En esta gasolinera hoy a las 6: 00 horas me han quitado 80 de la tarjeta, aunque he repostado hasta el tope por 13€. Después de que llamé al botón de ayuda, nadie hablaba inglés. En resumen, dinero perdido: (Si se resuelve este problema y se devuelven los fondos, cambiaré la calificación de la empresa.

Simplemente siga las instrucciones en pantalla, realice el pago y luego podrá repostar su automóvil con diésel o gasolina.

We were up against it with time. Tried twice to use this pump. Couldn't work it out. It kept asking for a code? Tried a few different ways of making it work. We told the other people at the airport at the car rental returns area not to use ham petrol pump. As now we have to pay a fine 25euro and the cost of the fuel we used.as we could not get it to work and return the car re-fuelled. It Was very stressful as the next nearest pump is 40 mins round trip which we didn't have time for. Nitemare!

This gas station doesn‘t work!
We tried several times but were not able to fill up our car. My girlfriend and I have a master degree and did not figure out how it works.
The translations of the explanation on the touch screen is completely incomprehensible.
In summary I would suggest you work on the software and install a sign with an easy way of explaining how to fill up the car.
Very bad service!

First gave it 1 star because, you have to decide for a prepaid amount - not very practical for a rented car that has to be filled up.

Credit card only, You have to decide how much you want to fill before starting. It is a bit stressful for filling a rented car.

Traté de pagar con 4 cartas diferentes. Las tarjetas eran de 3 bancos diferentes. Lo intenté unas 10 veces. Cada vez que apareció el mensaje "demasiado tiempo esperando la confirmación de la transaction". Del mismo modo, la mujer holandesa repostando al lado. Los españoles pagaron sin problemas.

Unless someone told you this was a refuelling station you wouldn’t realise it or that it was open to the public. In the airport’s logistics area. We drove past it twice without realising what it was. No signs other than Open in Spanish.
It appears to be a scam to ensure you return your hired car without a full tank. No practicable refilling station coming on motorways from the west or south. So I was”fined” 50euros and ripped off for a full tank by the rental company. Beware!
