Esta mañana al ir a facturar la maleta he tenido un problema con su tamaño. En busca de soluciones, me he acercado a la tienda. La dependienta, muy amablemente, me ha aconsejado sobre mi equipaje. Me ha ayudado a encontrar la maleta que necesitaba. El precio es un tanto elevado pero el trato es inmejorable.

Wow! Blatant scam.
We approached the counter at 8: 10 and were told with a smile and a grin that if we were to pick up our belongings before 10: 40PM they would store a soft carry on for free. Returned after dinner in Barcelona at 10: 22 and were not recognized by the same counterman or his compatriot the X-Ray technician.
We were asked for 35.00 Euros instead of the 18.00 quoted. No explanation, no apologies, no nothing.
If you want your luggage pay the bill. Now 35.00 Euros won’t break me and I’m not working in the basement of a parking garage at a train station, but there is a point where you have to ask yourself if screwing people out of a few Euros for a living is really a worthy career choice.
Our bad, ALWAYS get it in writing never trust a salesman. Once bitten twice shy.

He tenido que pagar el ticket perdido, cuando lo conservaba en formato digital. Ademas, en ningún momento me habían dicho que debía conservarlo. Solo buscan la forma de sacarte el dinero.
Servicio pésimo. 0 calidad, 0 atención al cliente. Empresas como estas que se aprovechan de los demás duran poco por suerte. Porque desde luego esto es una tomadura de pelo.

Great place to drop off your baggage for a day. The price from 2 and up hours is 10 eutos per piece. Working hours 6am-10pm.

Al dejar la mochila no me avisaron que el ticket que te dan es indispensable para recogerla, para no llevarlo encima le saqué una foto y lo tiré. Al ir a recogerla me dicen que me cobran 10€ porque tienes que tener el ticket físico. Mal por parte de la trabajadora que ni me lo comunicó y muy mal por parte de la empresa de poner un sistema tan ridículo (podrían pedir el dni antes y ya comprobar que eres tu al recogerlo, no solo mediante ticket que es muy probable perder o que lo entregue otra persona si se presenta allí antes que tu)

The personal was friendly, but the price is bit expensive 10 euro for bag for a day, but the size does not matter so if it is a purse or a hand bag you will pay the same.

Not sure why this advertises in English as it's impossible to work with them if you don't speak Spanish
