FUI A VER UN PISO DE ALQUILER EN VILADECANS Y EL COMERCIAL ME DIJO QUE PODÍA PRESENTAR UN AVAL PARA EL ALQUILER Y ASÍ LO HICE.
AL DÍA SIGUIENTE ME ESCRIBE EDUARD DICIÉNDOME QUE NO SÓN SUFICIENTES LOS INGRESOS, LE CONTESTO PARA QUE ME ARGUMENTE POR QUE PRESENTANDO UN AVAL DE IMPORTE ECONÓMICO ALTO TAMPOCO ES SUFICIENTE Y NO SABE RESPONDERME.
LO LLAMO POR TELÉFONO Y PRIMERO ME LO COGE UNA CHICA Y ME DICE QUE ÉL ESTA OCUPADO, LUEGO ME LO PASA A ÉL Y DE MANERA CHULA Y PREPOTENTE ME CONTESTA QUE YA ME LO HA EXPLICADO BIEN CLARO Y QUE MEJOR NO PUEDE EXPLICARMELO QUE PARECE QUE LE ESTÉ TOMANDO EL PELO (POR NO LLAMARME TONTA) Y ACTO SEGUIDO ME CUELGA DEJANDOME CON LA PALABRA EN LA BOCA.

SEÑOR EDUADRDO, ES USTED UN PREPOTENTE Y UN MALEDUCADO!
Y VIENDO LAS RESEÑAS QUE USTED TIENE, BUENO, QUE TU TIENES, PORQUE NO TE MERECES NI MIS RESPETOS, NO TE MERECES MENOS!

En el año 2021 las reseñas y valoraciones reflejan la calidad y la profesionalidad de una empresa. Más aún cuando no responde ninguna y su actividad online debería ser preferencial.

Patetica la atención de fulano “eduardo”, no se como trabaja de agente inmobiliario, patético de verdad

Si pudiera, le daría cero estrellas.
Llegamos dos minutos tarde para ver el apartamento y no había nadie. Luego no contestó el teléfono.

El caballero oriach, tiene un gran problema de discriminación, me tuvo día a día por un mes, que siempre me pedía más requisitos, nunca fueron suficientes y desde el principio fue por ser extranjera, jamás me habían pedido tantos requisitos en un lugar y cumplidos por supuesto, debería ser claro y no hacer perder el tiempo. Me sentí ultrajada y altamente discriminada. Todo por ser extranjera. Decidí no alquilar el local que quería. Que falta de respeto.

Tienen precios muy competitivos en el mercado! Pero su funcionamiento para realizar visitas en pisos de alquiler es demasiado complicado, con un comercial de día otro de tarde y estos tienen diferentes teléfonos, uno no puede tomar nota del otro, llevan agendas distintas. Toda la organización es demasiada complicada como esta gestionada! A demás entregamos Papeles y a día de hoy aún estamos esperando una respuesta, una llamada o cualquier contestación -Alguna cosa. En resumen buenos precios pero muy engorroso y bastante desastre todo el conjunto.

Don’t use this company.

Went to the office. Gave over all the documents to rent a flat on Wednesday. Eduardo personally promised that he would call me on Friday to confirm whether we had the flat or not. I called him on Friday morning when he told me again that he would call me later or if not send an email. Friday afternoon came and no call, no email. I tried calling back but no answer and then the office was closed.

During this time my friend and I are homeless staying on sofas, as Eduardo was made aware of, so not only was it unprofessional but just thoughtless and rude not to call and let me know either way.

It is now Monday morning. I have called about 15 times starting at 8am as their phone message says they are open 8-15h. No answer until 9am. Then he is busy. I leave my name and number. No call back. I call again and he is too busy to talk. Still nothing.

Then my friend calls pretending to be someone else and eventually gets through to the infamous Eduardo who tells him he needs to look at the emails and check. It turns out the property was rented on Friday last week and we were not informed.

An incredibly unprofessional way to deal with people. It seems that they are only interested in getting their own commission than helping the people who have come in to try and use their business.

Definitely won’t be using them again and would strongly encourage anyone else to avoid using them too.
