Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

El hotel está lejos de todas las atracciones turísticas. El personal de recepción no es acogedor, no habla inglés y son sarcásticos entre ellos. El frente de la habitación no es seguro y de allí entra un fuerte aire frío. El restaurante de desayuno es muy pequeño y los artículos son pocos y se repiten todos los días.

Hemos comido muy bien, la calidad/precio del menú es muy buena. La atención es fenomenal, te sientes muy bien atendido en todo momento

Es un hotel bonito y el personal fue muy amable. Pero está muy lejos de la mayoría de las cosas que están sucediendo.

Hay casi todo cerca abajo, se tarda diez minutos andando hasta la estación de metro y 20 minutos hasta la playa, lo recomiendo.

Reservamos tres habitaciones para siete de nosotros. El desayuno era excelente y el personal siempre fue servicial. Las tarifas eran competitivas. Este hotel está a aproximadamente 1,5 millas de las "atracciones turísticas", pero nos dio una maravillosa oportunidad de explorar, disfrutar de la maravillosa configuración urbana que tiene Barcelona y comer donde comen los lugareños. Todas las noches íbamos a la playa y nos bañábamos. Nos alojaríamos de nuevo.

Gracias por el buen tiempo contigo. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación es grande y tiene de todo. El desayuno fue suficiente.

Parada de autobús/tranvía frente al hotel. La estación de metro es Glorias en la L1.

Estaremos de vuelta.

Habitación amplia y confortable. El personal servicial y agradable. El desayuno bien sin más. Recomendable.

No recuerdo haber cancelado. Cuando quise quedarme a pasar la noche, se canceló sin mi permiso.
Además, los puntos eran solo por 2 noches.

We had to renew our room keys 5 times. Ended up becoming a hassle wasting time to reactivate them on our trip. Door scanner battery was replaced but I wish that was checked before we checked into the room. Room was clean and breakfast was good though.

Realmente un hotel excelente, ubicado muy cerca de la Sagrada Familia y que tiene muy cerca sitios para tomar algo y en una zona muy tranquila, y siendo de la cadena Marriott no se podía esperar menos. 100% recomendable.

Everything was good. Good breakfast, loved the location it’s basically on a walking food street. Bus station right outside the hotel door, tram station 2 mins walk metro 10 mins walk and a small mall near 5 mins

Good location, good and helpful staff, good that it had a gym, average room and a great shower.

L'hôtel est bien situé avec un métro à moins de 10min à pied, le tram et le bus. Il y a aussi de nombreux taxi devant.

Bon accueil et établissement très propre avec le respect des gestes barrières. Les chambres sont spacieuses, nettoyées tous les jours et des bouteilles d'eau sont déposées dans la chambre chaque jour.
Les chambres offrent une belle vue sur Barcelone si on a la chance d'être bien en hauteur.

Salle de bain spacieuse avec une grande douche, produits d'hygiène déposés tous les jours également.

Il y a une salle de sport, ouvert 24h/24, peu fréquenté.

Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de choix, il y en a pour tous les goûts!

Je recommande cet établissement!

He viajado mucho y estuve en varios hoteles, pero este destaca por lo a gusto que hace sentir al cliente en todo momento.
El servicio de recepción es maravilloso, siempre atentos y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier tipo de problema que puedas llegar a tener, siempre con una amabilidad enorme y mucho cariño. Nunca tienen prisa a la hora de ayudarte con tus dudas y siempre con una sonrisa.
La limpieza de las habitaciones es impecable.
Las camas y almohadas super cómodas.
En nuestra habitación teníamos cafetera, nevera, aparato para hervir agua y hacer infusiones y tienes infusiones de varios tipos y café.
El desayuno es muy bueno, con varias frutas, zumos, panes, etc.
Los camarer@s y el metre de una atención inmejorable.

Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, pero la sensación es que es de 5, pero con ese maravilloso trato cercano de un hotel pequeño.
La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la rambla de Poblenou donde hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Hay un centro comercial cerquita y muchos supermercados, farmacias al rededor. La playa está bastante cerca también.
Muchas gracias a todo el personal. Estoy segura que cuando vuelva a Barcelona esta será mi casa otra vez.

Extremely disappointing front office and management at this location. Even a motel has better customer service than this location. I used to be a regular patron of Marriott but never again. If you want to have a pleasant no stress stay take your money elsewhere.

Très belle hôtel. Personnels agréables et super cool. Ils sont au petit soin, toujours souriants, de plus ils parlent français. L'hôtel est bien situé, à 10 min de la plage. Vous avez les transports en commun à proximité de l'hôtel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix (réservation effectuée avec voyage-privé).
Le personnel est très aimable, très arrangeant et la plupart parle même français!
Notre chambre était spacieuse, le lit (immense) était d’un confort incroyable.
Et les petits déjeuners étaient vraiment parfaits, aussi bien pour un petit déjeuner à la française (avec des viennoiseries) que pour un petit déjeuner à l’américaine (brunch).
Et en ce qui concerne l’emplacement, je pense qu’on ne pouvait pas tomber mieux, bien desservi (transports et commerces, petite rambla au pied de l’hôtel), beaucoup plus agréable que de séjourner dans le centre, et à 15-20 minutes du centre de Barcelone pour visiter la journée.
Nous ne regrettons absolument pas de s’être laissés tenter sur voyage-privé en voyant cet hôtel, nous avons passé un super séjour!

