On holiday in Catalunya and my E220 suffered a strange problem reported through the Mercedes Assistance system. A technician arrived at my location in less than an hour from making the call and attempted to diagnose the issue at the roadside. The car needed to go to the dealership and a special transport was arranged as the air suspension was flat.
Within 3 hrs of the car arriving there I received a message to say that it was repaired.
Amazing service from everybody especially Carlos who speaks very good English. If I break down again I want the car to go here.

They fixed our broken fuel cap within half a day, including getting the spare part from Girona. Very friendly and capable staff.

Hemos ido a Garatge Plana en Montras por un problema de equilibrado de los faros de nuestro mercedes. Tratándose de un problema urgente, ya que por la noche no podemos circular por la falta de iluminación del coche, no han querido atendernos, dejándonos sin asistencia hasta de aquí 4 días. Me parece increíble que Mercedes deje de dar un servicio de seguridad a sus clientes, contando que únicamente eran 30 minutos como máximo arreglarlo.

Superb service from Carlos Guerrero. Part was quickly ordered, quickly delivered and we were back on the road! Carlos also spoke excellent English which made the whole process much easier.
