Gran estructura, pero la hospitalidad de José de Souza es increíble. Súper acogedor, nos hace sentir cómodos y quiere recomendar el hostel a todo el mundo.

Las habitaciones no estaban tan limpias cuando entramos, los baños dejan un mal olor y las habitaciones 4ta y 6ta tienen un baño y un baño increíblemente pequeños.
Buen servicio de recepción

Albergue juvenil eficiente y con una buena relación calidad-precio, especialmente cuando te encuentras sin alojamiento en mitad de la noche después de haber dado un portazo en casa. Los americanos borrachos nos despertaron a las 6: 00 de la mañana, pero eso es lo que sucede en los albergues juveniles.

Hostel limpio, cómodo y con una ubicación privilegiada. Puedes llegar a la Sagrada Familia en 10 minutos caminando y también existen líneas de autobus cercanas que pueden conectarte a la Barceloneta o al Parque Güell de manera rápida y conveniente.
El proceso de check in y check out es súper ágil, el personal es siempre amable y con la mejor actitud.
Nosotros incluímos el desayuno en la reservación y fue una gran elección teniendo una buena variedad de alimentos en su buffet.
Si decides no incluir el desayuno, a los alrededores hay pequeños supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes que también pueden ser buenas opciones.

1 hora de cola para el checking. Hay unas tablets ora el auto checking que solo sirven para perder el tiempo pues luego debes hacer la otra cola absurdo.

El servicio es bastante bueno y las instalaciones bastante cómodas y limpias. Cuenta con diferentes actividades y servicios para disfrutar a lo largo de la semana. Y la ubicación es bastante accesible contando con diferentes medios, además está rodeado de bastante ocio y restauración. Un lugar bastante recomendable.

No lo recomiendo para nada. Se perdieron los valores de los hotels, donde existía la amabilidad, empatía, ayuda a los huespedes, para pasar a ser una empresa común y corriente, donde su única finalidad es recaudar dinero. Cero motivación para darle al cliente alguna solución o mejora. No lo recomiendo para nada, ni volvería. Hay miles de hostels más en barcelona y en el mundo, con mejores condiciones y más agradables.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y está un poco sucia. No hay servicio de habitaciones, personal antipático y pocas opciones en el buffet de desayuno. También la cubertería estaba parcialmente sucia. El personal no toca la puerta cuando entra y te ven cuando acabas de salir de la ducha.la ubicación es buena

Aunque compramos una salida tardía, nos despertaron dos veces a las 10 am. Aunque le expliqué la situación al ama de llaves, llamó a la puerta 3 veces y no pude volver a dormir. No sé cómo una gerencia que no puede seguir la hora de salida de una habitación administra todo el albergue. Nunca volvería a elegir.

Todo el personal fue muy amable. Buen ambiente y habitaciones limpias. La ducha es débil por alguna razón, aunque el suministro de agua es normal. Me senté en diagonal porque la distancia entre el inodoro y la pared era pequeña. (altura 160cm)

La maleta se dejó en una taquilla con llave hasta el check-in.

Mucha de la gente que se alojaba aquí era gente joven, y los sábados y domingos se hacía el mercado de la moda en el primer piso y estaba lleno. También hay un bar.

Buena ubicación. Hay muchas cosas que hacer a poca distancia. ¡La Sagrada Familia desde la azotea también es la mejor!

As camas são boas, porém, o banheiro é extremamente pequeno. O quarto estava cheio de poeira e lixo atrás das camas. Não tem ar condicionado e a janela estava quebrada. O elevador demora muito, preferimos subir para o 5° andar de escadas.

I stayed back in August for a night. The instalations were good and I felt very welcomed during the stay, I was attended by a Romanian guy at the receptuon and he was very friendly and polite.

Increíble diseño y muy buenas habitaciones. Sin embargo si que considero que el precio era elevado para la oferta.

Enjoyed the stay. But the problems began at the foosball table. The table was incredible, craftsmanship was great. However maintenance has not been kept up, goalie alone has endplay of 5.0mm over factory specification. Found 14 of 22 players in similar condition, would recommend technician verify torque on all 22 players.

