Excellent honest service from here. Best rates in Barcelona. Don’t get ripped off with the tourist traps on La Ramblas. You’ll have to pay a hefty fee anywhere but there’s no tricks here at last. Change all the currency you need and negotiate your rate.

Me ha cobrado 10% mas que la quota al internet. Si, lo accepté porque me olvidé que en Barcelona todos son ladrones y no se puede confiar en nadie. Ademas, las reseñas negativas aquí son correctas. Y no se puede insultar a nadie (ejemplo que ha escrito el propietario de este EXCHANGE: "PRIMERA COSA, SI VIENE AQUI ME VOY A ROMPER SU CABEZA") por dar una reseña, sea positiva o negativa. No habia pantalla, ni nada. El queria esconder algo.

No commission & good rates. £100 got me €107. @ 1.19 it’s not too bad compared to others. I asked for more but, still ok.

Muy buen tipo de cambio. Ofrecen bastante más que en otros lados a los que fui a consultar. El personañ un trato excelente (si hablan castellano!) y es mas, había entregado mas dinero sin querer, y el chico me lo advirtió.

Hará ya un tiempo viné a cambiar una divisa. Cuando llegué la televisión no estaba ni encendida. El chico que me atendió me iba a dar x cantidad. Le digé que no me gustaba la oferta que me daba al final le pude incrementar 40% sobre lo que me pidió. Me pareció muy poco profesional por parte del establecimiento. Además, había una metralleta en una cama/sofá (imagino que falsa) pero parecía bastante real y me echaba un poco para atras ver eso. Nada recomendable.

Me parece lamentable el tipo de respuesta que el propietario del establecimiento realiza a los clientes. Desgraciadamente esa actitud no corresponde con nuestra costumbre de trato al cliente, aquí en Barcelona. Sin embargo, gracias a internet y a este tipo de reseñas podemos ahuyentar a posibles futuros clientes de que caigan en este tipo de establecimientos. Por favor, les recomiendo fervientemente que no se aproximen a este establecimiento, hay muchos otros que le prestarán ayuda, serán totalmente transparentes y sobre todo serán amables y serviciales, nada de eso lo encontrarán en este establecimiento. (dada la tónica de este propietario es muy posible que responda a mi reseña, sin embargo, probablemente lo hará con una ortografía incorrecta, llena de descalificativos, e intentando herir a la persona, pero sin duda será vacía de contenido y a sabiendas que la mayoría de reseñas de su establecimientos son malas).

I can't comment on buying euros, but they offer incredibly good rates if you want foreign currency before going out of europe. Why so good? He explained that they get so many tourists buying euros that they can't get rid of some less common currencies like Australian dollars, so they offer some really good rates. I'll be back before going anywhere out of europe, that's for sure!

No funcionaba el TPV y había que pagar en efectivo.
No estaba el valor de la divisa en pantalla, o estaba apagada o no funcionaba.
Comprar libras 5% más caro que la cotización del día.

He first offered me 81 euros so i tried to leave then he offered 83 euros

Muy buen tipo de cambio en comparación con otras casas de cambio. Ellos son los únicos que no cobran comisiones y le informarán el precio directamente. Sin costes ocultos. Servicio altamente recomendable!

Supuestamente abierto hasta las 18: 30 interrumpido segun su horario.

11 de la mañana, voy y no hay nadie, todas las luces encendidas, las llaves puestas pero nadie aparece -tampoco hay un timbre al que llamar. - espero 10', todo el mundo puede tener una urgencia, no llega nadie no pasa nada, quizá haya pasado algo, sin problema

12: 30 del mismo día, vuelvo y el sitio se encuentra igual, vuelvo a esperar 15' y sigue sin llegar nadie.

Son las 14: 31, llevo llamando por teléfono de manera ininterrumpida dos horas y no he obtenido respuesta en ningún momento.

He ido al establecimiento hace 5' (ya que según su horario debería estar abierto) y me encuentro con la trapa bajada y con candado.

Lo cual implica dos cosas:
- No es cierto el horario que anuncian, ni durante la mañana ni que sea hasta las 18: 30.

- Y que en algún momento un trabajador ha estado allí con el teléfono sonando y no ha sido capaz de responder.

Gracias por estropear un regalo de reyes y tomillo, si ustedes hacen su trabajo yo puedo dejarlo para última hora.

Muy recomendable esta casa de cambio. Buen tipo de cambio, además del personal excelente. Muy buen trato al cliente y confiables.

Shoddy place, no certificates, no receipts, rates are not anywhere visible. I don't understand how exchange places are allowed to operate like this in Spain. Go to a bank instead. You know what to expect there.

The dude that was supposed to be behind the counter at the exchange was walking his dog and when he came he didn't even want to exchange the money. Immediately he said he doesn't have and left. Didn't even open the actual register to see.

I've come here several times to change some money because they're the only bureau in the city that doesn't charge commission! Their rates are really good for the USD and GBP, probably the closest you'll find to the standard/market exchange rate! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get the best value for their money!

Crappy exchange rate for AUD, I read good reviews about the place and exchanged without thinking, I then realised just how bad it was. Definitely would not recommend going there. Not happy about how much I lost in the exchange.

One of the nicest person I have met in Barcelona. Friendly and honest. Of course he offered me the best rate in Barcelona. 100% recommended.

Came through Barcelona from Dubai on a layover flight to DC and I can definitely recommend these guys. I needed some USD and I figured I'd come here after I had a look at the other exchange bureaus.

I'm pretty glad I didn't exchange in a different place because when I found out what their rates were in comparison I couldn't believe it. Glad I stayed away from the airport as well, those guys are criminals haha!

Anyways, thanks for the service folks! Definitely can count me in as a returning customer next time I'm in town:)
