Bien, mais mérite un rafraîchissement surtout au niveau des salles d'eau. Merci pour l'accueil qui donne envie de revenir.

Fuimos ayer y a las horas tuvimos que marchar por motivos laborales. La persona a quien dejamos la llave insistió mucho en si había ocurrido algo, le dijimos que para nada. La preocupación en que el cliente esté bien es exquisita, cenamos allí y fue la misma atención y preocupación. Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplías. Volveremos.

L'habitació molt correcta, el que passa que no ens funcionava no la tele ni la nevera. Vam viatjar per una competició i necesitava guardar menjar a la nevera (vaig haver de guardar-ho en una habitació d'uns companys). Aquestes coses no haurien de passar en un hotel 4estrelles pagant aquests diners

Good breakfast. Some of the workers are nice, Good Wifi.
Rooms are not so good, the walls are thin so it can get loud. Beds are hard. Rooftop access is closed because of "winter weather" it is 20degrees right now in november...

Hôtel sympa à côté de la plage de mar Bella.
Les personnes de l'accueil sont très gentilles.
Le p'tit déj est très bien.

Horrible rooms. Super old. Rusty old metal beds with super horrible sound.
Need renovation. Breakfast super cheap food quality.
I have no idea how this hotel is 4 stars.
The only plus is the location.
My message to the owner. Don't be cheap. This is an investment. You need to spend money on it so you can bring it back with profits.

Excelente lugar para alojarse en Barcelona. El desayuno súper completo y variado, y los chicos a cargo muy serviciales y profesionales. Lo recomiendo 100%

El desayuno está muy bueno. Tiene variedad de zumos, embutidos, frutas, tartas, bollería y panes de distintos sabores. La parte caliente está muy bien con un variado de cosas para disfrutar de un buen desayuno y arrancar el día con muchas energías. Un 10 todo, incluida la atención del personal también, que son muy majos todos.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 10 giorni e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene! La camera era molto carina e luminosa grazie alle grandi vetrate. E con una vista sul mare e città, davvero invidiabile!
La stanza era tutto sommato pulita (un po di polvere l'abbiamo trovata) ed il letto e il bagno venivano sistemati ogni giorno!
Il letto comodissimo, la stanza silenziosa, la doccia spaziosa.
Il personale è stato gentile.
Colazione buona e varia però il prezzo (7.90) secondo me è eccessivo.
L'Hotel si trova a due passi dal mare ed è ubicato in una zona splendida e tranquilla della città!
Spero di poterci tornare presto!

Queda alejado de todo. El desayuno es siempre el mismo. Poco. Lo único bueno s la parada de bus en la esquina. No tiene restaurante. Los chicos que atienden en el desayuno son buenisimos. Muy serviciales, no así los de la recepción. La habitación es amplia. Pero el hotel muy ruidoso.

Hôtel très bien placé, personnel très sympathique, petit déjeuner correct mais il manque des oeufs brouillés et du bacon. Chambre vieillissante, coffre fort qui ne fonctionne pas, chaines de tv presque tous pays sauf Française. Piscine sur le toit avec une magnifique terrasse. En revanche, au bar de cette terrasse, verres sales et aucun effort du barman. En bref, un peu cher pour un soit-disant 4 étoiles. Si vous souhaitez le fait que de n'y passer la nuit en ayant d'autres activités, foncez!

Stayed here a week, the rooms could use a little remodeling and the breakfast more variety. It is located in a nice area and close to the beach. The staff is nice, would go back for the rooftop bartender Roberto! The nicest!

Stayed there for 3 night. Staff was very nice and helpful. There were two men at the reception in the night. One of them i think called Javad but i cant remember his friends name. (sorry) They were very very nice and helpful. Made us feel welcomed. Room was very clean.they changed the Towels and beddings everyday.close to the beach.if there were tea and coffe in the room would be much better.i

1. The place is disgusting
2. This should not qualify as a hotel. Other than the lobby, it looks like a run down apartment building.
3. The place smells of bad sewage
4. No ventilation in bathrooms
5. A couple was screaming fighting across from my room from 2: 30 AM to 7: 30 AM and they refused to change my room even though I felt unsafe. One person in the couple literally banged on my door and tried to use her key card to get in my room, banging on my door. This is how I was woken up. I felt so unsafe the two nights I was there. They wouldn’t change my room or give me a discount. It was so bad I left anyway. Safety over money. This place was uncomfortable and I didn’t feel safe.
6. Beds sucked

I could not say one good thing about this place. Really upsetting.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité de la plage. Il n'y a qu'une rue à traverser pour y être donc nous étions contents de l'emplacement.
Par contre, l'hôtel n'est vraiment pas un vrai 4 étoiles. Chambres propres mais vraiment spartiates.
Petit déjeuner peu cher mais à éviter: rien de chaud (contrairement aux photos), produits industriels à bas prix etc.
Et sauf quelques exceptions, le personnel n'est vraiment pas sympathique. Dire bonjour ne coûte pourtant pas grand chose.
Bref, experience décevante.

Bellissimo hotel, molto comodo per la spiaggia, molto vicino alla via principale che è piena di ristoranti per chi prenota solo il pernottamento
Personale molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa!
Ha una piscina sul terrazzo dove ci si può rilassare con qualche cocktail e con vista mare!
Ci tornerei subito.

One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional GM in Mr Jose Luis Alfonso. Treated differently because of my race and nationality. I would strongly advise to stay away from this hotel. Barcelona is a great city and there are far better and affordable places to stay than the Eurohotel Barcelona - Diagonal Port.

Hotel ok. Près de la mer. Pas trop loin du métro. Toute petite piscine sur le toit, au 6eme étage mais idéale pour se rafraîchir. Manque un peu de personnalité ou d'originalité. Petit-déjeuner buffet occidental en supplément (7,90/personne). Pratique quand on part visiter pour la journée.

