No he llegado al hostal y ya estoy molesto, la atención al llamar es de muy mala calidad. La persona hice una reserva por Internet y estoy pidiendo me envíen la confirmación porque el pago ya se realizó y tengo 3 días llamando y la persona encargada se puso grosera porque hice un reclamo y me colgó el teléfono. Me parece de muy mal agrado que un trabajador se comporte así con un cliente.

Not bad at all. Definitely would come back. Place is okay, room was good, not far from tourist attractions such as beach or Lidl.
Only thing is that you will HAVE to pay for sheets which is 2euros.
You pay deposit for to keys which is 5euros each but you get it back.
So definitely would come back.

The worst hostel i've ever been!
There is no hot water, you have to pay for the sheets, there are no windows in the room and the only light goes automaticaly off after a minute (same in toilet, careful if u want to shower), the toilet doesnt have the flush button:/
I dont know how can this place pass the safety or sanitary inspections.
The personal is extremelly rude, there is no breakfast or real kitchen, the doors of the hostel and rooms are always open and anybody can come in.
You cannot smoke outside of the building (becouse it bothers the neighborhoods apparently)

First of all they lie. I was flying from france to barcelona i booked 2 nights from 16th to 18th of august after i received the confirmation email they sent me that the check in is from 1pm to 2pm as for i made it clear first that i will arrive at 1: 00 am after midnight. So i called from france before i leave and i asked if whats written in the mail is true that i cant check in before 1pm and I confirmed that i will arrive after midnight and they told me no problem we will give you the bed anytime you come. So when i arrived at the hostel i met the receptionist he was unwelcoming very rude and he didnt give me the room he wanted me to leave my bags and go out and come back in the morning to check in while im telling him if i can wait on the couch in the reception and he was like if want to cancel the reservation its okay i cancelded and i left it was already 2 i got back to him crying that i want just this night he wouldnt give me the bed just for the night i asked him if i can just leave the bag so i can check anywhere else cause i dont know the area he told me no. And this is one of the most disrespectful worst service and human being i’ve ever dealt with. Cause i begged him while crying and while im a foreigner

We paid 200€ for two nights in a room like prison cell. The bed was so hard that couldn't sleep in and not proper blankets. Toilet paper was very little and light was switching off itself. The sound around was very disturbing to sleep. Very unpleasant and expensive stay.

Llegamos y el hotel era un desastre, nos reservaron más días de lo que habíamos indicado y nos fuimos, las personas que atienden son mal educadas, es el día día de hoy que sigo peleando para que me reintegren el dinero

Plus jamais je vais revenir ici, personnelle désagréable et l'hotel est très mal situé et les chambres ne sont pas attrayante du tout. Ambiance très froid et pas confortable. Vraiment à choisir en toute dernière option.

El precio, demasiado excesivo para lo que te encuentras al llevar, a 4 personas nos ofrecieron una habitacion privada por 15€ mas por persona las dos noche y nos encotramos con unos sofas durisimos, y con un aire acondicionado que congelaba.
Atencion en recepcion regular, uno de los encargados era muy borde.

I just finished my stay in this hostel. After paying 2 euros for the blankets, I open the plastic package and found out that they had several hairs on them! They should hire another cleaning company for this task.

Location is good. Close to metro station and to major turistic areas.

The hostel is quite noisy and the manager keeps entering the rooms, even the one which is exclusively female, to check how many beds are free and who left. Why don't they have an electronic system to update this?

Cuando llegamos al hostal eran las dos y media y la habitación, que estaba completamente desocupada, no había sido limpiada, por lo que estuvimos esperando hasta que quitaran los calcetines sucios que encontramos en el suelo así como papeles y demás cosas.
Deberían avisar en la página web que te cobran 2€por las sábanas para que al menos tu lleves las tuyas si quieres.

Le monsieur de l'accueil est très sympas et explique bien, la femme de ménage est génial ;) et les chambres sont propre le seul bémol sont les casiers ils y en a pas assez ;).
Mais sinon super!

Asqueroso solo ver el sitio donde iva a dormir mw fui a buscar un hotel, me dio verdadero asco bolsas de basura por toda la recepcion quise dejar la maleta en un lugar seguro y me dijeron que la dejara en el cuarto con 3 personas desconocidas, ni de coña vamos para que me roben la maleta, en recepcion no se l quisieron quedar, resumen ml olor, Ijiene bueno no lo lege a comprobar (la de las camas) lo dicho el salon havia bolsas de badura, intimidad 0 y seguridad sun menos

Awful place, no even for free. I end up loosing my money since they do not refund. I rather spent the night at the airport which is super nice and clean.

Its a dormatory my experience there it was in 12 persons dormatory mixed you can check in early than 14h because receiptionist is a good man not funny not sympathique but a professional man firstly the taxe of city is so exodnsive i think its 5 euros plus the taxe refundable off keys is 4 or 5 euros also you lust get this money on cash it doesn't have a bus to aeoroport the rooms are for group of friends or some think else like summer its not refreshed room with heatnesse with air conditioner you feel hot is not adviced to asthmatic ones its easy to find it easy to go to it you will have a laggage store case its 40*40cm i think you must have a with you ghere not thiefting you van let your phone in charging your laggage in room its safe place with free breakfest from 7 till 9 yoi can get juce or coffe in that time about lingeri blanket sheets its look in cases washed but you find it not washed well you should must keep it to bring it to receiptionist in your check out because without it you dont have to refund your 5 euros lastly it's good four youth mustly in groups you can check out early because receiption is avilable 24/24 to help you.hey you learner of my comments I wish you a good stay. Les chambres sont pour un groupe d'amis ou certains pensent comme l'été. Il n'est pas conseillé aux asthmatiques, il est facile à trouver, il est facile d'y aller vous aurez un étui pour magasin de bagages son 40 * 40cm Je pense que vous devez avoir un avec vous ne vole pas votre camionnette laissez votre téléphone charger votre téléphone dans la chambre son endroit sûr avec petit-déjeuner gratuit de 7 à 9 ans peut être servi ou coffé à ce moment-là sur des draps de couverture lingeri son aspect en cas de lavage, mais vous le trouvez pas bien lavé vous devez le garder pour le porter à la réception dans votre check-out parce que sans cela vous ne devez pas rembourser vos 5 euros enfin il est bon quatre jeunes obligatoirement en groupes vous pouvez partir tôt car la réception est disponible 24h / 24 pour vous aider.ils vous apprennent mes commentaires Je vous souhaite un bon séjour.
