We all know how hard it is to find a good accommodation in Barcelona, people had told me from the beginning that it wont be an easy task knowing how high the demand is. Based on this information i decided to contact Enter CoLiving, they are a very professional real estate agency, their team is always eager to help and this is what they offered me from the begining.

Their service is really prompt, whenever there was an issue with internet or any other maintenance problem they are the best in fixing them is a quick and professional manner. Enter CoLiving offers long therm contracts which can be really helpful in enrolling yourself as a Spanish citizen for Empadrona and as well for the health insurance.

I truly recommend this agency since their services were more than helpful and their team is very understanding of any of your issue and they will do their best to solve the issue and help you.

Only good words in regards to Enter CoLiving, trust them as i did and you will not be dissapointed. Hopefully i will come back and i will still contact them knowing that their business is professional and will always do their best to help you find a room.

Las personas de limpieza y mantenimiento muy agradables y respetuosas. Cada vez cuando pasaba algo, nos ayudaron mucho.

They have been super helpful with all the requests we had during my stay. I had a concern one regarding the payments and their team explained everything with a meeting in person.

We have a couple of things that needed to get fixed in our apartment in the old city center and scanned the QR code several times to get in contact with their maintenance team. It took a couple of days but when they came over they fixed everything.

In the beginning I had some questions regarding my check in. I didn’t know all the numbers yet out of my head and after calling with the customer service team they told me that all the information is sent by email. Tip: consider already preparing the beds for everyone that is doing a check-in. I checked in late and needed to still buy all the bed linens. I would be willing to pay a bit extra for it.

Our apartment have been calling them several times to make clear to change two light bulbs in the apartment. Their team told us that they work a list of priority and they with all respect this was not the most urgent on the list, but what do they know about what is urgent and what not? At the end of that week their maintenance team came over to replace them and apologized to us.

I had a good connection with their team that was picking up the phone. Once I was late for my rent payment because I lost my card and they made an exception for me to pay 2 days later via a different way

L managed to rent a room in their building in Poblesec and what I loved most is at the end of the day on the shared rooftop terrace to have a drink when the sun is going down.

A room in the city center of Barcelona. They helped me a lot with the documents for registering myself in the city council which btw was a horrible bureaucratic process which I finally sorted after needing to visit two different municipality offices.

Everyone, make sure to check the discounts you can get when you show your rental contract with the local collaborations they have. My all time favorite is the Fish & Chips restaurant and I used to go to the bootcamp group workouts in the beginning when I didn’t know that much people yet.

I have been staying in one of Enter Coliving's rooms for the past 6 months. This was a great experience! When I will come back to Barcelona in the future I will definitely come back to Enter:)

Had an amazing studio apartment right in the city center of Barcelona. All bars and restaurants on just 5 minute walking distance and discount tickets with collaborating local companies.

You could see that different generations of tenants have been living in the apartments. Some people take good care of the apartments to make it a nice house and others don’t care at all.

They still owe me the deposit. Thieves!
I stayed until the end of my contract, all in good terms, but they assumed I wanted to stay so they renewed the contract without my consent even though I told them I was leaving by the end of the contract.
And, in addition, they finished a friend's contract right away without even talking to him about the next month.
So if you are looking for a trustful company, don't contact them.

We moved into a new building that they are managing and it took them some times to get the airconditioning working and there were a lot of pigeons. After sending them several messages they managed to fix the electric installation and hang a bird net. Just a bit too late because my contract was already almost ending.

Over the time of a year that I have been staying in their apartment close to the Sagrada Familia it became obvious that the kitchen needed to be renewed. After a couple of messages sent from everyone in the apartment they changed it.

Reading some of the bad stories out there can be giving you goosebumps at times. Multiple people have been having bad experience with high unexpected energy bills being distracted from the deposit but honestly all of that hasn’t been happening with me. We had problems with the heating system during my stay and they made sure to fix it the same week.

Have been living in their building next to the Ramblas in the city center and it was close to everything I needed. 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, 1 minute to be in the city center, and also close to all popular bars and restaurants. My time in Barcelona couldn’t be better.

For my graduation year I just wanted to check in and think about nothing anymore & at times doing a party. Everything was taken care off and I had a good connection with their team and especially the cleaner Nancy.

Keep up the good work guys! We have been collaborating already for many years improving the coliving apartments and it is very cool to see the change. Highly recommended

Soy nueva en su equipo de trabajo y hasta ahora me ha encantado ser parte de esta gran familia.

I needed to wait too long time on receiving my deposit back. Although they apologized and sent it to me after, this should be managed way better from their side.

What I liked most was their community events. I joined their beach event and they brought drinks from a collaborating company called flava.

Customer service slow at times and the state of the apartment could be better. One of the nice things was the cleaning person which we saw every week.

Mix between a hotel and long stay apartment experience. Their welcome package with goodies was welcoming.
