Un trato nefasto en su sucursal de Finlàndia. Nos embarcaron las maletas justo antes de subir al avión sin ninguna explicación y la chica de recepción súper antipàtica, intentas hablar con ella y muy desagradable. Después ves en el avui maletas mucho más grandes que la mía.

La compañía de vuelo Finnair son unos timadores en potencia, no contestan al teléfono cuando llamas, no informan a los clientes y en mi caso trámite una cancelación de un vuelo que supuestamente me tenían que abonar 900 euros y después de una semana que perdí mi vuelo me indican que mi billete no es reembolsable y pierdo el dinero. En resumen son unos ladrones y su atención al cliente es nefasto. Llevo años volando y nunca me había ocurrido algo igual.

The worst company ever, seriously you don’t fly with them. They didn’t allow me to fly (despite I had all the papers and I arrived on time), and instead of refunding they just offered me to change the date of my flight from the following month and they gave me only a few days to decide. They don’t care about customers at all.

Thieves. They lied to us on the phone and extorted hundreds of dollars from us even though we didn't change our flight and arrived on time.

I don't understand how these companies are claiming to have a customer service. I had to cancel my flight for medical issues and they are answering like this:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your refund request.

You have requested a refund of your ticket XXX-XXXXXXXXXX from Finnair. Kindly note the ticket type is non-refundable along with YQ/YR taxes. Also, the refundable amount of unused ticket taxes
EUR 41.06 is less than the refund handling fee EUR 50,00, there is no refund value left.

Possible ancillary services are also non-refundable.

If you have further enquiries, kindly contact your nearest Finnair Customer Service.

Why I should file an application, sending them even the doctor certificate and at the end they are coming out with these unprofessional excuses.
What it is the minimum refund handling fee?
If I did not use a flight it is my right to receive the EUR41.06, despite the "minimum".
They can and they should refund even if it was EUR 1!
Watch-out to these scammers!
