No puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente. Estuve mirando prácticamente todos los sitios de Barcelona, ​​ya que vine a hacer mi primer brasileño completo y la verdad que me daba un poco de miedo hacerlo por mi piel sensible. Si eres como yo, ¡no busques más! Estoy súper feliz de haber ido aquí, mi cita fue con Guisselle y ella no pudo estar mejor, muy tranquila y gentil, ¡y el tratamiento casi no me dolió!

Pedí cita, llegué a la hora acordada, esperé, nadie me atendió. Me despedí y me fui.impresión negativa, pérdida de tiempo

Por un tratamiento necesitaba hacerme un drenaje linfático, fui a la hora reservada y no había nadie, esperé 15 minutos y nada, llamé y no tuve respuesta. Fui a la otra sucursal y la chica me dice que hubo un error y que volviera a las 18hrs. Al volver la masajista, que por cierto, muy mal educada, me dice que no me hará el masaje.
Este local es una vergüenza!

Pire endroit que j’ai pu expérimenté sur Barcelone pour un massage. Prestation plus que médiocre. Un massage qui a duré bien moins longtemps que prévu. Je ne suis pas sure que la personne avait un diplôme ou quoi que ce soit dans le massage. En plus de tout cela, manque d’hygiène.

Empecé por comprar 6 sesiones (axilas-piernas completas-inglés). NADA cambió así que se lo comenté a la dueña y me ofreció (muchas gracias por ello) 6 sesiones más (con media pierna en vez de pierna completa). Después de 12 sesiones y más de un año de tratamiento, nada ha cambiado. He perdido tiempo y dinero. Además, me hicieron esperar 3 veces unos 30 minutos para nada ya que nadie acudió a las citas (me pidieron disculpas, pero eso no quita el hecho de que vine varias veces para absolutamente nada).

I really love this place for my brows. Been coming here for regular waxing (good price only 5€) but last time came for the brow design (diseño de cejas). Wow, I was seriously impressed. They spent like 50 minutes on my brows. She was very meticulous. Was 10€ for the brow design and she did a perfect job. This is my favourite place I've been to in Barcelona for brow waxing. 100% would recommend.

Had booked a massage at 10am, then there was no key. I was able to come back 30 minutes later.then I got a call and was told I could come at 11am and get an extra half hour as compensation. At 11: 00 no one was there again and they stopped answering the phone…

Mi mejor experiencia de tener un masaje con mi bebé además, hemos encontrado el sitio por el camino y nos atendió una chica, muy amable que se llama Eli (si recuerdo bien). Me ayudo con todo para que estoy tranquila mientras mi bebé de 4 meses dormía en su cochecito, Ella me hizo un masaje relajante con aceites, hasta que se ha despertado mi bebé, pero también y este momento que normalmente sería estresado fue muy bonito, porque al final mi bebé también tenía su masajito y todos hemos estado súper relajados y contentos?
Muy buena experiencia! Volveremos seguro!

Soy cliente de Estetica del Born desde hace muchos años. Rebeca siempre me ha atendido muy bien, un trato immejorable y todos los tratamientos y productos estupendos. El espacio es muy agradable y relajado. Hoy ha sido Tatiana que me ha hecho la pedicura y también ha mantenido el listón la altura a la que estoy acostumbrada

I’ve been in a couple times and it was fine. But the last time I had a manicure it took weeks for my nails to recover. I had hang nails the next day from the cutting of the cuticles. My nails were cut so short to the quick, it was painful. The worst part though was that they used the sanding tool to remove the polish I had on which left a couple of my nails so thin they were like paper. They are still not back to normal. I considered whether or not to leave this review but I think people should know when it comes to manicures they don’t know what they are doing and can ruin your nails. I’ve never had this happen anywhere before.

I booked a massage with Carolina because my back was very tense. I did had the Deep Tissue Massage and was amazed! My back felt so much better after the massage and I was really relaxed after. I don’t even speak Spanish and Carolina spoke English with me and was the nicest person! I’m actually thinking of booking another massage! Thank you so much again:).

Tengo sentimientos encontrados. Creo que la manicura y la pedicura han sido una experiencia genial y me ha encantado. Dana es súper profesional. La depilación de cejas ha sido un desastre. Me ha dejado calvas, las cejas desiguales y no ha seguido la forma natural de mis cejas. No he consentido que continuara tras ver cómo me estaba dejando. Además de eso, la chica que me atendía me ha dicho de muy malas maneras que ella no había hecho nada mal y que eran mis cejas, que eran así. La he tenido que pedir que relajara el tono de voz porque estaba comenzando a alzarlo.

He tenido que regresar a casa y arreglarme las cejas yo misma y solo me queda esperar a que me crezcan. Pero ha sido desastroso.

Desde luego no volveré a probar ese servicio y me pondré en manos de alguien más profesional la próxima vez. Pero volveré para hacerme una manicura.

