Gaudi's Nest Apartment

Stayed two days, been charged extra 45 dollars cleaning fee when check in (Not informed on agoda, also not informed on confirmed email but tourist tax?)

Great location, comfortable apartments. We stayed there twice. View from the roof terrace in the evening is amazing.

Owner and staff of these apartments were kind, helpful and courteous. Stairs to upper apartments were worth it for the views!

The apartment has a great location, easy to reach, tidy, well equipped, and has an amazing view of the Sagrada Familie already from the living room. Then you go up to the rooftop terrace and the view of it is spectacular!
We had some issues with the booking of the apartment, but Arthur, the owner sold it very professionally!
So if you want to have a place with a gorgeous view, good location, friendly, helpful staff and for a fair price then I think you are at the right place.

What can I say about this place? So many good things. I stayed at Gaudí's Nest over a year ago at the end of September. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and had unobstructed views of La Sagrada Familia. It was truly a treat to wake up in the morning and have breakfast overlooking the park and Gaudí's masterpiece. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartments. Super close to metro station. Super courteous staff. The cherry on top of the cake? That amazing terrace they have. We chose to make our own dinners and took them to the terrace for some meals "al fresco" overlooking La Sagrada (which is lit up at night). Hands down, one of the best stays I've had in a while. The location of this place is unmatched. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Barcelona.

Amazing hidden treasure of a place, great staff, 2 minutes walk from the underground with lots of great places to eat and drink nearby, oh, and then there's the priceless view

When they say the best views in Barcelona they're really not kidding! The apartment itself was lovely, lots of space and very clean. The staff and owner were friendly and can't do enough for you. They also own the restaurant downstairs, we're the food and service is fantastic. Really easily accessible and a great spot for exploring the city. We will be staying again

Apartamentos con estupendas vistas a Sagrada Familia. Camas super comodas. Apartamentos bonitos, limpios, diáfanos y tranquilos.
Ambiente familiar a un buen precio al lado de uno de los monumentos mas increibles del mundo.
Estuve 7 días con mi novia y quedamos encantados.

Stayed there for two nights. This apartment is located right opposite La Sagrada Família. You can get the best view by going up to the Terrace. The apartment is also clean with modern amenities. Although there’s no lift, the helpful staff assisted us in carrying up our luggage. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Barcelona.

La verdad una desilusion total. Lo unico bueno es la Sagrada Familia que se puede ver desde la habitacion. El precio no es el que anuncian realmente.se puede observar por ejemplo en booking que ofertan la suite por 114 euros mas las tasas por persona.pues bien una vez llegar te aumentan el precio alegando la limpieza posterior del apartamento.es decir.de los 117 euros aprox que te qudaria la suite acabas pagando 149 que es lo que nos cobraron.
Por otro lado la habitacion fria.el aire caliente a 30 grados y no es capaz de calentarla.
El jaquzzi una vez empueza a funcionar echa unas cosas raras de color marron que ya te hace salir de el.
En general una verdadera desilusion y mas por ese precio

Stayed in this summer for 4 days. Cozy and comfortable, the best view point for Sagrada Familia. Very easy to catch a taxi since lots of tourists get off at the Sagrada Familia. All the staff members were incredibly kind and nice. The rooftop gives you a special moment and feeling that no many tourists could have in Barcelona. I would stay here again if I have any chance to visit BCN. I didn't take photos of inside, but it's also clean and neat place to stay. The only problem is that you don't have lifts in the building, but it doesn't effect on its 5-star-worth-quality, in my opinion.

Loved the apartments modern spacious and clean and the view is amazing.there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartments but we knew about these before we booked.the staff are so helpful.

Lo más destacado de este edificio son las vistas a la Sagrada familia. Una botella de cava a la luz de la luna y frente a ese maravilloso y emblemático edificio te harán olvidar la falta de ascensor para subir a la azotea. Espectaculares vistas.
Los apartamentos son grandes, espaciosos y limpios. La cocina suficiente para comer seis personas y estar junto al parque Gaudí y la Sagrada familia lo mejor. El cava para la copa romántica lo pone la casa.
Solo dos peros: Uno como consecuencia de tener que subir tantas escaleras sin ascensor (cuestión que le hace perder la quinta estrella) y el otro porque cuando visitamos estos alojamientos tenían la documentación para los huéspedes en muchos idiomas incluidos inglés, francés o chino, excepto en español, aunque debemos decir que el trato fue muy amable y nos acompañaron para explicarnos todas las cuestiones relativas al apartamento.
