HOSTAL PORTOFINO

Fui unos días por trabajo y la verdad que la cama genial, la única pega que le pongo al hotel es que las toallas no recogen mucha agua son más bien sencillas.
Y la alcachofa regulará también.
Me atendieron fenomenal.
La ubicación genial.
Persianas automáticas.
limpieza genial.
Las pequeñas cosas que he dicho si las cambian será la leche. Pero aún así repetiría por qué el precio que tiene es competitivo y bueno y la cama es cómoda.

Súper contento, repetiría sin duda alguna

Portofino 1 era perfecto, limpio, camas estupendas. La segunda noche nos alojamos en Portofino 2, a 3 minutos a pie de Portofino 2. Esta habitación también estaba limpia pero era mucho más pequeña, la cama también, y muy ruidosa. Ya estábamos durmiendo cuando llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Los escuchamos usar su llave, cerrar/dar un portazo e incluso roncar. Así que nuestra última noche en Portofino fue decepcionante.

Estuve en la habitación 103. Con balcón. Esa es grande el servicio fue bueno. Vista a la calle principal. Buena relación precio producto

Alquilan un apartamento en otro edificio que es una vergüenza. Es un bloque de piso antiguo, huele a humedad y no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Las camas están metidas de cualquier manera para decir que pueden dormir 4 personas. No es nada honesto. Si se va allà, por lo menos ves a dar un vistazo antes de pagar. Nosotros estaba la recepción cerrada a la 21: 00! Y no pudimos quejarnos.

Lloc net, habitació nova, amb bany, nevereta, aire condicionat i molt a prop del mar, de l'estació de tren i del centre. Bona relació qualitat preu, funcional, i tracte amable.
No té ascensor ni és un lloc amb vistes, però és molt digne i us el recomano. Hi vam estar molt bé.

Hostal Portofino fue el lugar perfecto para nuestra estancia de una noche en Arenys de Mar, para romper nuestro viaje por un viaje de trabajo. El aparcamiento en el puerto está a 3 minutos andando y cuesta 10€ por 24 horas, lo que nos pareció muy razonable. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa y limpia, con una gran cama.muy buena relación calidad-precio. No se sirve comida en el lugar, pero inmediatamente afuera hay una hermosa panadería para disfrutar del desayuno. El proceso de registro fue muy básico y tomó un tiempo para que alguien viniera y nos dejara entrar al edificio. Fue una gran elección para nuestros propósitos.

Nuestra habitación no se parecía en nada a las fotos aquí en Google. ¡Era literalmente del tamaño de mi armario, tal vez 8-9 m2 junto con la ducha y el inodoro! Pagamos 75 euros por eso que es una vergüenza. La recepción estaba a 5 minutos a pie del edificio, esperamos a la recepcionista durante 10 largos minutos bajo el sol abrasador. Definitivamente no recomendaría

Creo que es lo que busca cualquier cliente que quiere encontrar, la tranquilidad para descansar, el buen precio para comparar, con la mejor ubicación para trabajar, en un marco inmejorable para elegir mi opción fue la del trabajo montamos los fuegos artificiales siempre volvería tanto a trabajar como a descansar.

Lugar tranquilo, reformado y limpia. Si vas por trabajo los precios son asequibles y las habitaciones cómodas. Si vas por ocio el lugar queda muy cerca de la playa, al ser céntrico algo complicado de aparcar sin pagar

Habitación reformada muy bonita, lugar tranquilo y acogedor. La dueña muy atenta y a disposición. Al lado de la playa.

Super tranquilo, cero molestias, muy bien situado, estupenda cama y por fin un hotel con televisión grande!:)
Lo único que le falta es una máquina de cafés o bebidas para haberle dado un 10.

Fuimos a última hora por una emergecia y no hubo problema, una mujer encantadora, sin duda repetiremos!

Ventajas: ubicado muy cerca de la playa, habitaciones amplias, cama cómoda, buen servicio de limpieza, precio asequible.
Desventajas: ruido de la calle (tráfico, terrazas de restaurantes, jóvenes de fiesta.)

