La calidad de los zapatos es muy mala, mira la foto. El otro zapato es igual. Los compré hace apenas un año y quizás los use una vez cada dos semanas. Para unos zapatos de 250 euros, se esperaría más. ¡¡No les compraría zapatos!

Es una tienda de moda, la atención es increíble de parte de las chicas y tienen hermosas prendas para ustedes las mujeres, hay zapatos hermosos hechos por ellas mismas.

Devolví un par de zapatos porque me quedaban pequeños. En ningún momento desde la recepción hasta la devolución los zapatos presentaron algún tipo de defecto. Feners primero aceptó mi devolución y luego se negó a procesar la devolución y el reembolso porque el par de zapatos supuestamente tenía defectos. Como "prueba" del defecto recibí una foto de un portazapatos defectuoso que ni siquiera mostraba la talla del zapato. El servicio al cliente fue terrible, la única sugerencia fue que me pudieran enviar los zapatos defectuosos pero tuve que pagar los gastos de envío nuevamente. Después de pedir repetidamente una solución, me prometieron que me enviarían fotografías de los zapatos defectuosos indicando al menos la talla del zapato. He estado esperando durante dos semanas y mientras tanto me he puesto en contacto con su servicio de atención al cliente dos veces, sin obtener respuesta.

En mi opinión, esto es una estafa y la forma en que la empresa "manejó" la situación es simplemente indignante. Si acusan a los clientes de devolver productos defectuosos, al menos deberían poder demostrar que los productos realmente forman parte de la devolución. Nunca volveré a ordenarles.

¡Adoro absolutamente a los Feners! Feners tiene afinidad con lo que es calidad. Soy un cliente satisfecho desde 2020 y nunca pude usar zapatos más elegantes y cómodos que los de ellos. Incluso los zapatos que compré en 2020 todavía están en buen estado y no parecen desgastados. Se nota que está todo hecho a mano y con mucha calidad. ¡Estoy tan feliz de que hayan recuperado sus best sellers! Mucho amor desde Suiza, Fari.

I got the La Semaine Chocolat boots from my boyfriend on Christmas. I wanted these for a while and I am very happy with them. They look chique and elevate every look. They are however not made to walk in for a long time. They hurt so much after a while and I don’t find the heels very high. So that’s is the only con about these shoes. The quality seems good so I hope I will have these for a long time.

Ordered a pair of boots mid-November on preorder to ship for December 5th. December 5th came and went so I reached out to customer service on 12/12 where they assured me the boots would ship the following week. That week came and went so I reached out again on 12/22, where again they assured me boots would ship the following week. I finally reached out on 1/2 where i was told the boots were no longer available!? That i could wait for the boots to be shipped in February or get a refund. I understand this is a small business with “ethical” practices but this way of doing business is not acceptable, especially for the amount of ads they are pushing on instagram. Please put that money into your production practices instead and maybe then you’ll have success. Bet the boots would’ve been beautiful if I ever actually received them.

Escribo esta review como forma de desahogo respecto a mi experiencia con esta marca y ante todo para que sirva para próximos clientes ya que por primera vez en mi vida me siento timada y sobre todo vacilada ante un comercio.

Me gusta invertir en negocios emergentes y más si son ecoconscientes y sumado al gran atractivo de los productos y a la calidad que ofrecen me decidí a hacer una compra de unas botas a Feners, una pesadilla.

