Buen hotel pero pésimos ascensores. Esperando 5 minutos +. Bar muy caro, demasiado caro. De hecho, el costo de mis 3 noches fue ridículamente alto y por esa razón diría que primero busques en otro lado.

En enero pasado fui huésped del Hilton Diagonal Mar durante cuatro noches para un evento de trabajo en el cercano centro de conferencias. Registro rápido, personal amable y sonriente. Habitación muy amplia y cama muy cómoda. Buen desayuno con gran variedad. Lo recomiendo.

Tuve una buena estadía pero hay olores extraños en el hotel, la plomería es mediocre, la cocina es limitada y la ubicación está lejos de todo.
Los ascensores son malos.
En resumen para un Hilton es decepcionante.

Quédese allí para una conferencia de 3 días. La experiencia no fue tan buena. El sistema de ascensor era realmente malo. Es confuso y hay que esperar mucho tiempo. La habitación no está tan limpia y el gel de ducha proporcionado era extremadamente aguado. Por cierto, también te cobran por el agua.

Tuve una estadía de tres noches en el Hilton Diagonal Mar y me robaron $300 de mi habitación. Hubo muchas cosas buenas en mi estadía, por las cuales daré crédito a continuación. Pero debo empezar por lo malo…

Me robaron $300 USD de mi habitación. No, no lo perdí: tenía todo ese dinero en efectivo todos los días hasta el último día, cuando lo dejé en el bolsillo de mi bolso de lona. Ese día, quienquiera que estuviera en mi habitación ordenó muy bien las cosas, incluidos los objetos que había alrededor de mi bolso de lona. También se llevaron los $300, ya que inexplicablemente habían desaparecido a mi regreso (estaba en un sobre, que noté que estaba vacío en el camino al aeropuerto). Se lo informé a Hilton y lo actualizaré en consecuencia, pero espero que me moleste ya que éramos turistas internacionales, por lo que no tenemos muchos recursos.

Los ascensores aquí también apestan. Pero están a mitad de la modernización, así que me relajé.

Ahora lo bueno: una hermosa propiedad, buena ubicación cerca del metro, me ascendieron y me permitieron hacer el check-in temprano como Diamante. La recepcionista hizo todo lo posible en ese sentido. Gran salón ejecutivo también.

Desafortunadamente, esto no eclipsa el dinero robado y por esa razón no lo recomendaría.

El servicio y las instalaciones del hotel son geniales. También hay un corredor administrativo, donde se puede observar el mar mientras se toma un trago. Es una pena que para una ciudad turística como Barcelona la piscina cierre demasiado pronto.

Tengo claustrofobia por lo tanto no subo en los ascensores y me pusieron muchas facilidades

Great hotel, really nice and accommodating employees from the reception desk, over the breakfast room and executive lounge and as well the cleaning staff we have met.
Everything totally clean, great breakfast - simply a great stay! I can recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect mix between beach and city.

A beautiful hotel. This place has been such a great stay. You are made to feel so welcome. The exec lounge is closed at the moment so the complimentary breakfast doesn’t exist for those with an exec room, but there’s a great food court across the road.

Incredible property, where the staff goes above and beyond to provide a memorable stay. This Hilton stands proud on par with what you can expect from Hiltons in Asia, while remaining at a very reasonable and competitive per night average.

Highlights include the sea view in high floors, the Purobeach area, and the beautiful recognition provided for Diamond members (room upgrades, late checkout, benefits in the pool area).

The most important thing at any property like this is how the staff treats you. And I’m just really happy with how we were received, from reception to how our room was cleaned, to how we were genuinely greeted at breakfast.

This hotel is great for:
-closeness to beach
-relaxation
-everyday shopping / food / supermarket (all across the hotel)
- getting some distance from the busyness of the main touristy areas of the city.

I’m not super jazzed about Barcelona, but if I ever come back I have no doubts about where I’ll be staying.

Also, in times of covid- this hotel did everything right.

Not sure on how he spells his name but its Frankie he was working the front desk
and i explain to him what happen he went way beyond what he had to do we had photos of our passport so he had me send them to him to get check in then he look up information on replacing passports i didn't ask him to do that.if that wasn't enough he had our rate reduced to help with cost and gave us executive lounge access that may not seem like much to some but to us it was we were not able to go on our cruise it was our 30th wedding anniversary so when we return we will be staying here again

Awesome hotel accommodations, beautiful pool & bar. Directly across the street from the shopping mall with awesome restaurants. We visited Casa de Carmen for a super delicious meal!

Perfect stay. One of the leading HiltonHotels, which got 2019 the price of one of the best hotels of the world.

Personal super amable. Cálido y servicial. Higiene y calidad en cada producto y servicio. Hospitalidad. Ubicacion céntrica con trasporte de metro, autobús y trenes. Taxi y plaza comercial al salir de hotel. Centro de convenciones y parque a menos de 1 cuadra.

Superbe, rien à redire!
Nous y avons passé 4 jours, les chambres avec vue en étage élevés sont superbe, spacieuse, la literie est digne d’un superbe hôtel, et l’accueil du personnel ainsi que le service, plus qu’agréable, souriant, et plaisant avec qui discuter et échanger!

Very nice hotel, rooms, and view. Prompt and friendly service. Good breakfast, if it's included in the room rate, otherwise a bit pricey.
The location isn't close to any tourist attractions. But there's a good shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including American staples (McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, Five Guys, etc.) and Metro train station is less than 10min walk.

They took payment twice from the card! It caused a lot of inconvenience! Moreover there was a dead bird just near the entrance and was there few days! My husband said it to reception but nobody care and didn’t clean it! So awful! We had to watch it each time we come out and enter!
Hotel in general not much to be desired just on the border with a very criminal area of Barcelona - Mina. Not safe at all! Definitely will not stay again!

Great facilities at this hotel which is close to the beach but a distance from the centre of Barcelona. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my room which was sorted quickly. Breakfast selection is reasonable and rooms are a good size. Some great views out over the city to the mountains. Facilities are also good from a business perspective. I ate dinner here one night and was impressed with the quality of food. At the moment drinks are stopped being served at 10pm which is a shame but general policy for Spain at the moment.

Excelente ubicación cerca de tiendas y opciones para comer. Las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas y las habitaciones súper comodas. Muy recomendable

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Hilton du 21 au 28 août 2021!
La chambre était très belle, spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la ville!
Le personnel était aux petits soins!
Je remercie Dalila et Francesco qui ont été a l’écoute pour le moindre problème, avec de bons conseils concernant les visites, sorties et autres choses à faire en dehors de l’hôtel!
La chambre était nettoyée avec minutie tous les jours, je remercie par la même occasion les femmes de ménage qui font un travail formidable!
La piscine de l’hôtel est vraiment top, avec une ambiance et un service super, le personnel y est attentionné et à l’écoute!
Sans parler du petit déjeuner qui est vraiment extra et fait pour tous les goûts!
Je vous recommande fortement cet hôtel, pour l’emplacement, l’ambiance et le personnel!
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et ne serez pas déçu!

Encore un grand merci à Dalila guecioueur qui a su nous mettre à l’aise durant notre séjour et répondre à nos demandes, elle est à l’écoute, agréable et a un excellent sens du relationnelle, n’hésitez pas à faire appelle à ses services elle est très réactive (et parle français).
L’espace piscine rend l’hôtel vraiment agréable, la nourriture proposée et bonne et fresh.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est complet et le personnel tres agréable, on a passé un très bon moment en famille.
