Dijeron que nos darían una habitación más grande porque nos quedaríamos unos días. Es genial, pero pequeño y con poco espacio.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Personal amable y eficiente. Cómoda habitación impecable con balcón. Barra en la azotea. Altamente recomendado.

¿Por dónde empiezo? La ubicación está en el centro de la ciudad.
El personal de recepción es cálido y acogedor. Los espejos son un poco desagradables pero bonitos.
Lamentablemente, mi agente de viajes reservó una habitación estándar, que, dado el sitio web del hotel, era una habitación de aspecto razonable que tenía todo lo necesario: una ducha y una cama. El tamaño de la habitación, ¿cómo puedo decir que es tan pequeña? Consideré dejar la maleta en el pasillo para tener un poco más de espacio. La vista desde la ventana no te molesta en abrir las persianas, a menos que te guste mirar un patio vacío.
La mayoría dice que el bar de la azotea tiene una gran vista de la ciudad y es espectacular por la noche. En el lado negativo, el ascensor no llega a la cima, solo hay 21 escalones para completar el viaje (nota para ti, solo un par de tragos).
Se ofrece desayuno y se proporciona la variedad normal de alimentos. La comida caliente estaba fría. No estoy seguro si esto es algo español. Los camareros son extremadamente serviciales y amables.
¿Volvería al hotel? SÍ, mi respuesta es un PERO, siempre hay un pero que reservo una habitación más grande.

Muy buena ubicación y personal amable!
Pero la diferencia entre el estado de la habitación básica y la habitación con balcón es realmente enorme.
Es casi como si no fuera realmente el mismo hotel.

Como se ve en las reseñas, la habitación básica es una cama justo después de abrir la puerta.
En realidad, el tamaño de la habitación estaba bien porque la había usado mucho en Japón, pero era un poco más difícil porque la estructura de la habitación en sí apenas separaba el espacio entre el baño y el dormitorio. Olor y humedad del baño.

Si tienes una maleta pequeña o no eres sensible a la humedad, la habitación básica será suficiente.

La habitación del balcón también tenía un olor a cloaca que era inevitable en un edificio antiguo, pero mi esposo, que no es sensible, apenas podía sentirlo a menos que fuera al baño, y yo olía extraño poco a poco.

Aún así, para aquellos con más de dos compañías y aquellos que se preocupan por las condiciones del alojamiento, si reservan una habitación con balcón, quedarán satisfechos con la ubicación y la amabilidad)

Hotel muy bonito con habitaciones amplias. Buen punto de partida para explorar Barcelona. Desafortunadamente, las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas, por lo que se pueden escuchar todos los sonidos de los demás huéspedes. Personal amable y muy buen desayuno.

Un buen hotel con una excelente ubicación. Sin embargo, es una pena que no haya una piscina de inmersión en una terraza. No estuve muy atento al reservar el hotel y me decepcionó bastante cuando me di cuenta de que no hay piscina.
La habitación de lujo premium con vista a la ciudad es un poco pequeña y un poco cara, y no fue muy sencillo entender cómo funciona el aire acondicionado en la habitación, así que mi pareja y yo nos resfriamos después de 2 noches durmiendo con el aire acondicionado funcionando.

Magnífico Hotel! Todo fue perfecto: excelente ubicación, excelente servicio, muy limpio…. Definitivamente regresaría. Gracias por todo.

Posizione perfetta per girare Barcellona a piedi, vicinissimo alla metro e alla fermata del bus per l’aeroporto.
Struttura moderna con una bella terrazza panoramica sul tetto e una zona colazione molto accogliente.
Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata.
Camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Bagno con una doccia grande e rilassante.
Servizio preciso e cortese.

Bellissimo hotel, personale cortese, servizio ottimo, molto pulito, arredamento nuovo in stile moderno, molto tranquillo! Colazione al buffet completa di tutto! Consiglio!

Fantastic Hotel and Staff,
Stayed here for the first time and location is excellent, so close to everything,

Staff were very friendly and helpful, to the point of making sure my wife had a kettle and cup for a cup of tea. Breakfast was to a great standard, rooms albeit small were very comfortable, clean and service was spot on.

Highly recommended hotel for location, cleanliness, food and overall efficiency of staff, would I recommend and stay again, yea I would.

Absolutely delightful stay.
We stayed here for 4 nights November 2022, from our very first moment in the hotel, the staff were amazing, including the reception staff, porter and those that were running the breakfast. A special mention to the security guard who was always a friendly face whenever you'd walk into the lobby.

Although the normal check in is 15: 00, they allowed us to check in at before noon for which we were very grateful. They had also provided a cot as requested, with a mattress and a duvet. The bed was very comfy and had plenty of pillows. They included many amenities including dental kit and have a good system for shampoo etc

The one thing that really stood out in the hotel was the cleanliness, we found our room absolutely spotless and it was cleaned impeccably on a daily basis.

The breakfast was also very good and had a good selection of items that would be regularly topped up by the diligent members of the kitchen.