La espera para el envío fue la acordada en su web lo cual no resultó un problema ya que era consciente de ello cuando decidí realizar la compra el problema fue posteriormente:
En primer lugar, me envían un tracking number el día 29 de noviembre que me dirige a la página web de MRW donde se me informa de que ese envío no existe. Llamo a MRW para cerciorarme de este hecho y me confirman que ellos no han recibido ningún paquete con ese número de seguimiento. Obviamente contacto con Feners por correo electrónico, los cuales me dan largas y básicamente me dicen que me busque la vida con MRW. Intento contactar por Instagram y la verdad que son encantadores y rápidamente intentan localizar el paquete. El problema es que el destinatario es a Canarias y han olvidado adjuntar la factura (paso necesario para pasar por aduanas). No hay problema, un error lo tiene cualquiera y mientras se subsane todas las partes contentas, me aseguran que el paquete se ha vuelto a enviar y esta vez de forma correcta. Desde entonces, hoy es día 22 de diciembre, no se nada del paquete. He intentado contactar con ellos en 5 ocasiones solicitando el tracking number y su única respuesta es que se han puesto en contacto con el centro logístico y que cuando sepan algo ya se pondrán en contacto conmigo. Finalmente, he reiterado en 3 ocasiones que debido a todos estos problemas y como no me dan solución alguna, quiero el reembolso del dinero (Artículo 109 y 110 de los derechos del consumidor en compra online: derecho de desistimiento en un plazo de 14 días naturales, dejando con ello el contrato sin efecto, pudiendo proceder a la devolución sin que la empresa vendedora pueda negarse a realizar el reembolso del coste de la compra, por lo que bastante paciente estoy siendo. E incluso, en caso de retraso injustificado, el consumidor puede solicitar la devolución del doble del importe pagado). Caso omiso a mi petición y vuelven a contestarme que se han puesto en contacto con el centro logístico.

Finalmente he decidido reclamar a la OCU y poner en su disposición la peor gestión de compra online que he realizado.

The best vegan boots I've ever seen in my life. I gifted it to my girlfriend and we were both surprised by the quality, resistance and look and feel of the product. Overall super impressed with this brand!

I really want to give them more stars but I just cannot be honest and do that. I now have 3 pairs of Feners, 1 sandal, 1 boot and 1 pair of sneakers. Two of them were partly broken after wearing them for only one month (and I usually wear my expensive shoes for years and years.) The sandals came with the leather not glued perfectly (had to bring them straight to the cobbler without even wearing them). Customer service told me they would pay the repair (but only up to 10€) and since June I am still waiting for that, as I send my repair bill in then.

Every single pair of shoes got to me with a very late arrival (I waited for the boots for 3 months, they were a Christmas present and arrived after Christmas even though bought in early October). The sandals got to me one day before my wedding even though they should have arrived a month earlier according to the website. Also the sizing is very different. I usually wear 41, but the sneakers are sized very small, then I bought the boots in 42 after talking to customer service about that and I could only wear them with thick socks. All in all the design and marketing is exceptionally great, but I think they should work on quality, sizing descriptions, fulfilling what they promise in terms of repairs and stay true in their info about shipping dates. Worst thing is I don´t have great experiences with the shoes but due to the fair fashion background and their gorgeous design I´m almost ordering a new pair while hoping they improve.

EDIT: I am quite disappointed as the material was damaged immediately after a short time, it simply just broke (the upper layer). They looked like old shoes in a very short time.sadly i won't order anything again. I love the idea behimd but it does not seem to be well developped yet.

Iordered my shoes in February after thinking about doing so for months and was very excited about the arrival and what should I say: The perfect shoes for this weather between winter and spring! They were true to my size and looked absolutely as I expected them. I was a bit worried about how to get into them as they have no zipper and even though I read that the material is quite flexible for getting the foot in, I was not completely convinced (Orage noir cactus leather). However it does work perfectly! The shoes are very comfortable even when walking in them for hours and they are also great for cold weather I think. They have no additional layer in it however my feet were quite warm at around 4 degree. I totally think they are worth the money and just hope now that they will last for long. The delivery was also totally smooth and true to what was stated.

