Hostal Baires

Alojamiento espantoso, muy viejo, todo apesta a humedad, lleno de polvo, ducha sin cortina, habitación pequeña, horrible experiencia. Pagamos 5 noches y solo estuvimos una, salimos huyendo a un lugar 1000% mejor. No lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, la personne à l'accueil accueillante, les chambre ne sont pas très moderne mais prix c'est correct, l'établissement a un super avec un peu de rénovation l'hôtel peux faire un grand succès c'est dommage de perdre au temps de potentiel pour si peu d'investissement sinon super séjour

El hostal es familiar, con buen rollo, hay libertad para entrar y salir a cualquier horario y la atención es buena. Recomendable para familias que van a pasar las vacaciones en Barcelona. Está en pleno barrio gótico, la zona más hermosa de la ciudad.

A vizinha é agitada, mas a relação "custo/benefício" explica qual é a condição deste Hostal!

Horrible.limpieza atención desayuno wyfy lugar todo feo. La estrella la toque sin querer y no la pude sacar. No vale ni una estrella!

The Gothic Quarters where this place is located is brilliant! You could spend all day getting lost. Lots of quaint restaurants and bars nearby.

The hostel itself is not that great. But can't expect much at that price. Some charging points would be nice, though!

The day receptionist, Sara is a sweetheart but at night there is a grump Spanish grandfather who is in charge.

Por el precio no se puede pedir más. Bien ubicado, sin problema con el servicio. Las camas no son dobles sino individuales juntas. Baño mejorable pero limpio para ser compartido, sin problema hasta el último día en el que apareció una cucharacha bebé, miradlo por si acaso.

Can use it to sleep day or two, but rooms are not what you see on pictures. Histel is located in a nice area, but not so clean and fresh.

Situated in the Gothic district of the city, in just a couple of steps from the sea, tube and bus stops, plenty of shops, restaurants & pubs. The location is the ultimate strong side of this place. The rest unfortunately disappointing: old, damaged or broken equipments & facilities, dirty rooms, curtains, floors, kitchen tables & bathrooms.
Also, if you prefer an undisturbed and quiet stay I would not recommend this place as it's located right in the middle of the party road of the city.

Katastrophe schmutzig und unfreundliches Personal, keine Klimaanlage, Schimmel im Badezimmer und das allerschlimmste es gibt Bettwanzen dieses Hostel ist kein Cent wert!

Good hostel to have bed and breakfast. Is not a quiet street but is close of everything! The staff are really lovely!

Emplacement idéal et relativement propre! Après pour le prix faut pas réver on est pas dans un hilton! C'est trés vieillot.pas plus de 2 nuits! Malgré tout j'y retournerai pas!

A éviter!
Pour commencer parlons localisation: bien que l’emplacement soit central (barrio gotico), la rue est particulièrement mal famée: ayant fait le voyage avec mon fils (métis), il a été systématiquement interpelé par des pakistanais lui proposant de l’emmener en coffee Shop (pourtant illégal!)
Concernant l’accueil, l’hotelier (Miguel, présent la journée) était fort sympathique et avenant.
La chambre quand à elle: écoeurante de part sa saleté et le manque d’equipement (comparable à une cellule à Fleury Merungis), ventilateur plein de poussière, chaleur insoutenable, salle de bain mal entretenue. Nous avons été contraints de racheter des draps vu l’état de ceux fournis.
En conclusion, à éviter, vu les frais supplémentaires engrangés.

Insalubres vraiment inadmissible malgrés le progrès effectuer vis vis de l'amabilité du gérant, concernant la propreté de la chambre+sale de bain des progrès doivent etre fais si le gérants ne veut pas mettre malheureusement la clef sous la porte. Fenêtres qui ne ferme pas idéal pour les cambriolage.
Mon épouse Catherine a attrapé des puces de lit, et je ne vous parle pas des mycoses plantaires (claquettes vivement conseiller!)
Warning: ne ramener pas de lampes à UV; vous risquerez d'avoir une mauvais surprise.

Worst. Its not clean, staff is not completely friendly. Meaningless check in process. Not worth for what i paid.

The place is really alright given it's so cheap. You're right in the center of the old town, close to the beach and public transport. The rooms are clean, but dated, mine had a balcony which I really enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and I could practice my Spanish with them. Bring ear plugs - you are surrounded by bars and restaurants!

La habitación doble no se podía caminar alrededor de la cama de lo chica que era. -No es una exageración- habitación sin aire acondicionado que ventila a un patio cerrado, la ducha estaba rota no se podía colgar.
La ubicación es lo único rescatable. Saludos.
