Geneva Business School - Barcelona Campus

I went to GBS in Barcelona in July 2013 with my friends from RANEPA (Moscow).

The school is really modern and well-equiped. Every classroom has computers so you can easily work on them or you can use Wi-Fi. Also we had no complaints about the accommodation because it was of really good quality.

During our programme we studied a variety of subjects, for example, digital skills for global business, presentation skills and, of course, English and Spanish.

Despite studies there a lot of things to do and to see in Barcelona. So you can decide whether to go to the beach or to go sightseeing.

I think that it is a great opportunity for those who want to practice your English, study Spanish and get new knowledge. So I would recommend everyone to go to Barcelona.

My time in Geneva Business School was a unique experience in studying abroad and receiving knowledge from the best represantatives of an academic world. Although our group was the one to open GBS Barcelona Campus we also were the first ones to discover the whole range of opportunities it provides students with. Studying and living in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, teamworking, solving cases and preparing projects, visiting headquarters of the biggest companies - that is the list of things we did during our course. We made new friends, explored a different culture and even learned the Spanish language. Por eso os recomiendo llegar a GBS BCN Campus y estudiar con los mejores profesores.

Special thanks to the GBS team and Simisola Okoya in particular. You not only arranged the whole process of studies but also showed us Barcelona and made our time in this city even more marvelous.

This summer I had an amazing experience of studying in Geneva Business School’s Barcelona campus. Our group was the first to study in this Intensive Summer Programme, so it became a challenge for us and for our professors.

For me there is three main points to describe our traineeship. The first with no doubt is the process of studying. During three weeks we have learned a lot of new things, for example Digital Skills for Global Business or Research Skills. Also we had a great opportunity to practice our English and to study Spanish.

Another point is our accommodations: everything was amazing. We lived at Residencia Universitaria Agora which is located close to Mundet metro station. This is quiet and peaceful district with beautiful Park Labirint nearby.

To conclude I want to tell about most impressive part of our traineeship. At this period we had a chance to explore Barcelona. We’ve visited almost all famous places and by the end of those days we have felt ourselves like citizens.
