Mis padres decidieron optar por esta empresa. Y dada la situación en la que nos encontravamos fueron muy comprensibles y resulotivos. Las habitaciones nuevas son calidad 10. Mejor imposible. Seguro que volveremos a repetir en caso de necesitarlo.

A lot of unnecessary charges, not very accommodating customer support.

I stayed in one of HERE's rooms for 2 months, left the room cleaner than when I moved in but was still charged unnecessarily and received a fraction of my deposit back. The deposit was not returned within the agreed 30 days, only when I had sent an email to enquire about it.

He estado en una habitacion mediana interior con buenas condiciones. Me habria gustado una habitacion exterior finalmente pero no pudieron cambiarme a otra de sus habitaciones porque las tenian reservadas y eso hizo que no se pudiera cumplir con mi deseo de tener vistas a la calle. El servicio de limpieza semanal hace mas comoda la estancia y la convivencia.

To flee! They will rob you! The first month you will have to pay 1 month fees + 1 month deposit + 1 month rent = 3 months (only for the entrance), the equipment is old, nothing is working and when you ask them for some help, it comes many weeks later, they will try to fixe It until the material is unusable, if it is really really unusable they will replace it with a second hand, which gonna have another issue! They take fees everywhere, that you have to pay them everytime! And when you gonna leave thé flat, they will never give you back your deposit, they will never respond to your email or calls! Run away! Never go to this agency, rent an hotel or airbnb, It Will be better and less expensive!

Mi estancia de 7 meses ha estado bien, trabajar con una gestoria facilita la comunicación y las incidencias. Hay muchas quejas de cargos en la devolución de fianza pero porque son reparaciones que se hacen que previamente la gestoria nos avisó de que se nos cobraría. Yo si les recomiendo.

Durante mi estancia en una de las habitaciones de Here, el trato por parte del personal fue profesional y resolutivo. El alojamiento estaba limpio, equipado y con buena comunicación con el centro de la ciudad.

High level of professionalism! They pay attention to every small detail your request and deliver as advertised!

It is the worst agency you could think of. They charge money for everything, don't do anything on the maintenance of the house (had 6 weeks of no running hot water) and they don't refund your deposit. Never rent anything from them!

Todo mal con esta agencia, primero me tuvieron que mover del piso en el que estaba porque el dueño lo iba a vender, entiendo que eso se les sale de las manos, pero tampoco es mi problema ni mi culpa.por lo menos deberían darte algo para la mudanza. Ahora llevo mes y medio esperando que me regresen mi fianza y no me dan respuesta, y leyendo los otros comentarios me doy cuenta de que probablemente me regresen 20 euros de los 490 que les pagué. NO ALQUILEN CON ESTA AGENCIA! Edit: por cambio de habitación me hicieron dos contratos en el inicial especificaba que por check-out me cobraban 75€ + IVA pero al momento de hacer el siguiente contrato le hicieron un aumento arbitrario a 125€ + IVA cosa que no revisé ya que confié en que era básicamente lo mismo (y según ellos Debía firmar rápidamente para no perder el cupo) así que sí, me regresaron la fianza pero antes me descontaron 90€ estuve tan solo 2 meses en una habitación y 1 en otra, y por supuesto “mantenimiento” me descuentan 25€ y 45€ de limpieza. Por otro lado, los pisos suelen estar viejos y se nota que los dueños no les meten un euro para mejorarlos, pero eso si… si te sale una humedad tú la pagas, ojo con ese contrato porque parece que todo es responsabilidad del arrendatario. Pondré una queja en Spotahome ya que allí fue donde me topé con esta empresa nefasta, REPITO! NO ALQUILEN CON ESTA AGENCIA!

Agradecidos a Here Barcelona. Mi experiencia ha sido buena, me facilitaron cambio de habitacion por cambio de trabajo en Barcelona y siempre han estado atentos. Como toda agencia tienen sus tarifas normales por los servicios que dan. Lo unico que me habria gustado es que fuesemos alguno menos en el piso pero estuvo bien por que saque amistades de alli!

When i stayed in a house in Gothic true Here agency, the warm water didn’t work for a week. And it didn’t work two weeks before that. The power kept shutting of every 5 minutes if more than 2 people where home (we lived with 7). The contact with the agency is not good. I have been waiting for my deposit for TWO months! They say that their financial department is in Madrid.doesn’t make any sense that my deposit has not been done yet. They also tried to tell me that I didn’t leave my keys in my room after I left, so that I would have to pay over 200 euros. Magically, in 2 minutes they found the keys. Do not rent true this agency.

Great Room in the Heart of Barcelona. This room is so modern and is close to the sagradia familia and the Barceloneta which makes suitable to anyone.
On a side note: Morgane was really professional in showing us the apartment and specifically the room and in telling us more about the city of Barcelona.

After two months after the ending of the contract I still didn´t get back my deposit!
I really can`t recommend this agency, the communication is really really bad.

In the end there were all kinds of costs, which were unreasonably high, to get almost non of your deposit back.

I stayed at Carrer de Balmes 130.7 people, 2 small bathrooms with a small boiler, thus cold water almost always. And one mini kitchen. Not a great stay!

