Grounding Massage

Mi esposa y yo recibimos el masaje de 90 minutos.

Venimos de un vuelo de 12 horas.
Llegué y caminé durante aproximadamente 5 horas.

No hace falta decir que estábamos muy doloridos y cansados.

Este masaje es lo que necesitábamos.

El lugar fue fácil de encontrar.
Entorno muy cómodo.
Fue recibido calurosamente.

Inmediatamente nos tranquilizamos.

El masaje comenzó conmigo boca abajo. La mesa estaba calentada y la música era relajante.

Lucien, mi masajista fue simplemente perfecto.
Manos muy suaves pero con una presión firme en los lugares correctos.

Sin presión excesiva.

Me sentí mimado.

A mitad del masaje me pidieron que me pusiera boca arriba.

Estaba tan relajada que sentía como si mi cuerpo se hundiera en la mesa.

Cuando terminó el masaje sentí que todos mis dolores y molestias habían desaparecido. incluido el estrés.
Mi mente y mi cuerpo estaban muy relajados.

Esta es una reseña larga, pero realmente las palabras parecen inadecuadas para describir mi masaje.

Highly recommendable! Rob does everything to make you feel comfortable. The space was cosy and warm. Perfect for a cold first spring day like yesterday. Rob also has a natural calm and kind energy that really makes you feel center of attention and it creates a “me time” moment. I felt lighter, relaxed and had a good sleep the night after. Rob's massage was exactly what I needed during my 4 day chill out visit to Barcelona - inspiring, relaxing, nourishing and keeping true to the namesake, grounding. My massage with Rob was one of the highlights of my trip to Barcelona last month. Having had a chilled day I was looking for a way to relax and unwind - and Rob did not disappoint. The whole experience was seamless - from booking, to arrival, massage and payment. Rob has a great energy and attention to detail and knows how to create an experience - not just a transaction. He took the time to chat and connect which created a relaxing atmosphere and an added reason to return. The massage was nurturing and focused on pressure points with long sweeping motions. I left feeling lighter and with some great local restaurant recommendations. I’ll be sure to look up Rob and Grounding Massage next time I’m visiting.

He's very approachable, listened to my needs at the beginning and I felt like the session hit of my needs to relax and unwind.

I was in need for a massage that was not only relaxing but also that would allow my mind to unwind from the world.

Half way through the massage I was so relaxed that I could hear my own deep breaths while being half a sleep.

The massage was a mix between a deep meditation and a very relaxing massage.

I really enjoyed the 90 minute session and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs this type of help.

It’s best master I ever have. I have a lot of stress, I had a temperature against this background, but after the first massage I just got on my feet. I've only been twice so far, but the results are amazing! The master works well and professionally, a beautiful place and location
