Europa Family Tourist Apartments

Fácil acceso desde autopista. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia.
El aparcamiento era caro, 15 € la noche, pero era seguro y espacioso.
Está a unos 5 minutos a pie de la playa más cercana y a unos 20 minutos del puerto deportivo, donde todo sucede con respecto a restaurantes, bares, etc.

Apartamento muy bonito y estaba todo muy limpio. Nos encantó la piscina y los niños han disfrutado mucho. El wi-fi es gratuito y rápido y te puedes conectar en el apartamento y la piscina. Los trabajadores son muy amables y siempre están pendientes de ti. Muy bien situado ya que la playa está muy cerca y hay un supermercado nuevo de Mercadona justo al lado. Repetiremos.

Es perfecto, merece 10 estrellas, no 5. Pero es mejor si hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, no hace calor en las habitaciones.

En recepción bien el trato, lo demás nada recomendable las habitaciones son viejas, no tienen aire acondicionado, unos ventiladores que no aire echan, la piscina super sucia con un olor desagradable.

Desventajas:
No hay aire acondicionado, sólo ventiladores viejos y sucios.
Ni jabón, ni líquidos de limpieza, nada.
No se permiten cambios de sábanas ni toallas.
La piscina está sucia. Muebles y sábanas viejas.
Por la noche podrá "disfrutar" del olor a papelera y del sonido de los coches en el aparcamiento.
La vista está en el estacionamiento.
De las ventajas:
El hotel está cerca del mar y de las tiendas.
El apartamento estaba +-limpio.
Gran balcón.

Complètement déçu, car l'établissement refuse de nous rendre une chose qui nous appartient. Un responsable fuyant ses responsabilités également, énormément déçu, nous appelons cela du vol!

Aún estoy esperando que me manden la factura de la habitación, después de un mes casi que estuve, y haberla reclamado por tfn.

Estuvimos en julio, nuestros hijos disfrutaron muchísimo. Solo puedo decir, cosas positivas.
Manolo, el encargado, una persona maravillosa, que hizo que nuestra estancia aún fuera mejor. Los apartamentos estaban impolutos, las señoras de la limpieza, nos cuidaron mucho y se tendría que valorar más su trabajo. Gracias a ellas, teníamos todo correcto.
Al no tener aire acondicionado, nos ofrecieron 2 ventiladores. Podiamos dormir bastante bien. El chico de noche de vigilancia y mantenimiento un 10! Super educado y respetuoso con las necesidades de los que nos alojabamos, ya que habita gente poco respetuosa. Por todo lo demás, gracias a todos los que trabajáis en estos apartamentos y hacéis que la estancia de la gente sea excelente!

Apartamento sencillo, pero con todas las comodidades. Personal muy amable. Gran piscina y ubicado al lado de la estación de autobuses de Blanes. Recomendable al 100%. Volveremos!

El apartamento súper limpio, el trato con el personal impecable, la ubicación con la playa muy cerca, un Mercadona y parking gratuito al lado, un ambiente muy familiar. De repente un detalle nos han traído, la piscina genial. Por poner una pega: no hay tendedor pero desde luego me encantaría volver y si puedo volveré seguro

Un séjour très bruyant, une discothèque au pied de l'hôtel ouverte 7/7, bagares, bruits dans la rue jusqu'à 5 heures du matin.surtout ne pas être dans le bâtiment D et E côté rue sinon bon courage pour dormir! Nous avons du demander de changer d'appartement (merci à l'équipe de l'accueil).
aucunes règles dans la piscine, personne ne s'attache les cheveux.pas super!
Ne conseil pas même si l'emplacement reste correct.

Well as the old adage goes you get what you pay for except in this case, we didn't. We booked and paid for an apartment overlooking the poolside and when we arrived, we were told there was some sort of mix up and that none were available. This was a deal breaker for us, because we have stayed in places before overlooking main roads and it never lends itself to a good experience. Had we known at the time of booking there was no poolside apartment available we simply wouldn't have booked. We were fobbed of with unconvincing promises of a move early into the stay but it never occurred. Sadly, that was a good as it got, it went downhill from there.

The apartment itself was musty, dirty and smelly. It had an eyewatering vista of a municipal car park along with various rubbish bins which stank to high heaven in 35 degrees of heat (see photo's). Moreover, every moped, motor bike and car in Blanes must have at one point passed beneath our balcony. When that wasn't happening, you were jolted awake by the clatter of bins being emptied at 3 am and so on.

The staff were possibly the most unhelpful I have had the misfortune to encounter. Reading some of the glowing reviews of other visitors I can only conclude that we must have caught them in an off week, either that or the reviews submitted were family members or indeed the staff themselves. You get no change of sheets for the week nor towels. Nor do you get any toilet rolls. We had asked 4 times for another towel as they had only left 2 for the 3 of us, it took a full day and half to get it. Trying to get sheets for the couch bed was met with similar disinterest. When we got a refund on the difference paid for the poolside apartment, we got the impression that they did us a favor. The pool was unsupervised and dirty and I was astounded that no child was seriously injured. Blanes itself is beautiful and the beach is fantastic not to mention the food in the surrounding eateries is very good. I'd visit Blanes again but you couldn't pay me enough to stay at Europa. I wish I could give it a lower overall rating but I can't.
Caveat emptor

Es mi sitio ideal para desconectar. Es el 2 año que vengo, no le pongo 5estrellas porque siempre se puede superar, aunque en este caso está difícil.

Clean apartments, nice swimming pool and very friendly staff! Mr Santos from night shift is doing great job with his positive energy and big heart, me and my friends had an amazing time:)

It is what you expect. A budget self catering apartment that was clean and in a decent location. The staff were great and the pool was very nice.

Le pongo 4 estrellas por qué le falta aire acondicionado al apartamento, pero por relación limpieza ubicación y piscina le pondría 5 estrellas, volveré seguro

Hemos disfrutado de unas muy buenas vacaciones. La piscina espectacular, los niños se han divertido mucho todos los días. El apartamento muy bien. Todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable.
