Ofrecen un muy buen servicio para mi apartamento. Gestión sería. Muy innovadores en tecnologías. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Recently visited Barcelona and I had a great experience with enjoyapartments! The rooms were very clean and just like on the pictures, the service was quick, easy and personal and the location was amazing. I recommend it and would like to come back again!

Liked - The location of the apartment is great. There are many restaurants nearby and it is about 10 blocks from Placa Catalunya and Placa Espanya. It is also quite close to bus and train stops. It presented clean and comfortable and is a good size for four persons. The kitchen was well equipped although we never cooked. We found the washing machine very handy. This apartment has a street view and balcony. We appreciated it but others need to be aware that this comes with a good bit of street noise.
Disliked · Although we arrived early, we gave adequate notice of our arrival and reminded the "key holder" of our arrival time when we departed the airport. We again phoned when we arrived at the apartment but still had to wait an hour before he showed. He also didn't have good knowledge of the apartment. The larger bathroom had cracks in the tiles and signs of water damage. The window louvers could use a re-paint and repair. We stayed for two weeks and were disappointed to learn that there was no towel or sheet replacement after one week. Unfortunately, after a few days, construction in the street produced a lot of noise and made it uncomfortable to remain in the apartment. The key gave problems opening the door at times. The agents have an online presence and were difficult to communicate with. I prefer a face to face experience. The web site does not give a true representation of which apartment you will get, nor do the agents give you an insight once you have booked. Its a bit of a lottery.

Rented a nice apartments for my parents. Good service, clean and when there was a light broken they came to fix it within the hour. Recommendable.

Appartement spacieux, simple mais super sympa.
Quartier tranquille. 30 min à pied de l'hyper centre.
Propreté impeccable.
Prix plus que raisonnable pour 5 ou 6 person es.
Je recommande.

Péssima experiência. Não poderiam colocar para alugar um imóvel assim. Só pintura e alguns móveis "novos" não são o suficiente para um apartamento se alugado.
Ficamos esperando na rua quase uma hora a moça chegar para nos entregar as chaves.
No site de aluguel, indicava que o check-in teria alguém para nos receber porém, após a confirmação foram enviandos e-mails solicitando documentos isto deveria estar especificado no site para podermos ficar atentos aos emails.
O apartamento é enorme porém, janelas e venesianas não fecham. Existe containers de lixos na frente do edifio e como as janelas não fechavam, o barulho era muito grande, todo o dia, desde muito cedo!
Um dos quartos não tem cortina então, além do frio, entrava claridade da rua.
Não fizeram um check-up no apartamento antes de alugá-lo. Máquina de lavar roupas não estava funcionando, teve que ir um técnico arrumar. Ficamos sem água quente por toda nossa estadia, quase uma semana, pois não descobriram o problema do aquecedor (meu marido descobriu no último dia). BANHO FRIO! E quando a água esquentava um pouco, logo esfriava.
Foi uma péssima (e cara) escolha de estadia. PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, NÃO RECOMENDO!
