No pondria ni una estrella, por el trato que te hacen, son unas racistas, que descriminan la gente con una sonrisa estupida en la cara y con respuestas tontas.y si llamas o envías msg ni te contestan.no se como hermes contrata esta gente, en una tienda " lujo" estan trabajando unos inutiles.ojo y si no les caes bien o no tienes enchufes en la tienda, pues olvidate comprar un bolso, asi de claro

Experiencia cliente muy mala. Ni hola ni adiós. Solo un vendedor que se llama edgar fue profesional y amable.también en el WhatsApp nadie responde.no recomiendo para nada

El servicio es un poco lento, pero con una botella de agua y aire acondicionado, ¿a quién le importa?

Tuvimos a la mejor asociada de ventas, Samia, ayudándonos. Aunque era una aprendiz, fue muy profesional y me ayudó mucho con mi compra. Maravillosa experiencia con Samia! Hay un bonito jardín en la parte de atrás y nos sirvieron bebidas mientras se envolvía mi compra.

La única boutique en la ciudad, no respondían cartas al WhatsApp, ni mucho menos todo está en stock, o hay algo que no se presenta en escaparate

La boutique es muy grande, pero los productos son escasos, como de costumbre: no había correa de reloj, disponible solo a pedido. A pesar de esto, logré comprar algo, pero la elección fue muy pequeña a pesar del tamaño de la boutique y la prestigiosa ubicación. Una tienda en Frankfurt, por ejemplo, está mucho mejor surtida.
Una gran ventaja para la discreción después de las compras: quien haga las compras sabrá de lo que estoy hablando. Puede ver que la boutique conoce las realidades y los peligros locales y trata de minimizarlos. Experiencia general 4/5

The thing with Hermes in Spain, after having visited three branches,

1. There’s also a wait inside, doorman tells SA whose next
2. SAs cover by section, if you want belt, it’s belt first. So many back and forths, Allot time when you visit.

We were a bit rushed buying as it’s closing time. But that’s understandable.

Friendly sales assistant. Went here hunting for herbag but not available. Better treatment here than amsterdam and lisbon Hermes. Will come again in the future for my shopping trip.

Bad shopping experience, let you get inside and you have to wait for the reception in the waitlist, you cannot even wait on the outside bench, have to stay in the store wait… then wait….

I normally don't rate shopping store often but the employee (Mirko) was extremely friendly and helpful at this store so i really wanted to thank him for taking his time to assist me when i was there.

My friend and I had a wonderful sale assistant whose name is Andrea (maybe). She is still a trainee but very professional. She can speak fluently English that’s awesome for tourist’s like us. We only bought one silk scarf and a belt for gifts. She provided useful suggestions and let us to think and make our best choices. This experience is even better than my prior buying experience in Hermes Paris, though where was also very nice.

Pro tip. This is not the location for leather goods. Those are reserved for local clients but if you’re looking for accessories this local has new stock and the SA is friendly and eager to help!

I met two sale associates their name is Christophe and Mirko they both are nice and professional. Only you have to be patient to wait inside and the guy that at the door will told you there are 25 or may be 20 people waiting in front of you, but if you are patient enough the sale will come to you. I wait around 30 minutes at evening and 30 minutes the next morning. But during the holiday they have around 5-7 hundreds visitors everyday. I should stay Barcelona a little longer to wait their stock arrives.

Estoy aquí para gastar dinero en comprar cosas, no para ver la cara del dependiente con falta de respecto. Aunque es posible que las cosas que compro no aumenten su comisión comercial. ¡Trate su trabajo de manera profesional por favor!

Atención al cliente muy mala, y es una pena porque el sitio es muy bonito. Tuve que esperar 20 minutos a ser atendida y después 15 más para pagar. Ves a dependientes por la tienda y nadie te atiende. Realmente decepcionante, ya que cuando vas a una tienda así esperas un trato excelente y no es el caso. En el momento que había 3 personas más quejándose de lo mismo.

La experiencia de ir a esta tienda de Hermes es deplorable. Está obligado a hacer cola para poder entrar. Nada más entrar te anuncia un hombre vestido de negro lo siguiente: “hay bastante cola y no le aseguramos que le puedan atender”. Me pongo a mirar cosas mientras todos los vendedores se dedican a escribir cosas en sus teléfonos móviles. Cuando escojo un artículo para regalo y pregunto a alguien donde se paga me contestan que tendré que esperar mi turno. Como no dispongo de tiempo me dirijo directamente a la caja, (que a pesar de lo que indican, está vacía) y pago mi artículo. Resulta que el ticket regalo solo se puede emplear en esa tienda. Antes compraba más regalos en esta tienda. Si uno quiere ser ninguneado, despreciado, ralentizado e incomodado a precio de oro, esta es la mejor tienda, donde no hay stock, nadie te atiende, nadie te informa y todo sin pegas. Eso si: si hablas chino a lo mejor te hacen algo más de caso. Si eres europeo poco más te echan con una patada. Lamentable

Terrible shopping experience at this Hermes location. Waited in line for nearly 2 hours just to be told that they had no stock. Workers were unprofessional and inefficient - saw many other shoppers frustrated by long queues and lack of communication. Shame that a luxury brand would offer such poor service. Until they improve their in-store experience, I’d suggest you take your money somewhere else.

