Habitat Apartments

Realmente disfrutamos de Barcelona, ​​pero no recomendaríamos este apartamento. La ubicación está bastante alejada, el diseño era extraño con muy poca luz. El baño y la sala de estar eran muy pequeños para 4 personas. Las camas eran incómodas y los vecinos de arriba estuvieron de fiesta toda la noche. Entonces, con la falta de sueño y la cantidad de dinero gastado en taxis para llegar a otros lugares, no valió la pena los cientos de dólares que intentamos ahorrar.

El apartamento está en una excelente ubicación. Muy cerca de los mejores restaurantes que querrás visitar. También muy cerca del transporte Publix y del Paseo de Gràcia. El único problema que encontró O es el óxido del patio interior al que da la ventana del baño que olía a cloaca, así que simplemente no abrimos esa ventana, lo cual no es conveniente.
Si el edificio es capaz de solucionar ese problema, entonces todo estaría bien.
Las toallas están viejas y ásperas. . Es hora de reemplazar.

Te lo recomiendo mucho. Una estancia agradable, apartamento confortable, cerca del centro. Servicio útil.

Si quieres un lugar de 150 euros por noche sin ducha (sin agua tibia y con la cabeza rota) y el peor servicio al cliente, ¡ese es el lugar!

Bonito apartamento, buena ubicación. Ideal para una escapada a la ciudad. Habría sido cuatro o cinco estrellas si el colchón de la cama doble no fuera tan incómodo.

Apartamento perfecto. Hay por ahí comentarios negativos de no se qué de fianza, mientras que ni siquiera piden una fianza. Todo super limpio y nuevo.

El sistema de aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Me di cuenta de que la CA estaba desconectada del panel eléctrico, después de llamar al host, enviaron a alguien y se volvieron a conectar desde el panel. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido (un ruido de taladro 3 veces/minuto) y nos dijeron que solo serán unos minutos. Salimos a cenar y cuando volvimos el ruido de perforación era exactamente el mismo que al principio. Intentar relajarse o dormir bien por la noche era prácticamente imposible debido a este sonido incesante e irritante. Tampoco tenían fans.
El baño estaba en mal estado. Llamamos varias veces pero al ser una agencia nos decían que nos pasarían el mensaje. Además el apartamento de enfrente nos despertó a las 5 de la mañana haciendo un after party en su balcón (gestionado por la misma empresa) Sospecho que el problema de CA se conocía antes (razón por la que se desconecta del panel). Nuestra experiencia con esta empresa ha sido muy mala, poco profesional y frustrante.

Con el apartamento todo muy bien y la localización es muy buena. Dejamos ropa en el placard y nunca nos dieron una respuesta satisfactoria.

A lovely apartment with all the necessary amenities located in a fabulous neighbourhood. Check in was very simple and the cosy nature of the apartments provided the welcome break we needed.

We stayed with Habitat in Barcelona and the flat was nice, but 500 euro for the electricity and gas as extra cost must be too much - we only stayed 40 nights so sadly that destroyed our experience. Beautiful flat but unfortunately not taken care of with safety issues such as broken sliding doors to the living room. That made us feel unsafe during the stay. Customer service - doesn’t exist there: (

I recently stayed at Habitat Apartments and while I found their Apartment Parlament Balconies to be quite nice and good value for money, their customer service and representatives are definitely something to be beware of if booking an apartment with them. In particular, I had an extremely unprofessional experience with one of their representatives who showed us into the apartment - he seemed unprepared and couldn't handle making two proper sentences either in English or Spanish.

But the real issue came the day before our check-out when we had a run-in with one of their employees who entered our apartment (with his own key, opening the door by himself) and told us we should be out of there by 11am that day, even though our scheduled check-out was the following day. To make matters worse, we had arranged with the first-day representative (the one that was unprepared and hard to communicate with) to meet us at 8pm that evening to return our deposit (300euro) as we were leaving at 4am the next day, but he didn't show up nor answered his phone (despite ensuring us and repeating to himself the time and date around 19 times a few days earlier). Their 24-hour service line couldn't help us at all at the time beside saying that they’ll try to contact him and call me back (they never did). That caused our last day in Barcelona to become an exhausting and uncertain evening with neither the money nor a good night's sleep – instead of planned tapas and wine.

All in all, it was a frustrating and stressful experience, and for the whole following these events week, we didn’t know how we would get our money back (we ultimately did get it back, although the amount of messages and calls to have that done was definitely to high). It's a shame because the apartments are nice and well-priced, but the customer service and unprofessional behavior of their representatives are a major issue. I would be cautious if booking with this company in the future.

Worst experience in my life. The place was very dirty. Human hairs are all over the place. Surprise! When you uncover the bed you will notice other human hairs, remains of human skin, and some fluids all over the bed sheet. It's absolutely disgusting.