Very good hostel I've never seen more friendly and helpful staff. Was my first time staying in a hostel I was nervous at first but it was good everyone was friendly and it was safe and clean. The social areas are good and there's plenty of places to chill and relax. Only issue was the elevator is so slow lol you have to wait a long time for it to come

As instalações são boas e bem conservadas, além da decoração que é um show. O café da manha tem bastante opções (máquina de café - bom, 02 tipos de frutas, queijo prato, queijo branco, 2 tipos de presunto, croissant, pão duro, sucrilhos normal ou chocolate, leite, mel, Geleia, muffin de chocolate ou baunilha), porém na estadia durante a semana não tinha os frios. O chuveiro é quente, porém é uma torneira que voxe precisa ficar segurando. Sao um pouco apertados também. As camas são confortáveis, o cobertor é bem quente. Teto para o segundo andar da beliche é um pouco baixo. Não tem toalhas, então se quiser precisa pagar na recepção (5 euros). Tem locker para bagagem, cobram 2 euros: 1h ou 3 euros: 6h para mala pequena. É bem localizado, mas achei que seria mais próximo dos atrativos. Tem muitos restaurantes e cafeterias ao redor, porém precisa andar uns 7min para pegar o transporte para os principais pontos turísticos.

The rooms were ok. My friend and I stay in one room, but it wasn't clear from the description that it would only be one bed. The location was a bit far from any attractions and in a quiet area. Other than that it was a standard hostel atmosphere but a little better. The bar was cool and it was easy to meet other travelers. Very fun time in Barcelona!

Sin television. Sin nevera.sin servicio de limpieza. He estado 4 días no an entrado ha hacer limpieza en los 4 días ni por supuesto hacer las camas ni an cambiado las toallas hasta tuve que bajar a recepción para pedir papel higiénico.algo vergonzoso. Reserva una habitación doble superior. No sé qué quiere decir superior si es que estaba en la siesta planta o que. De las fotos de la web nada que ver.nada de terraza ventana a un patio interior solo vistas de tuberías. No un triste armario. Una tubería para colgar las perchas. Con una balda encima. Y e cuarto de baño minúsculo que más se puede pedir. Ya me habéis visto por hay.

Positives:
Helpful staff, modern interior, nice social and study areas, very close to bus and Metro (just 3 stops to Liceu), plenty of nearby marts and great restaurants

Downsides from my experience (I stayed in a private room) :
The hallways are unusually dark, the smell of the city sewage would randomly make it's way into my bathroom despite being on 7th floor. The floors were dusty. The setup of the shower in the bathroom is very awkward and gets water all over the floor and toilet. The king bed is actually two small beds pushed into one so you can't lay in the middle of it or the beds will separate. No gym. No organized activities (COVID restrictions have loosened and bars/clubs are open til 4am so no excuses)

Amenities: very modern locker system that you can use to hold your luggage if you need to store securely (3 different sizes), washer and dryer 3.5 euros (coins only) to use each machine once, there is a very nice terrace up top go to 8th floor and take a small flight of stairs

If you are looking for a gym (amazing pool, free weights, organized classes, spin room, treads, many machines) eurofitness is 2 mins away and does day passes for 12 euros

I was satisfied with my visit but the place is on the pricier end I hate to compare but the curio Alexandra cost me only 10-15 euro more per night

Really fantastic experience. I stayed in a private room and it was clean, spacious and well maintained. Highlight of the stay was the super friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Morning coffee or a sundown drink at the rooftop is a must.

Excellente auberge de jeunesse avec un rapport / qualité prix aussi excellent. Des chambres très propres et une décoration du restaurant magnifique!
Un personnel qualifié au niveau des langues internationales, très sympa et à l’écoute, surtout Jani a l’accueil

Une chambre plutôt spacieuse avec une immense terrasse sans vis à vis. Lit king size. Douche à l’italienne dans une petite sdb. Décoration style friche industrielle. Voilà pour le décor sympa. Le must c’est l’accueil efficace souriant disponible et même plus. C’est dire. Une ambiance jeune et décontractée. Je recommande absolument. Séjour début octobre 2021

Un voto in meno per la pulizia della camera, per l'asciugacapelli rotto in camera che per almeno 3 volte ci hanno detto che l'avrebbero cambiato e non l'hanno mai fatto. Ogni giorno dovevamo scendere dall'ottavo piano alla reception a prenderne uno. E per ben due volte in 6 giorni le chiavi non aprivano la porta della camera e anche in questo caso siamo dovuti scendere alla reception. Può capitare. Ma nel complesso tutto veramente top!

Un hotel muy bueno en el centro de Barcelona. Moderno y con unas instalaciones adecuadas para pasar unos días.

