Farmàcia del Palau

És una vergonya que vagis a buscar una recepta, i no et puguin donar elw medicaments perquè "la marca que t'han receptat no la tenim disponible, no et podem donar cap altre medicament". Visualment, orientat als turistes.

Hoy he ido a comprar una crema y me han cobrado 12 euros casi 13 y la tienen en la web online por 10,47. Culpa mia por no pedir el tiquet pero ya no pienso volver.

Gran farmacia/farmacia con muchas marcas y opciones. Abierto los domingos cuando la mayoría de las tiendas están cerradas. Este personal en particular (fotos) nos ayudó mucho con información útil para nuestras necesidades. También hablan inglés fluido. Una experiencia encantadora después de decepcionarme con las opciones que ofrecen otras farmacias/farmacia. ¡Gracias!

La chica de Croatia y el chico Italiano, son muy simpáticos y muy amables, atienden perfectamente a todos los clientes y ayudan en cualquier duda. Y siempre te esperan con una sonrisa.

He anat a parar a aquesta farmàcia perquè em venia de pas, i ara que n’he sigut client, us recomano que l’eviteu sempre que pugueu. He comprat una crema per 28€ i quan he buscat per internet quin preu té en altres farmàcies, he vist que les venen per menys de 15€. A més, la dependenta no m’ha sabut atendre en català. Son uns pocavergonyes estafadors.

En un momento de la pandemia de mucha tensión, es una de las farmacias en las que más caros se venden los test de antígenos, a casi 12,00€. En el otro lado de la Rambla en la farmacia que hace esquina con c/Elisabets, se venden a casi la mitad del precio.

Una atención excelente, muy profesional y servicial. Me atendió una señorita muy amable y paciente. Quisiera destacar el surtido y conocimiento de la chica en la sección de vitaminas y suplementos nutricionales. Era mi primera vez en esta farmacia y repetiré. Muy recomendable.

Staff are working with scammers to steal from tourists. I went in to the store to purchase skin glue and all of a sudden I was approached by some old lady asking to use my phone. I told her no and she left. I asked the girl who was working behind the counter and who was speaking good English with me if it was a scam and she said she did not understand what was said. Stupid liar.it was obvious they knew each other and obvious that she understood what was being said to me

He rebut un tracte exquisit, amb una atenció amable i professional. M'ha sorprès els coneixements en cosmètica i en vitamines que tenia la noia que m'ha atès. Tenen un assortiment molt ampli de marques de cosmètica. La millor farmàcia de Barcelona sense dubte.

Service incroyable! J'avais besoin d'un médicament d'urgence (qui s'obtient uniquement sous ordonnance), et une jeune femme a prit dix bonne minutes ce que je devais faire pour avoir cette dite ordonnance.

SCAMMERS. We ordered medication which they did not have in stock so we paid for it in advance and then we went to pick it up and it they had a new higher price forcing us to pay the difference. It's a bait and switch.

Friendly, patient and helpful attendant, always explaining with a nice soft voice and a warm smile, very pleasant experience, can speak English as well.

Went to buy some products that are not available in the USA and the lady who "took care" of me was very impolite. She was not willing to help me with my requests but trying to sell the most expensive stuff she had in stock.
Moreover when I compared prices with other places' I found that everything was strongly overpriced.
Don't go if you do not want to be scammed.

Muy buen sitio para el asesoramiento en la compra de productos homeopáticos y cosmética. El dependiente nos atendió muy bien en francés y árabe. Una farmacia de confianza.

The best supplement store in Barcelona. I have been helped with suggestions for remedies as well as the proper dosage for each product. The staff is knowlegeable, helpful and know the characteristics of the products they sell. Highly recommended

La farmacéutica que me atendió fue muy maja y servicial. Pedí un medicamento genérico y no me intentaron vender nada más caro. Además, permiten pagar con tarjeta con cualquier importe (pagué 0,65€)