Got a notification some boots were available, got them, it said it would shop 3 to 5 business days, 8 days after not shipment confirmation nothing! Canceling my order

Minus: consumer service, communication, they are not uncomfortable but could be more comfortable e.g less slippery, no possibility on the website to see reviews of specific models

Plus: beautiful design, female-owned, sustainable, vegan options, pretty packaging

I ordered two pairs of shoes. The website said that two of them were shipped but only one arrived. I had to email about the situation. They said that they will check what happened but did not get back to me until my next email three weeks after. It turned out that the second pair was not shipped out. I don't mind waiting longer but it should be communicated. Considering that they were not yet shipped out I asked if it's possible to return them before they are shipped because I did not find the pair I received sufficiently comfortable (among others they were slippery) and these were similar models. This I assume was impossible because I did not receive the answer to my query. I was told that as a compensation for the situation I will receive two pairs of cotton socks. I made the order on 23/10 and the second pair arrived on 30/12. The package did not contain the socks. I would not mind not getting them in the first place, I understand that they may struggle with quick expansion but I think it's unprofessional to say that one gets it and then not include them without an explanation. To be fair to them the package included a cute handmade candle.

Overall: I wanted to love the brand. I initially even shared it with some friends and planned to buy other models. But I don't think this should have been the experience considering the price of the shoes. It made me hesitant about trying other models. That said, hopefully, the consumer service/ease of returns will improve as the brand adjusts to the growing demand.

Beautiful design but completely disappointing fit- I do have more muscular calves than the average (37.8cm circumference is the average for women in their 20s and I’m 40cm so it’s not like I’m way over) but I couldn’t get these zipped or even pulled up all the way over thin sweatpants. Unless you have pencil-thin legs, avoid their knee-high boots. Disappointing size inclusivity for a modern brand- especially when they can’t accommodate for a customer that’s not even plus size, just mildly muscular.

I LOVE my new boots. Everything about my Feners experience was an absolute delight. I had been on the hunt for the perfect pair of black knee high boots that wouldn’t look to bulky on thinner legs. I had tried up to 10 pairs from other stores…. I decided to try Feners Le Midnight Noir, even though I had never shopped with the store before. I’m so glad I did!
The pair I purchased was a pre-order with an expected ship date of February 15. I messaged them confirming the date, as I am leaving the country on February 20 and wanted another opinion on when they might arrive in hopes that they could get here before I left. Not only did I receive a response quicker than I anticipated, but I also got a shipment notification for February 4 with an arrival date for today, February 11. The boots are absolutely stunning and arrived EARLY!
I’m packing my beautiful new boots in my suitcase while I’m already placing my next order. Thank you, Feners!

Compré las City Escape a principios de otoño y no puedo estar más contenta. Las vi primero online y las fui a comprar a la tienda y en directo todavía me gustaron más.
Las zapatillas son el emblema de esta marca y desde mi experiencia, merecen muchísimo la pena. Son comodísimas y estilosas.

Me gusta mucho la calidad del botin y el diseño, es super comodo y la piel tiene un toque de suavedad. Solo hay un incoviniente es porque la suela hace un sonido "squeaky" al caminar sobre algunos tipos de superficies y esto molesta un poco sobre todo si el lugar donde estas caminando no es muy ruidoso.
El resto todo bien.

Hace un rato me he comprado unas espardeñas. He quedado encantada con su comodidad y su diseño que es precioso. Buscaba algo así hacía mucho tiempo, algo que fuera cómodo, bonito y a la vez original, son las slip on Palm y estoy enamorada de ellas. Espero que el verano que viene saqueis otras de este estilo. Hoy en día la importancia de un buen calzado es básica y no siempre le damos la importancia que se merece. Es importante dejarse asesorar bien y puedo decir que el trato al cliente por parte de la chica de la tienda es excelente y tiene todoslos detalles muy cuidados. Calzado realizado en España y un proyecto maravilloso. Estoy muy contento con ellos!

Me encantan este tipo de modelos, pero no me atrevía a comprar ninguno porque los veía demasiados vastos. Hasta que vi las "City Beige". Son preciosas, comodísimas y con un toque elegante. Además la atención online de 10! Repetiré seguro!
