras usted sale a hacer turismo, los vándalos entran y roban. Las llaves tarjetas están duplicadas, la gerencia dice que es culpa del huésped.es decir, ¿es culpa mía querer hospedarme en su apartamento? … deberían de poner seguridad y responder por las pérdidas.

La ubicación era estupenda, más cerca de todos los lugares pintorescos. Mi única mala experiencia es que el aislamiento acústico del apartamento es malo, muy malo. No lo recomiendo a nadie que no duerma bien.

Il n'y avait AUCUNE sécurité: deux portes de la baie vitrée donnant sur le jardin (et accessibles facilement) étaient fracturées (impossible de les fermer à clé). Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui ne s'est pas déplacé et n'a rien proposé pour palier à ce problème. Nous avons donc passé quatre jours et trois nuits sur Barcelone sans pouvoir sécuriser nos affaires (ni dormir tranquilles sachant que nous étions avec nos 3 enfants). Nous aurions toléré certains défauts tels que le manque d'insonorisation et la VMC défaillante mais ce manque de communication et de sécurité a gâché notre séjour.
Le logement était très bien situé et il était spacieux. L'équipement de la cuisine était suffisant.

It was my first trip to Barcelona and I'm really happy that I stayed at EasySleep Apartments.
Great location - it's in a couple minutes of walking from the most famous beautiful landmarks.
Apartment was very comfortable, clean and with nice interior. I think next time I would stay there again.

El departamento muy confortable, lindo y practico.la empresa nos atendio de maravillas, lo recomiendo!

El apto no esta mal.pero llegar a la 1: 30am cansado del aeropuerto con maletas y con un bebe y tener que subir todo al 2do piso por escaleras NO MOLA

I haven’t stayed here, but as a neighbour of this building it is very upsetting that you don’t tell your guest that people live around them, it’s Monday night past midnight I have a to hear a bunch of ladies screaming over the window.
No respect, when I call over the phone, and says that is not your building cause the problem, make me feel extremely annoyed.
Easy sleep maybe for your guest, for the people that we live here, it’s pretty hard sleep

Si quieres hacer turismo Barato en BCN y no te quieres gastar mucho en alojamiento, este es tu hotel ideal!

I like staying in Aparthotels for the kitchen. Even though I don't usually cook while I'm away, it's still nice to have the option. Easy Sleep caught my eye for this reason, it was cheaper than most hotels, and it was in a neighborhood that was easily accessible to everything we wanted to see/do. Here are some of the pros/cons:

Cons:
-No toiletries
-Dusty surfaces. Not sure when's the last time they gave the place a wipe down because even the dining room table was dusty
-You have to take out your own trash. But this might also be a Barcelona/Spain thing because I saw dumpsters on every street
-They were repainting something right outside our unit, so the paint smells drifted into our apartment
-Shower-head was faulty. It wouldn't really stay up on its own
-Heat didn't work for the first night. We thought we were just setting it wrong. But when the lights went out on the second evening, we decided to have them check on the heat too. After they fixed it, it was fine
-Has a full kitchen but no paper towels or napkins or any sort
-Early check out at 10 am

Pros:
-Good location in Eixample. You are about a 10-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, and there are plenty of (good) restaurants within a 10-minute walk
-There's a balcony, so you can enjoy your coffee/wine out there
-Beds and pillows were pretty comfy
-Plenty of different supermarkets nearby
-There's a washing machine. No dryer but there's a drying rack

Overall, I would say the cons outweigh the pros. When I visit Barcelona again, I don't think I'll choose Easy Sleep.

El departamento es muy lindo, cómodo y bien equipado, pero huele mal, algunos enchufes no funcionan y la recepción cierra los domingos.

All'ultimo minuto ci hanno cambiato appartamento con uno che probabilmente era abitato da persone molto poco pulite (e ovviamente non l'hanno pulito prima di consegnarlo a noi)

We came from Germany to Barcelona and we used the Metro to come to the Apartment (you need about 30 minutes). Everything is clean. It’s near Sagrada Familia and you can walk in the center respectively to the Shopping street Passeig de Gracia in few minutes. I recommend this apartment!

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!
Stayed here for 3 days with a bunch of friends and we got robbed while we have been away the whole day to explore the city. All valuable belongings got stolen. Just after we notice we contacted the landlord to inform her and ask for help - she did not really seem to be suprised and was not really helpful either. She showed up at the apartment 40 min after we called. It was for sure not the first time this happened at EasySleep and the landlords don't really seem to care or take measures against it.

We‘ve stayed at the apartment for 3 days and got robbed the last day as someone got into our apartment with false keys.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend to stay there as literally everything got stolen and the landlords weren’t very helpful yet.
I think that happens quite a lot of times as
there is a sign in the hall that says „Please lock your door twice as there is a wave of burglaries“.
The police told us that there a many burglary cases in this area.

Stay away!

DO NOT BOOK EASY SLEEP!
As we stayed here for 3 days (8people), we got robbed during the day while we were sightseeing. Apparently, the keys got copied and it was easy for the burglars to enter the apartment. Maybe the housekeeping where involved as well.
Everything got stolen - expensive & valuable things and even clothes.
When we came back to the apartment, we called the police and contacted the landlord. She was neither really helpful nor friendly. 40min later she and the police showed up and we have got told that at this Easy Sleep accommodation had been several break-ins reported. The landlords don't really seem to care or take measures against it and we are still fighting for the insurance to pay.

DONT BOOK THIS APARTMENT! We stayed at this apartment during Easter. Even though the apartment is located in a tourist friendlich area (near Sagrada Familia) the house is guarded very poorly. The robbers used a fake key to get into our apartment and stole EVERYTHING.
No Safe in the apartment to secure your belongings.

We stayed in this apartment over the Easter holidays and got robbed on Sunday, 01.04.2018. The robbers used false keys to enter the apartment. I would not recommend staying at this apartment, as everything with a value got stolen. Moreover, the landlord wasn’t very helpful.
Apparently, the apartments in the building have been robbed quite often in the past as there signs in the hallway saying: „Please lock your door twice as there is a wave of burglaries“.

Do not stay in this apartment!

El agua caliente es un termo de 100 litros
Es muy antiguo le hicieron la cocina nueva pero el resto esta muy viejo, incluso un baño que es nuevo las tuberias van a la vista.
Puertas y ventanas de madera viejisima
En general todo muy mal.