THIEVES! LADRONES! Do NOT rent from this disreputable company. We rented an apartment in Barcelona, left it in perfect condition and were told we'd receive our deposit back within a month of check out. Five months later we still haven't received our deposit and they are ghosting us on all attempts to communicate.

The flat was lo vely and the maintenance people were great but the big disappointment is the company.

We paid a €1200 deposit for 2 months accommodation. In that time, 250€ a month is your allowance for utilities such as water, electricity. They claimed that, over 2 months, we spent €400 over the allowance, suggesting that the bills amounted to €900 for two people staying in the flat for two months. - I don't think so.

We never got sent an official utility bill and were given no way to issue a complaint. It is right now February 3rd and we still have not received our deposit having checked out December 9th

The team have stopped replying to my messages (despite supposedly offering 24/7 responses 365 days a year) and I'm starting to think we won't get back what's left of our deposit.

Ridiculous way to run a business and I don't recommend that anyone bother to stay with them. We left the apartment in perfect condition and for our trouble they charge us a 3rd of our deposit.

Extremely unprofessional service - 6 months later we haven’t received yet our deposit and they disappeared. We tried emails, phone calls, support chat on their website (where they initially responded, but as soon as we mentioned deposit, they closed the chat). We are still waiting.

The apartament was nice, but they have terrible service. They don't refund the deposit and just disappear.

Esta empresa es muy poco profesional y nada competente. Desaconsejo alquilar cualquier apartamento con ellos, pues todo parece correcto hasta que llega el momento de la devolución de la fianza, ya que se vuelve un proceso tedioso e incierto, llegando a durar dos meses en los mejores casos.

The apartment is very symbolic of where we were. Very pleasant and authentic environment in which we enjoyed a nice holiday. The service and staff sometimes didn't pick up the phone, but when we called them a second time, they picked up the phone and were very helpful.

The apartment was very well located and since it was located near the subway, we could walk wherever we wanted without any problems.

The only surprise we did not expect was the payment of Damage Deposit, in the amount of € 300, which was returned within a week of leaving the apartment. Personally, I am very happy with the apartment and I recommend other people to come here as well.

e. SE QUEDAN CON TU FIANZA. INVENTAN DAÑOS. Cuando terminó el contrato, 30 junio, acudió una agente de la inmobiliaria que examinó el piso e informó que en 20 dias devolverían la fianza al estar todo correcto. SEGUIMOS PELEANDO PARA LA DEVOLUCIÓN. DENUNCIAREMOS.

Agencia que carece de profesionalidad y además no devuelve la fianza que corresponde adjudicando gastos y destrozos inventados. No se encuentran en sus oficinas físicas ni contestan a los correos. Un mes y medio más tarde de finalizar el contrato aún estoy encontrando la forma de que me devuelvan el dinero. Contratar los servicios de esta agencia es un timo asegurado.

The apartment was nice enough. In a good location and fully equipped. When we arrived the place was dirty and we had to wash all of the kitchen pots and things before using them. The wifi was also very slow and constantly disconnecting. The neighbors above and to the side have loud parties any night of the week, making it hard to sleep.

Upon leaving I was told we would have our deposit back within 20 days. After over a month they sent an itemized receipt informing us they were taking out about half our deposit for things we did not break, double charging us for items, as well as incorrect math! We sent them our concerns and waited for a response.

After 2 months they responded to our emails informing us they already returned the half. They did this without responding to any of our concerns or explaining why they were taking so much.

It has now been over 3 months since we moved out and I have still not received the correct amount of my deposit back. 3 MONTHS!

Horribly disrespectful. Honestly just out to rip people off. You have been warned, DO NOT USE THIS AGENGECY.

Do not book any apartment with these people, I've booked them through Airbnb and I had many issues, nobody responded or answered the phone and I had to deal with the apartment problems by my own, they won't care, they will even take more money from you, worst Airbnb Ive ever booked.

La decoración preciosa, los detalles muy cuidados incluidos amenities y kit básico de cocina. Lo malo es que en uno de los baños había una gotera, el WiFi no funcionaba y el escándalo de la noche en la calle y los otros apartamentos no permitía descansar.

Before I rent I also wanted to check some reviews. I think apartment would be good but the problem is employees. One of employee also couldn't solve the problem and just hangup the phone call because she didn't understand English well.flat might be good but don't expect service.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner en negativo. Es la empresa de alquiler turistico menos profesional de Barcelona. Los trabajadores son ineptos y nada resolutivos. Las personas en la oficina no tienen capacidad para dar soluciones. Son mentirosos y estafadores. Hay muchas mas agencias con personal profesional. Os arrepentiréis de alquilar a traves de esta agencia que es un circo.
