Three months later and I am still waiting for my deposit back

Muy buena experiencia! Vimos un piso que nos interesaba, lo visitamos el día siguiente y en dos días lo reservamos. Todo funcionó bien y rápido.

Mala experiencia con ellos. Quedaron conmigo para ver un piso, el comercial llego tardisimo y sin avisar.
El piso que me iban a enseñar ya estaba reservado.
Un desastre!

Excelente servicio de fiscalidad y asesoramiento. Rigurosos, rápidos y a un precio justo. Satisfecho.

Competentes y cercanos. Muy contento con su gestión y profesionalidad. Necesitaba una plaza de parking en Gracia y me ofrecieron varias, con amplia disponibilidad horaria adaptándose a mis horarios. El precio razonable y ajustado a lo que necesitaba. Los recomiendo.

I came to Barcelona recently from Italy and I was recommended for this company. The truth is that I am very satisfied with the result. I was looking for a central place in Barcelona with reasonable prices.
My experience has been positive. We met in the agreed place (the Raval neighborhood), the worker who had to show me the apartment arrived 15 minutes earlier. He showed me the apartment, answered my questions and even gave me his opinion, showed me the disadvantages and advantages of the apartment. I finally kept it. The paperwork was transparent and fast.

Alquilé un piso con ellos y tanto la entrada, como la estancia, como la salida salieron perfecto. Profesionalidad.

Very bad. I went to rent a parking once, while pregnant, and they not only tried to sell me something that was absolutely not big enough for my car, but during the visit I destroyed one side of the car following the suggestions of a very arrogant employee of this agency, and on top of this he shouted at me in a very violent way. If it wasn't for my pregnancy that took most of my energy in that period, I would have called the police for sure. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!

Me dieron plantón dos días seguidos después de haber quedado para ver un piso. El primero el comercial no llegó nunca y el segundo igual, le llamé y me dijo que ya estaba reservado, que se le había olvidado avisar. Un cachondeo.

Al principio bien pero después, al abandonar la vivienda tras 3 años tuvimos muchas trabas en la devolución de la fianza porque nos decían que teníamos que esperar 8 semanas desde la devolución de las llaves cuando por contrato eran 4. De muy malas maneras me estuvieron esquivando y dando largas e ignorando correos hasta que por fin me lo devolvieron.

Ahora, 5 meses después, he vuelto a tener problemas con ellos por un cambio de nombre de suministro que no se ha realizado y me siguen cobrando a mí y vuelta a lo mismo: largas, no responden correos, no contestan al teléfono.

Una pena haber acabado así.

They appear nice in the beginning. Fortunately got my deposit back after renting a flat from them but they refused to give the money invested in the flat back after promising so.
Instead they wanted to charge me for something we didn't agree on.
Be careful with your money while dealing with them.