I got a full bikini and leg wax here. The salon is really clean and calming and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the wax was quiet painful. I have had many waxes done before and this was more painful than usual. I don't think good quality wax was used as it stuck to the skin on my bikini. I also had light burns on my legs because the wax was too hot. Alot of hairs were missed too. I think this place could be great if they just changed their wax and took some more time with their clients.

Sencillamente genial. Fuimos con mi madre y el trato de parte de Tatiana y de Dana fue espectacular luego pasamos por masajes del born e hicimos un día completo de relax. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo.

Reservé un masaje relajante de 1h en este lugar. La chica que me atendió fue muy amable pero desafortunadamente no cumplió mis expectativas: el masaje empezó media hora tarde (tenia hora a las 20h pero no me atendieron hasta las 20: 30) y terminó a las 21: 05. La terapeura que me atendió me dijo que no era su culpa, que se habían retrasado debido a otros clientes anteriores. Lo entiendo pero yo pagué por un servicio de 1h cuando realmente fueron 35 min.

I’ve been to this place about 5 times for waxing, pedicure, and/or manicures. I had to have the service redone 3 of 5 times. I’ve had shellac that flecked off the next day, I’ve been sent out when the polish wasn’t dry, and yesterday I had a messed up wax and a messed up pedicure. They are always happy to fix it but who wants to go to a place that can’t do it right the first time. Additionally, the lady who did the wax had clearly never done it before. That’s dangerous.

Quería comentar mi experiencia con el salón de belleza. Me sabe mal por qué la chica parecía muy maja, pero las uñas semipermanentes no me las hizo nada bien, a la semana ya tenía defectos en las uñas, se despegaban, y después de pagar 27 euros es desagradable.la depilación con hilo me gustó y estoy contenta con ella. No volveré a ir. Es una pena, me queda muy cerca del trabajo. Gracias.

Really bad service! I booked an appointment three weeks before via mail and got a confirmation via whatsapp, too. The contact was already very impolite but I still decided to go. When I then arrived to the appointment (I had to travel to get there for some time and had planned my last holiday around it) the staff didn´t know anthing about it and told me the manager is confirming appointments without asking the employes in the shops if there are free spaces. The staff managed to give me a small pedicure but I had to wait for 2 hours and the service wasn´t that good (fast and not really caring). Would not recommend it.

These guys are true professionals- I go to them for all my waxing and self-care needs. They also offer massage services next door with Dario who gives a massage that leaves you walking out the door in much better shape than when you walked in!

I asked explicitly beforehand if the facial included cleansing and I was assured that’s the case. The ‘cleansing’ was not even two minutes and wo unprofessionally done. When I brought it up at the end she kept telling me that she did do it which is ridiculous. Waste of money.

Fui hace una semana a hacerme la manicura y la verdad es que estoy bastante contenta con el resultado. El problema fue que había reservado una manicura exprés (19€) y la chica que me atendió, quiero pensar que por error y no deliberadamente, me hizo la manicura completa (27€) sin consultarme y, al momento de pagar, me la cobró como tal. Espero que si vuelvo otro día no se repita de nuevo este error.

Muy buenos criterios al diseño de cejas y muy buena técnica con el hilo de manera higiénica. Hazel es toda una maestra con el hilo y las cejas! Muy recomendable.

Nice place, but low quality.nail polish started to crack 2 days after and went dark and dirty with no reason (there were no exposure to any chemicals), cuticle is sloppy.manicure was performed too fast without neatness and attention to details.wax for bikini was so hot I got a burn and now skin is flaking.

The manicure and wax were fine. But during the pedicure, the woman was using so much force, she made my toe nail bleed. Without any sympathy or apology. The quality of the service definitely depends on who the nail technician is.

Al llegar no se molestaron ni en comprobar mi reserva, la chica me llevó a la sala donde hacen las depilaciones y tuve que ser yo quien le indicara que estaba allí por una manicura. Me sentí muy incómoda, preguntas personales y comentarios fuera de lugar, además de hacerme bastante daño al quitarme las cutículas. El resultado mediocre, nada que no hubiese podido hacerme yo en casa. Lo único destacable el color, una preciosidad.

Clean place but service was not great. There was no base coat or top coat painted on. I had to ask for it. Nails chipped in a couple days. I could have done it myself.

Really disappointed with my experience here, the pictures posted are taken 5 hours later, and today the day after they look even worse. The polish is chipping of, my nail bands look like I have been biting them and also the shape of them is not consistent. Really frustrated that I waisted my time going here as my schedule is extremely busy these days. I would have been much happier doing them by myself, but this was suppose to be a one time treat for myself. Also did not like that I had to wait outside in the cold until the exact very minute of my appointment. Usually salons let you sit in a waiting area if you arrive a bit before.update. I have tried to post the photos of this 3 times, but somehow they always get deleted? Hmm

I have done the facial treatment with ultrasounds. The whole experience was very nice & relaxing, and afterwards the skin got healhtier, more radiant etc.very recommendable!