Quality of the hotel very far from 4*. Price increased even for 4* hotel, but worn old chamber and almost nothing provided (glasses, water, coffee) was big disapointment. Additionally, nothing icluded in this price (breakfast, parking, anything…). Left immediatelly after first night, another accomodation which I found was cheaper and much better.

Todo genial, tanto la habitación como el trato del personal, sobretodo de Roberto el camarero de la piscina. El mejor de todos. Volveremos

The guy on reception with earrings was so rude with me, racist guy which spoiled my holiday for 5 days, very bad attitude, i pay for double bed room and in 5 days i sleep on a single very hard beds uncomfortable at all, i ask twice to change my beds and no one helps me the double bed which was made up of two single beds, the room was really old, yellow bathroom, bus stop and car park close to my window, very noisy,
the room don’t even have frontal sea view, no water glasses in a room, no kettle, no fresh towels all yellow and old unbelievable smells, no toilet cleaning brush, they didn't sweep, was sticking to my feet not to much choice for breakfast, the soft cheese was bitter with bubbles, just disgusting
swimming pool small and dirty
never ever come back again

Bello! Pulito, molto tranquillo, personale attentissimo, la zona è molto bella e molto tranquilla! Parcheggio 16.50€ al giorno un vero affare qua a Barcellona! Consigliatissimo

Un hotel de 4 estrellas debería tener un desayuno cuanto menos, normalito. Este, con fruta podrida, ni un yogur, ni una loncha de pavo, ni un huevo y pan Bimbo pasado.
Para más inri, un hombre (también alucinando) le pidió más croissants al camarero y le dijo que no había, siendo las 9.30h de la mañana y lo único que se podía comer.

Sin embargo, he de decir, el resto del hotel todo correcto:)

Excelente atención, buena relación precio-valor, la habitación muy cómoda y bonita, con buena vista a la playa, el personal de recepción y las camareras muy cordiales y amables, la piscina muy acogedora

Attention le supplément vue sur la mer n'est pas vraiment vue sur mer il faut limite se pencher de son balcon pour voir la mer bref faite attention quitte à appelé l'hôtel avant

Me pareció un hotel bastante serio, dónde la entrada era impoluta y muy relajante. También me gustó la amabilidad del personal del Hotel.

Buen hotel, en zona muy tranquila, un poco caro. Con 70 euros era suficiente. Tienes junto al hotel un jardincito muy práctico para niños

Good hotel, situated at walking distance from beach. The Poblenou area is a nice part of the city, with good metro connection to the old centre (Barri Gòtic is 10 min, 4 stops)
We were in this hotel due to a conference.
Extended the stay with an additional night, the hotel is very affordable and has clean and spatious rooms, I recommend it.

Todo muy limpio minibar y desayuno muy surtido, buffet variado, puertas con sistema de seguridad con tarjeta, buena atención y un poco de vista al mar, como para repetir

El hotel es muy lindo y accesible. Se encuentra a una cuadra de la playa y la estación de metro mas cercana esta a 4, la cual va directamente en 15 minutos al centro de Barcelona. Desde el momento que llegamos, la recepción nos trato muy bien, sobre todo Cristian que ha ayudado y despejado cada duda. El desayuno es muy completo y muy rico. Es una linda opción para hospedarse cerca del centro con fácil acceso al mismo, pero sin el lío que hay en pleno centro (que es abrumador).

The rooms are clean and tidy, but there is NO HOT WATER! If you can get over taking cold showers, this is the place for you!

Muy buena ubicación pero los servicios del hotel me parecieron basicos, como por ejemplo no poder regular el aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor.

El dia 21de Julio celebramos un cumpleaños y todo salio genial dar las gracias a Marga que nos asesoro en el coctel y gracias al metre Adrian y al equipo de camareros y de recepcion de ese dia. Los invitados salieron muy contentos. Gracias por por vuestra profesionalidad y amabilidad.

Hotel che offre tutto quello di cui hai bisogno, senza eccellere e senza qualcosa in più (apparte la palestra). Le stanze sono carine e la colazione completa di tutto il necessario. Il personale è molto cordiale.
In fin dei conti ci tornerei se non avessi esigenze particolari ma mi sembra di stare più in un ottimo hotel 3 stelle che in 4 stelle

The room itself is comfortable, the breakfast buffet is quite big and tasty. The bed is quite hard - but those who like it will sleep well.

El hotel está bien, si bien hay aspectos mejorables. Las habitaciones están bien, limpias, aunque la bañera resbala mucho y la mampara es insuficiente. Las camas son cómodas y se descansa bien, pero el aire acondicionado no se puede programar para que se apague sólo después de un rato. El desayuno es bastante bueno y variado. En conjunto es un hotel correcto.

Bien para hacer reuniones por salas, ubiacción y habitaciones pero la comida es de lo peor.catering mal recalentado.

Nice place to stay. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, with many different options. The fee is inside the standards for such a place in Barcelona. Many rooms have direct sights of the sea and the others have sights to a nice private yard. I enjoyed my time there.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Rooms were tired and worn but clean. Breakfast a standard continental, nothing special. Biggest downside was the aircon sounding like a blizzard had a one-night stand with a wildebeest.

Clean, good service, free wife in room, bus and metro near of hotel. Big supermarket and lot of restaurants nearby. Beach in 5 min, beautiful seaview.

Was very disappointed especially with it being our honeymoon! Rooms are shabby, bed was uncomfortable and rather squeaky and the breakfast was not great. I would of expected more with it being a 4* hotel. P.s please change your music selection at breakfast time, Phil Colins and pan pipe music is enough to tip anyone over the edge!