The best place to stay in El Poblenou. Close to subway, bus, tram, in this area is full of restaurants, close to the beach.very professional and helpful staff members. All the best.

Personnel adorable, toujours a l'écoute et souriant.

Hôtel propre, moderne, chambre confortable (nous étions au 10ème étage en chambre premium), un buffet petit déjeuner très bon et varié.

Idéalement situé pour nous:
- a 2 pas du TRAM et de 2 lignes de Bus
- a 10/15 minutes du métro (ligne 1)
- une rue (Rambla del Poblenou) qui va de l'hôtel a la plage (20 minutes de marche) pleine de restaurants et petits commerces
- le centre Commercial GLORIES à 5 minutes à pieds
- a l'écart du centre ville (Personnellement nous aimons visiter le centre mais y séjourner, très peu. Donc cet hôtel est idéal pour nous, le quartier est plutôt calme)

Je remercie vraiment tout le personnel très accueillant et sympathique qui a participé au superbe séjour que nous avons passé dans cette magnifique ville. (23/28 Juin 2021).

Si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons avec nos enfants.

Contentísimo con la habitación, el trato recibido, la limpieza y todo en general. Ubicación perfecta, al lado del Centro Comercial Glòries. Servicio impecable, me ha sorprendido muchísimo, iba con las expectativas altas y se han superado con creces. Repetiré sin ningún tipo de dudas!

Simple hotel in Glorias, good location in the business part of the city, easy access to the historical part or the beach.
We got executive room with a nice view, slept well but the bathroom was smelling of sewage and the shower didn't seem very cleverly done.

Recommended value for money hotel. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The rooms are spacious. Nice big beds. Credible and fast free WiFi. Really near to a bus and tram stop, 10' minutes walking from at least 2 metro stops. Very close to a shoping Mall. The only frustrating thing is that you are "assisted"to the breakfast table; practically, they don't let you choose a table.

Excellent location and good sized rooms as one would expect from the Sheraton group. Our room was clean with comfortable beds. We were provided with complimentary bottles of water daily. Breakfast buffet was adequate if unexciting.

Loved it. Very well placed for sightseeing and metro. Beds super comfortable breakfast good. All staff were amazing.patient understanding and knowledgeable.

Un hotel verdaderamente bueno especializado en eventos, reuniones o quedadas en familia. Goza de una una buena ubicación, servicio esplendido y muy profesional y dispone de servicios de lo más diversos. 100% recomendado para cualquier/a, ya sea para viajes de trabajo o de puro ocio.

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Barcelona for the first time.
Don't let the location on the map fool you. The location is easily served by the L1 metro (Glories station, about 10 mins walk) and the #7 bus (stops literally right in front of the hotel and goes all the way to the city center). #14 bus is also nearby (3 mins walk) that will take you to el born, ramblas and barceloneta area.
Lots of shops (shopping mall about 6 mins walk with a Carrefour). There's a 24hr supermercat nearby (2 mins walk), just exit the hotel and turn left, cross 1 street and you should see it. Neighborhood is very safe to walk at night.
Personally i wouldn't bother with the hotel breakfast at 15 euros, way better options nearby for cheaper.

I was here for breakfast only. Even if you're not a guest, you can eat breakfast here. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good, but pricey, 15 euros per person.

The Hotel is in a very nice area and is just a short walk from the Glories metro station (Euro 4.6 for the Airport). The Hotel is also very close to the Glories shopping mall which has many shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and very comfortable. I would recommend a visit to the twelfth floor cocktail bar, which has fantastic views of Barcelona, great staff and excellent drinks.

El Hotel tiene restaurante bar donde vamos a menudo, trato muy bueno, personal muy atento, simpático y profesional. La comida esta de buen calidad. Tienen varias cervezas de barril, también las cervezas artesanas en botellas! Recomiendo a todos y gracias por el trato y servicio.

Very rude and disorganized staff. Had to provide my credit card details 3 times to the front desk on different occasions. Charged my card for an unauthorized and incorrect amount despite bringing the issue to the managements attention. The hotel refused to correct the charge and now I am left with disputing the charge. The hotel is clean and standard, however due to the efforts required to correct the billing issues and lack of professionalism and hospitality, I cannot recommend this hotel.

A mi ese hotel creo que deberían de cerrarlo por el mal trato que he visto que le dan a las camareras de piso. Debería ser denunciable y da vergüenza ajena.

Location on Diagonal is nicely situated outside of the tourist areas but not far from the rail, making for a nice break in your visit to Barcelona - not to mention a nice bang for your buck.

Top notch service at check-in. Each and every associate that greeted us were tremendously helpful and pleasant. We stayed in the Executive room, which was quite well appointed and comfortable.

Rooftop bar opens at 7pm with nice views of the city.

Hotel very good value. Try the window bar cocktail bar on floor 12. Fantastic view and amazing cocktails. Ans extremlely friendly barman. People would pay just for the view