The hotel is located is an excellent location and many facilities and attractions are within walking distance. The metro station is also very close walking distance.

There are some reviews complaining about the view of a car park, they could have easily accessed the roof for a nice arieal view.

The only slight negative was that one the first day and for most of the second day the Wi-Fi wasn't working, but that was a technical issue that was beyond the control of the hotel.

I would whole heartedly recommend staying at H10 Universitat and if their other hotels are run like this one which is like a well oiled machine.

Tivemos que ficar em dois quartos um era médio e o outro era pequeno porem cafe da manhã bom cama otimo e tudo muito limpo. Os recepcionistas legais e bons de papo em geral gostei

Hemos estado 2 noches en el hotel, el hotel es tranquilo, el personal muy agradable, el desayuno variado, las habitaciones muy limpias. Gracias por la atención de todos, hemos estado muy a gusto, repetiremos seguro.

Preu-qualitat esta molt be. L'habitació que m'ha tocat era molt petita i donava a un pati interior. La porta no tancava be i vam haver de posar un puf contra la porta xq no fes soroll. L'esmorzar espectacular, la terrassa de dalt molt be i la situació també

Very friendly staff! Awesome breakfast which you will always look forward each day when at H10. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Very good location. Just at the heart of the city!
H10 staff were so helpful, everyone we approached and spoke with, were all very nice people! THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We took a small room and the kids had a large one. Clean welcoming and great location. Breakfast is also fresh and generous.

H10 was a breathe of fresh air. The hotel was easy to locate, extremely clean, modern with very good air conditioning during a heat wave. The front desk was very helpful. The lady helped resolve a safe problem in my room while also making killer recommendations on restaurants and areas to visit. I would certainly stay at another H10 hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights in room 810. The room was clean and modern. My 2 children aged 12 and 8 slept in the sofa bed and we had a huge bed. There's a balcony off the bedroom with a nice view. The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice. Overall, a wonderful stay and perfect location.

Le personnel est très agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé et le petit déjeuner est très complet. Le rooftop est très agreable. Toutefois, les chambres sont petites et la salle de bain (comprenant les toilettes) n'est séparée de la chambre que par une paroi coulissante, qui ne va pas jusqu'au mur laissant clairement peu d'intimité. Par ailleurs, l'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas bonne. On entend très bien les voisins discuter. Globalement assez déçue

Hotel a due passi da plaça Catalunya e da molte delle attrazioni principali della città. Personale gentilissimo e professionale, la mia camera era pulitissima, spaziosa, letto comodo e nonostante desse sulla strada, l'insonorizzazione era perfetta. Colazione di livello con prodotti freschi e di qualità, personale molto efficiente. Pulizia generale al top. Merita anche la terrazza all'ultimo piano

El emplazamiento fantástico, al lado de la plaza de Cataluña. El bar de la última planta fantástico para tomarse la penúltima copa de la noche. Las habitaciones espaciosas, la nuestra con balcón a la avenida y la cama enorme. El desayuno abundante. Le pongo un fallo porque la señal de televisión no iba Y los productos de cortesía del aseo eran los mínimos.

If you decide to stay, book only superior rooms with balcony and above categories. Lesser are intolerable

Generally very clean rooms, amazing terrace views, space of room feels bigger with mirrors and glass, however thin walls, lack of chains on the doors and staff walking in on us took away the sense of privacy and safety one expects from a hotel.

Has no professionalism.as its a 4 star hotel in center of barcelona. I believe the staff in night duty doesnt even understand what categorieses it into a 4 star hotel as he denies of the duties.its sad to see that kind of behaviour of a 4 star hotel.will never ever make any reservation with H10 group of hotels at any cost.

Excellent reasonably priced modern hotel located very centrally & with good walking, Metro & Aerobus connections. Staff very professional and welcoming, definitely plan to look out for this & other H10 hotels in the future.

Modern Hotel with decent sized rooms for single person, I was lucky and got a room with a mini balcony with view to the main road.

The hotel has a great breakfast selection and staff was always helpful an me friendly!

For relaxation you can go to the top floor where the rooftop lounge is located with an incredible view of the city!

Will definitely stay again on my next trip in Barcelona.

Nice clean hotel. Excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Not disappointed over the lack of a decent bar area inside but great rooftop terrace bar.

I paid a 4 stars Hotel and woke up like a Hostel. The housekeeper speaking loudly in the morning. They beating, making noise right in front of my room at 8 am. Not to mention the work of repairs it was impossible to sleep. I paid 170 euros a night to sleep as if I were in a noisy pension

Room was very small. Lighting was designed for one person. No place for luggage or to sit down. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly. Nicely located. Would Have liked clock and adapter.

La ubicación del hotel es genial. Los espacios comunes son muy bonitos y el desayuno muy variado y fresco. La habitación era muy pequeña y el espacio de guardado era casi inexistente, pero al menos el baño era muy grande.

Amazing staff, from check in to the room. Estefani, Xavi, Barbara, Roberto and Viviana all wonderful. The location is phenomenal. Happy people happy place.
