In my experience this was the best property agent in Barcelona. It begun with great response when I expressed interest in a property to rent, and was followed by an amazing, professional support during almost 2 years when I was renting it. All the procedures of contract extensions and moving out of the property at the end were done very efficiently and left me very satisfied. I recommend Ficasso and would use them next time for sure.

As a foreinger it was not easy to rent a flat. Spanish is not the only the problems and waiting is another one. We rented our apartment in Barcelona out using Ficasso for the last few years and had an excellent experience - Eileen and Alvaro have always been very efficient and most importantly always gave us honest and practical advice.
