H10 Metropolitan

El refrigerador es pequeño y la función de enfriamiento es deficiente, por lo que el agua no está fría. La cama está apagada, así que me duele la espalda porque está muy mal. Puede escuchar el tráfico afuera y perturbar su sueño.wifi es muy lento

Muy buen hotel, muy bien ubicado en Barcelona. Lástima, descubrimos cuando llegamos a las 6: 30 p.m. Una habitación no preparada…. Tuvo un efecto divertido, sobre todo porque no éramos los únicos.
Nos asignaron otra habitación, amplia y cómoda. Habríamos apreciado una disculpa.

El hotel es súper recomendable todo limpio muy amable todo el staff completo a mi me encanto estuve en la habitación 213 me encanto todo

I accompanied my wife on a small conference held at this hotel. We stayed two nights and it overall experience was very good.
First, the location is great with a few min walk from La Rambla, Casa Batllo, Barri Gotic, and with quick access to metro lines.
The reception staff were very hospitable and friendly. They were quick to answer our questions and provide info.
The room was fully equipped, clean and service was spotless. There's even a coffee machine with pods but there's no explanation how to use it! One downside, the bed was a joint together of two single ones that had no hooks to hold them. They slipped apart easily.
Breakfast was nice and sufficient, however they seem to lack a proper restaurant for lunch and dinner, but hey you're in Barcelona and will be eating out and about.

Estuve en el bar en la terraza que tiene, sitio tranquilo y con un servicio de camareros muy atentos y amables, el lugar es muy recomendable si quieres que te atiendan bien y estar tranquilo, en pleno centro de la ciudad, seguro que repetiré.

Bellissimo hotel in posizione centrale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione super.per me sarebbero anche 10 stelle!

The hotel staff is always friendly and will try to accommodate all your requests. If you need a guide on places to visit they will do their best to make you a good recommendation. The rooms are comfortable, the food is good and they have a good location.

Could not ask for a better place to stay, room was clean, location was in the center of everything, staff was friendly. I will be back.

Bad costumer service and they prohibe things but they don’t even have it writing down in the rules, good for you!

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre de barcelone. Tout se fait à pied! Très belle décoration. Notre petite déception était le fait que la piscine du RDC est environ la moitié de la profondeur d'une vraie piscine, donc si on se met debout, on a de l'eau jusqu'à la taille seulement. Pour ce qui est de la "piscine" sur le toit, c'est plus une pataugeoire. Debout, un adulte a de l'eau mi-mollet. Chambre de bonne taille avec une belle terasse et une superbe salle de bain!

Had a very nice stay at the H10 Metropolitan. The room was nicely furnished and clean and the bed was ver comfortable. It was small by US standards but very typical for European 4-5 star hotels - so no surprise there. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool which was great - we enjoyed that extra little space. The first floor space was very nice and cozy. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Best of all probably was the location - great spot right in the center of the city at the top of La Ramba near all the action, and a very short walk to a major metro stop. Oh, the 2 pools were also a great extra.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service & very friendly staff! The rooftop pool is amazing and the room was very clean with nice strong AC. We would love to stay here again next time we come to Barcelona.

This is our second time staying here and we would definitely stay again. The hotel is clean and run by friendly, efficient staff. The free breakfast is delicious. If you’re looking for a little oasis just a perfect location in the thick of everything, this is your place. Chaos is out the front door (but that’s what you came for) while relaxing vacation vibes are on the rooftop pool or back terrace.

Great hotel and location. Everything was perfect except the fact they charge us a 8€ drink and they couldn’t give it to us for free because we forgot to give the free drink voucher at the bar the day before. Not very commercial after paying 560€ for 2 nights….

The room had no view, they charge us for what they put in the mini bar without let us know we will need to pay for them before. The crew was a bit off, but the location was great

L’hôtel est hyper bien placé avec une terrasse bar au Rdc très agréable

Total zentral gelegen. Klasse Zimmer und Ambiente. Sehr freundliches Personal. Riesiges Frühstücksbufett.

Une localisation excellente proche de tout, un personnel aux petits soins, un très bon choix de décoration et un petit-déjeuner excellent! Je recommande vivement:)

So far, we have stayed in 5 different hotels across 5 cities in Spain and Italy, and this was our best stay yet. We got greeted with champagne upon arrival. Our rooms weren’t ready yet, so the receptionist took our luggage and gave us a great recommendation for tapas. Our room was very large compared to every other hotel we’ve stayed in Europe. The bathroom was also spacious with an actual large shower with room to stretch, etc. THE AC ACTUALLY WORKED HERE IN MARCH. Every other hotel we stayed at the AC’s weren’t “on yet”. The lobby and bar area was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel spared no expense in decorations or furniture. The bar staff and the entire hotel staff were extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend, and I am pretty particular, per my wife. Cheers to H10 Metropolitan (much better than their sister hotel H10 Madrid Via de la Reina). The breakfast area was also cute and food was good.