Horrible experience at this location! I was here on January. The stuff just put you on the line, you can’t check whether the item you interested in is available, you can’t step out of the store because you miss your spot, you have no idea how long you need to wait to.
Just recruit more stuff to make the customer experience excellent!

Horrible service language used. This is a luxury store, there should be a certain level of class and finesse in kindly rejecting clients. I’ll rather spend the same money in a better store.

La tienda más espectacular de Barcelona y de las tiendas Hermés más bonitas del mundo. Todo el espacio es un homenaje a la ciudad. Gracias Francisco y Lily por atendernos tan bien siempre. Es un gusto comprar, descubrir y aprender con vosotros.

Horrible shopping experience. Went in the afternoon, around 2pm, and was put on a queue of about 15 people and told we could browse around (not at the bags section). We were looking for a specific bag and asked the attendants at the front if they had it. We were told we would have to wait to have our question answered. While we were waiting, I attempted to browse a hat and was sternly told not to touch anything until we were being helped. We ended up waiting for 2 hours (no offering of water, or public bathrooms), just to be told they were out of stock.

This is supposedly a high end brand, but it honestly felt like the staff was trying to intentionally waste our time.

I hope no one else has to go through this experience and that this location is a one off for the brand. If you do visit this location supposedly they are better in the mornings.

I wish I can give zero, I visited twice with waiting time over 30minutes for nothing. First time they said come by Monday because no shoes or bags are available. On Monday I revisited and a rude Chinese man said none are available! He refused to see my profile or even check the stock. I was seeing people are leaving with purchases but he said nothing is available

Horrible experience at this location! I was here on Sep 22 looking to purchase some smaller items (jewellery and scarves). I was able to get the attention of one staff member who seemed to be very busy looking at his phone. He could not have been less interested in helping me. The inventory was very poor to start with and when I asked to see other items it seemed like it was a huge inconvenience for him. I would have asked someone else to assist me but the rest of the staff were far too busy talking to each other. There were only two other customers in the the store at the time so there was no excuse for the poor service. I usually enjoy my shopping experience at Hermes but I will never return to this location. Even if they had what I had been looking for, I would not have purchased it based on the terrible service.

My husband and I had a wonderful shopping experience with our SA Ming. He was attentive, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the brand. There was a bit of out of stock issue in August but Ming put in effort to assure that I got the shoes, scarves, and belt that I wanted. We have traveled all over Europe and US and the Hermes shopping experience in Barcelona was the best. We are very grateful for our wonderful SA

The attendant was really nice and attentive, but the security there is so rude! Wouldn't stop following me or glaring and made rude remarks. Made my shopping an uncomfortable experience and made me hate it. Won't come again and will just go to the Hermes Paris shop.

A mi siempre me atiende Fernando, que antes estaba en la illa, mejor trato no me ha podido dar nunca. Mi firma de cabecera, calidad inmejorable. Si tienes tiempo te puedes tomar un café muy rico. Muy recomendable.

The one star is only for the great security guy who really wanted to help when the salesperson were no help at all especially the Spanish lady (medium hair) who works there (yesterday’s night) has zero costumer service. I only asked her if there are other colours of the heels, she replied rudely everyone is busy because people are waiting also and refused to serve me!? As if I was not waiting for at least 15-20 mins. Even the security went to her later but as I said she was really unhelpful. At the end, I walked out the store and it’s definitely your loss, I can shop in other branches and stores with much better costumer service.

La verdad que es una tienda con muchas posibilidades porque tiene de todo yo no pude salir con las manos vacías, en cuanto el personal son muy amables y educados.

Trato perfecto! Los trabajadores de la tienda se caracterizan por su buen trato, amabilidad y paciencia con los clientes. La mujer que nos atendió nos solucionó algunas dudas que teníamos y nos dedicó todo el tiempo que fue necesario.

The worst Hermes that I've ever been. The manager is very racist, and they don't have enough SA can serve customers. If you don't have men power enough, you can ask people to line up outside.
