Ubicación. Ubicación. Ubicación. Este apartamento no podría estar mejor posicionado para visitar Barcelona. Brillantemente limpio, bien equipado y cómodo. Vista espectacular mientras toma su café de la mañana. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una estancia agradable en Barcelona. Bien vale la pena el precio.

Olvide un altavoz en un apartamento y desapareció. No pasaron 24 horas y ya había desaparecido.el chico que nos alquilo el apartamento no hizo nada por buscarlo, mintió diciendo que no habían ido a limpiar cuando se le contacto, otro día decía que la casa después de una semana todavía no habían pasado a limpiar, después era que si había pasado el y las limpiadoras pero no estaba. ¡si te olvidas algo de valor en un apartamento dalo por perdido! Si los audios Andrew los tengo y cada día decía algo diferente hasta que comento que eran las limpiadoras de confianza de la empresa.cuando estuvimos de última en Montaner 82 nos quejamos poco de las goteras y la humedad de una de las habitaciones y yo esperaba una solución que no fuese una medio disculpa dejando caer que es raro lo del altavoz como si fuese mentira.en Montaner tuve mi habitación con humedad y nos quejamos poco, pero se pierde el altavoz de 150 euros y no me voy a quedar como si nada, ese altavoz lo tiene la primera persona que piso el apartamento después de irnos

Unlimited és un lugar muy especial dónde puedes observar toda la ciudad a 360 grados! Una maravilla!

Mi chico y yo fuimos a visitar Barcelona por una semana y nos hospedamos en el apartamento MARINA, una chulada al que no le falta detalle, Enjoy Bcn es una empresa de lo más TOP! Con un equipo súper profesional, atento y muy amigable!
Recomiendo Enjoy Bcn al cien por cien y lo grito a los cuatro vientos ️ Chapó!

People receives you great service and attention and the floor has a great aroma sensation

Only complaints are that it has pretty poor lighting at night, bathroom door is a sliding glass door and kinda hard to move, and the shower doesn't have a curtain so you have to be careful to not get water everywhere. Otherwise it's really nice, even has a cleaner that comes every few days.

We rented an apartment for a year. It was a great apartment, in a good location (Clot). After the year, EnjoyBCN returned our full deposit with no quibbles - which I hear is not always the case for agencies in BCN.

Even after we left, they have been very helpful and have no problem with filling in forms for our new place - even though it is in German.

The downsides: the flat was filthy on arrival and we had to clean it. Two cleaners were sent when we asked, and they spent 2 hours there - and got the worst of the dirt off. But it was really a 2 day job. Most repairs which were needed were done very promptly when they were pointed out, but one heating pad on the hob remained broken for the whole year.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this agency. Honest, attentive, and they speak English. Yo apprendo Casillano pero poco poco - so being able to call and talk in English was very helpful.

I booked a villa for October 29th for two nights on 6th October via EnjoyBCN through Airbnb. After confirmation I realised to my horror, I had not made an enquiry but actually booked the wrong villa and location. Airbnb did state that the cancelation policy was "strict" and I would only get back 50% and it was up to EnjoyBCN to give back the other half. As I realised my booking mistake within the same day I booked it, I contacted EnjoyBCN for a refund of the other 50%. They refused. Airbnb said it was down to their discretion. I understand if this booking was very near to the arrival time or I realized my mistake a few days later, but I spotted the mistake within the same day of booking. I find this attitude very ruthless, inflexible and unsympathetic to the client. I would not use this company in the future.

Stunning apartment and fantastic location. Service team were very professional and polite. Gaining access to the apartment was so easy, didn't have to go to their offices unlike many other operatives. Highly recommended. Thank you:)

Une horreur! De la pisse partout dans les toilettes en arrivant, des serviettes sales partout dans l'appartement alors que nous sommes arrivés à 15: 30, le ménage pas fait. La personne qu'on a appelé désagréable comme jamais qui nous dit que le ménage ne pourra être fait avant le lendemain matin de notre arrivée pour je ne sais quel raison. La vaisselle sale était encore dans le lavabo. Bref, je ne le conseille vraiment à personne, mieux vaut se tourner vers un Airbnb plus classique!

Els veïns estem FARTS d'aquests apartaments: sorolls, filtracions, música a la nit, etc. I no fan RES al respecte. Tenen un telèfon d'atenció 24h que és una inutilitat perquè no solucionen res fora de l'horari laboral de l'empresa. Encara que truquis a la Urbana els problemes persisteixen. Durant l'estiu i esdeveniments clau com el Primavera Sound o el Sónar és una TORTURA. Volem respecte i descans!