We had a very pleasant stay at H10 Metropolitan. The staff was very attentive and nice. They even surprised us with a small cake and a bottle of champagne, as we were celebrating my partner's birthday. Recommend staying at this hotel and definitely will choose H10 again.

Here's a useful tip that I got from reading past reviews. Just book direct with H10!
I did and was very pleased with the rates and above that, was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary daily breakfast and welcome gifts.

H10 metropolitan has a great location close to plaza catalunya and we found it much easier to get about compared to our previous stay at Seventy. We booked the terrace room and had a great view of the inner courtyard. Friendly and courteous staff as well. Highly recommended!

Passé 5 jours en mars, très bon choix, bel hôtel, calme, propre, et très bien situé à 5m de la Place Catalunya qui est le noeud central stratégique pour les transports publiques.en plus nous avons eu une très bonne offre au niveau du prix!

WONDERFUL hotel! I love the Location (alot of Dinner options and transport station), the size of room/bath, the water pressure in the shower and Balcony! I was met with polite and serviceminded staffs and because of that i had most wonderful and unforgettable trip ever. Thank you H10 Metropolitan. We will meet again ️

Situato in piazza Catalunya, accoglienza ottima, della pulizia in generale nulla da dire, personale qualificato, prima colazione abbondante e ottima, sono andata per il mio compagno 4 giorni e addirittura lo staff dell'hotel mi ha fatto trovare una sorpresa in stanza, champagne con un tortino per festeggiare il compleanno.un hotel che pensa ai dettagli.lo consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerò. Me quede una noche en el hotel y me ha impresionado muchísimo! No me lo esperaba tan bonito y tan acogedor, me dieron una habitación con vistas a la rambla y me encantó!
Ademas, el trato y el servicio del hotel es excelente.
Sin duda cuando vuelva a Barcelona me quedo en este hotel:)

Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more central to all the great shopping, bars and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable!

Staying at this hotel at the moment. 200€ per night, no cleaning service. Poor breakfast. It feels like all the personnel is making a favour letting us stay here. No child chair at restaurant (or at least no one offered it). Oh, by the way, it’s my birthday today. Totally disappointed. Thank you.

Chambres et style de ces dernières magnifiques.
Pression de l'eau de la douche impressionnante, eau chaude arrive tout de suite.
Table et fer à repasser, parapluie, sèche cheveux, bouilloire, coffre fort expresso dans chaque chambre.
Je ne vous parle pas de la présentation et de constitution du petit déjeuner.
Cadre formidable; tout cela à 2 pas de la place de catalunya.

Genial. Experiencia maravillosa. A mi mujer y a mi nos encantó el desayuno, tanto el salado con Huevos Benedict con Pastrami como el dulce con gofres y crêpes preparados al instante, todo riquísimo.
El personal y las instalaciones un 10 y qué decir de la ubicación, en plena Rambla, inmejorable.

Un hotel fantastic i amb piscina, al centre neuralgic de la ciutat. No es econòmic, pero les instalacions i la ubicació, sens dubte valen el preu que costa.
En mig del bullici del centre de la capital de la mediterrania, aquest hotel és com un oasi de pau.
Si es pot pagar, val la pena tenir aquest raconet de pau per descansar de la calor i reposar una miqueta, per continuar amb la marxa de la ciutat.

Ho scelto questo hotel legato ad un offerta ed anche per la posizione centralissima. La struttura é fantastica, completa di ogni comfort. Il personale eccellente e attento, ma soprattutto la colazione da 5 stelle. Eccezionale!

Espectacular. Bien situado. Buen desayuno. Habitación individual adecuada. Un poco de ruido al inicio de la noche por algún sistema de aire acondicionado o algo, pero por poner alguna pega. Personal muy atento.

Sólo estuvimos a medianoche para tomar un te, podría haber sido un cóctel o lo que fuera porque da gusto estar allí. Sumamente confortable y de extremo buen gusto en su decorado. El personal muy atento y respetuoso, un diez sobre diez!

Super Lage. Sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist mehr als hervorragend und es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt. Man kann zu dem ohnehin großen Buffett noch eine menge extra dazu bestellen. Die Churros sind fantastisch.

Muy poco sensibles con las emergencias. He entrado un momento y pedido gentilmente si podia usar el baño y me lo han negado rotondamente.

Great hotel in the centre of Barcelona. Nice small pool in the backyard. Good bar and restaurant. The rooms are a little small but some of them with a balcony. The location is great as just 300 m north of la ramblas

Warm welcome with a glass of Sangria and a cava. Reception staff exceptional - couldn't have asked for more. Decided to stay and extra night and they made the process so easy. Definitely go back on next visit to Barcelona.
Location also superb - really central and easy access to Plaça Dr Catalunya for tourist and airport buses. 5 mins walk to las Rambles.