We informed them that we have electricitical issue and they ignored us
After that a fire happen in the house because of the electricity and luckily we managed to put off the fire before anyone gets hurt.
After it They left us for 20 days without electricity in my room
Without offering us any other place to stay and left us in these 20 days in danger because fire could happen.
Also there as a lot of tricks in the contract that make you pay a lot of fees for them
Like 122 cleaning fee.
And they have already the reputation of not returning the deposit back
So its a fraud

A very good real estate agency! Morgane is very friendly, can be reached permanently on whatsapp and answers every question in great detail. If you want, you always get new housing options sent to you on Whatsapp and keeps you always up to date. Top service, can only be recommended!

Very unprofessional. They canceled my booking less than one week before my move-in and left me whitout a room. There are many hidden fees and they asked me to pay in cash. Very suspicious. I absolutely would not recommend!

Worst experience I have ever had with an agency. Haven't gotten my 400 euro deposit back and I've been moved out for a month. They work with booking agencies like spotahome and uniplaces to scam students out of money. Their apartments are horribly maintained and their customer service is a joke. Would give it a negative score if I could.

Uma empresa muita séria, que está sempre pronta ajudar a resolver qualquer transtorno que possa ocorrer. As pessoas são excelentes e ajudam sempre no que podem.

The flat was good, very well located and there was space in it, the agency was reactive in case of issues. However, every service is overpriced, There are too many fees, i payed a month of rent as agency fees, then the rent was higher due to agency fees while the flat was not so well maintened (old materials etc) and finally, more than half of the deposit was taken mostly for « check out fees », « tranfer fees » while i didnt even have a check out due to covid.

-La empresa más abusiva de Barcelona. De las pocas que cobran la cuota de administración (equivalente a un mes de renta) + fianza (equivalente a un mes de renta). Y siempre se salen con la suya para no devolver la fianza, o devolver lo mínimo posible.

-Se anuncian como que aceptan renta quincenal, (es decir que si llegas el 16 de enero sólo pagas la mitad del mes). Cuando yo hice mi reservación, mi fecha de entrada prevista era el 16 de enero de 2020, por lo que únicamente debería haber pagado la mitad de enero. Sin embargo, para aceptar mi reserva me condicionaron a pagar todo el mes, aún cuando estuve sólo la mitad.

-Yo vivía en un piso de sólo mujeres y la agencia enviaba al hombre de mantenimiento sin previo aviso, faltando a nuestra privacidad.

-En invierno, enviaban a una persona al piso a bajar el nivel del calentador sin avisarnos, y cuando nos dábamos cuenta y lo subíamos porque evidentemente se volvía frío, volvían a enviarlo para que le bajara, y así incontables veces.

-Esta agencia te carga por cualquier ridiculez que se les ocurra.

-De ninguna manera apoyaron a los inquilinos por la crisis de la pandemia Covid19. Nada.

The worst real estate agency in Barcelona, I just gonna say they have to switch constantly the name because their reputation and the bad comments of their users. BTW, Is impossible to get the money back of your depositthey will always find an excuse or an extra cost.

I used this agency and I dont recommend it for expats or students, very unprofessional misleading and unfriendly. No hosting or helpful approach for foreigners, they dont care about the wellbeing of their clients and will make you pay for every stupid maintenance in the flats, send people to spy on the flat adjust the heating system without informing tenants.
I dont recommend.

Avoid at all cost!

I have heard disappointing stories with rental agencies before, but this agency is beyond belief.
- They kept charging fees for overpriced reparations (more than 2x market) that never worked, performed without our approval.
- Cleaning was included (twice a week), but the flat was infested with cockroaches and very dirty. [Thankfully, this property was sold, hope it happened only there].
- They did give back some of the deposit, but full of illegitimate charges.
- Finally, they kicked us all out to sell the flat, with a 30-day notice, and displayed absolutely no flexibility or empathy, considering it was just before Christmas and during final exams.

I understand whythe agency changed names multiple times in the last few years.

Muy buena inmobiliaria, estuve 5 meses en una de sus habitaciones y todo muy bien, el piso estaba en una buena ubicación y muy bonito, cuando me quise mudar a otro apartamento tuve un súper problemon y me dejaron plantada y ellos acudieron en mi ayuda para encontrarme un piso al día siguiente, muy agradecida y en buenas manos:)

Absolutely recommended agency. I lived in one of their properties in the centre of Barcelona for 2 years and I don't have a single bad thing to say. My flatmates were always international (mostly) students and it was great because that gave me the opportunity to practice my English everyday. I could go anywhere by walking which saved me a lot of money on the transport. I am very thankful to had found them. I'm living in London now but whenever I'd come back to Barcelona again, I'd certainly know where to come back again.

A very very helpful and profesional agency with a huge range of really high quality properties in Central Barcelona. After searching for the right flat for a few days this was the company that definately showed me the best options at the best prices.

I found that it really suited my needs as an international exchange student and loved my room and the service so much I decided to extend my stay!

My stay here in Barcelona has been made a lot easier because I've had HERE to help me with things for my accommodation that would have normally been difficult, especially in a foreign country.

These guys are very professional and helpful. The staff are friendly, welcoming g and often check in to make sure tenants are comfortable. As far as rental agencies are concerned, this is the best I have dealt with.