Excellente auberge de jeunesse, près de nombreux lieux de cultures barcelonais. Le staff est à l'écoute et réactif dès que nous avons une requête. Je ne manquerai de revenir chez eux pour un prochain voyage. A bientôt!

Está céntrico. A sólo unos minutos de paseo de Gracia. La atención en recepción muy buena! La habitación que nos tocó era bastante tranquila pero no tan bonita como en las fotos.para descansar está bien.

No hay televisiones en ninguna habitación y he pasado 2 días en el hotel y no se han pasado a limpiar la habitación

La mia esperienza in questo motel non è stata delle migliori. Stanza da sei piccolissima, si faceva fatica a camminare, piccoli così la stanza doccia (la cui anta non si chiudeva) e quella del bagno (si faceva fatica a sedersi). Inoltre le lenzuola e i copri materassi al nostro arrivo erano già sporchi. Non ho mai usufruito ne dei bagni ne delle docce pubbliche quindi non posso esprimere un parere, così per quanto riguarda il ristorante che non ho avuto modo di provare. Il personale simpatico e cordiale, disposto a fornire informazioni e c'è la possibilità diprenotare da loro vari biglietti.wifi gratis. La posizione è abbastanza comoda, non dista molto dalla fermata della metro e molte attrazioni le si possono raggiungere anche a piedi ed il prezzo è tutto sommato coerente.

This hostel is nice BUT.as a backpacker, maybe this isn't the best place. It's so large that it doesn't have the social atmosphere we're used to. There were also at least several families with young kids there. I heard a baby crying through the walls. There were also large groups of teenagers on what was probably a school trip. It's a nice building for sure even though the bathrooms are tiny but just beware that it's not the typical hostel.

The crowd in the bar was a little older than I had been told/expected - probably locals coming for the entertainment - which s actually a good thing. Still a hip spot though!

Really great location and friendly staff on the front desk 24/7. Rooms are clean, modern and make good use of the available space. This is family friendly hostel which cuts both ways. Personally, I found it really annoying to have kids running around everywhere and crying in the middle of the night - I'd rather drunk adults if I had a choice. This isn't the hostel's fault, but just something to be aware if you are wanting a child free holiday.

Very beautiful hostel. On the second floor you have a place to sit down aand play games.

We we're with a group of 8 people and 1 room. But the room was very small for 8 people. A organisation booked this room for us but we we're claustrofobic in this room. The toilet and shower we're okay.

Super chulo, la zona de ocio es una pasada, y el bar muy original. Las camas son muy cómodas y está muy limpio

We stayed here as one of my friend is a fan of generator but this time experience was not so good
No amenities in the room which mean no towel soap or bathing gel.
Breakfast is costlier than other hostels. Bar is also higher in price.
Location wise it is not so close to city center

The bartender Filippo was not so nice. I wend on Thursday to order Paella at 20 p.m and as reply I got that I had to order in ahead my dinner.
I went back to check the menu and no information regarding of ordering in advance your food. On top of that, classic pizza took longer than 30 minutes to be ready!

I can only speak to the bar experience I had here for a Balkan vs Cumbia show. There are two bars separated by space, which allows for dance and conversation, a nice contrast to have in one place. The music and energy were great, the space plenty and the decor rustic/modern/artsy. I am happy to find this place and I will be back for the entertainment venue and alternative scene.

We stayed a week on a private premium room with a balcony overlooking the whole city with excellent views of Sagrada Familia. Def recommend staying here. Hostel was clean and walkable to many sites.

Clean in the rooms, mostly clean in common areas, a lot to do in the hostel, good area of town, a lot of young people

Super comfortable beds, plenty of space in the rooms, clean bathrooms. Quiet during night. Friendly and polite staff. Reasonable prices.

Súper recomendable, es lindo y el ambiente más que agradable. La ubicación es excelente y la atención también.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a 6 bed shared room. Room was very clean and very spacious. Shared spaces are pretty cool and it has a rooftop patio! Close to a lot of great restaurants.

Breakfast is next to nothing and costs 8.5€. The beds are bunked and not the best. The shower is small and slippery. The bathroom is small.

Foi minha segunda experiência em um Hostel. Mas essa rede superou tudo o que eu já ouvi falar sobre hostels. Eu ficaria de novo e de novo. O staff é super atencioso, as instalações são novas e o ambiente é limpo. Dei sorte também pois as companheiras de quarto eram bem educadas. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
