Todo lo compro aqui y de momento siempre muy bien y pensar que he comprado varios mòbils y tablets un dron altavoces nevera ràdios menaje de cocina tostadora calefactor exprimidor de cítrics cuchillos sartenes muy buenas una lavadora auriculares inalambricos un reproductor de discos de vinilo y yo que se mas un Montón de cosas y siempre muy bien y los preciós són muy buenos igual que la càlidad lo recomiendo a todos. Sobretodo en el black friday que tienen muchos productes al 20 por ciento de descuento
Compramos una nevera por una urgencia y fuimos atendidos por Juan Carlos. Desde el primer momento de su asesoramiento hasta la descarga de la misma en nuestra vivienda (me ayudó él a subirla y se lo agradecemos mucho) todo genial! Repetiremos sin dudarlo. Gracias!
Muy mala atencion al cliente, por 2 veces nos dieron tarado un mismo artículo, buenas palabras y a la hora de la verdad, solo quedó en eso, palabras, no volveré a comprar ahí
I bought a tablet from them with the intention of using it to read e-books during the summer on the beach. I took it home. Left it to charge for 4 hours. It would not start. I took it straight back to the shop. They first told me it was my fault for misusing it. I asked for a refund and was denied. They then told me that they would have to send it back to their "central" to ask if they would be willing to repair it. I then waited 6 weeks for them to decide that it was not my fault and supply a replacement one. No beach reading that year.
Today, I bought a television from them for €379. I took a taxi home with it. I plugged it and the screen was broken. I took it back to the shop within half an hour of purchase, and their standard line was that I must have broken it and they would not replace nor refund it. Mr Sanchez of their store stated that if the television was in a box it is impossible that it could have been broken when sold.
Look at the attached photograph. This is the exact same model which I bought, mine was standing upright adjacent to the one in the photo. Not only is storing them on the shop floor in that way a danger to health and safety, it is easy to see how a child could have knocked it over and broken the screen,
Googling "what percentage of TV's are sold with broken screens" will also show that anywhere between 1-5% of new TVs (more among lower cost brands) are sold by retailers, boxed, with broken screens.
To have been called a liar by their manager, it's sick. It's wrong. I'm a programmer and build my own computers, I know how to treat technology.
They have €379 of my money, and have given me nothing.
Horrible company, vile people, cheats, villains.
You´ll notice that every time you go to the shop there are people trying to return things which don't work. That should tell you all you need to know.