Appartment 70 m2
Be careful, the appartment is not located into the Portofino hotel! It is located approx 300m from the hotel, then no way to get breakfast and all accommodation of the hotel. The way to the beach is also longer as the way to cross the railway is located near the hotel.
The appartment is located at the first floor on 3. Very old style furniture but it makes the job. Terrasse on the 3rd floor has to be shared with the 5 appartments of the building. A bit noisy because of the old windows, wall, isolation.well, a bit expensive comparing about what we could expect.
Reception does not speak english and french.

Déçue de constater que l'appartement loué n'était pas dans l hôtel Portofino.
A aucun moment l annonce ne le précise, les photos du site de l Hôtel montrent de belles chambres avec une belle vue.quelle déception en entrant dans l appartement, mobilier ancien, vaiselles salles, les placards de cuisine sentent mauvais. L étendoir à linge en vrac, les canalisations font un bruit à chaque fois que les voisins tirent la chasse d'eau, la fenêtre de la pièce à vivre ne ferme pas.la chambre est minuscule.
Les lits ont été fait et les serviettes de toilette changées 1 seule fois dans la semaine, le deuxième jour de notre arrivée!
La mer est située à 400 m et non en bordure de plage comme indiqué.
Une terrasse sur le toit avec des transats à moitié cassés, les tables ne sont jamais nettoyées.
Bref attention à l'arnaque des photos.
Bruit dans la rue avec des travaux tôt le matin dans l'immeuble en face!
Et pour finir, la personne de l hôtel ne comprend pas un mot d anglais, ni de français. Compliqué pour se faire comprendre.
Je ne recommande pas cet endroit, vu le prix payer pour une semaine sans déjeuner inclus, je suis vraiment déçue de mon séjour dans cet appartement.

Hostal joliment refait, réceptionniste très très agréable et chambre très très mal isolée, bruyante. Petit frigo.

La apariencia del hotel no parece q tenga que tener las habitaciones tan bonitas, limpias y con gusto como son. Y la ubicación perfecta. Precio-calidad buena

El hotel está bien cuidado y limpio, por el precio es la mejor elección de Arenys de Mar sin duda.

Muy buen trato, pescado fresco.
Precio - raciones - trato, perfectos. Las raciones son generosas, hemos comido bogavante a la ibicenca, muy bueno.
Es un restaurante muy aconsejable si podéis ir disfrutarlo. Es mejor hacer reserva telefónica previamente. Parking cercano.

Céntrico, cómodo y adecuado, sólo un pequeño inconveniente hay habitaciones que tienen mucho ruido.

Muy atractiva sus instaciones, limpias, marieras, tranquilodad, céntrico. Precio razonable. Un furz.

Been here for four nights and so far our experience hasn’t been great.
Reception doesn’t speak English at all nor French nor Chinese (3 out of 5 languages of the united nation security council permanent members) so not able to communicate to get further info.
Breakfast is included and the cafe next door is next enough to serve us one drink and one pastry/ bread in the morning but there is no other offerings (fruits nor yogurt nor cereals).
Cafe owner is very accommodating compared to the hotel receptionist who smells like cigarette smoke.
Air conditioning control is not available to adjust temperature so it’s either too cold if it’s on or too hot when it’s off! We have to keep waking up to turn it on and off!
The first floor electrical circuits kept on tripping so the air conditioning on that level will go off at night and the emergency light above the door will go on and it’s too bright to sleep with. Very disruptive to sleep!
On the second floor, loud noises from above woke me up early on Sunday morning and it didn’t go off until late morning, almost noon!
The loud noises also comes back intermittently in the other mornings making sleep in past 6 am impossible!
The walls are also not sound proof - I can hear the music from Lower level and lots of street noises even with windows shut.
The window in my room can’t be locked.
The shower stall is extremely small, and it is easy to get burnt by slightly touching the hot water side of the shower faucet. It’s a hazard for my children and me who would accidentally leaned back too much and touched the faucet.
The rooms are also small.
The fridge emits a noise, loud Enough to bother me.
No kettle for tea or coffee was provided nor available when asked.
Only a small pint sized garbage can in the bathroom and no other garbage bin is available.
Only a bath and hand towels are provided to each person in the room.
Limited toiletries (we didn’t use the all in one shower/ shampoo provided)
The floor is clean. The ikea bed is reasonably comfortable.
Only three hangers provided for a room for 4 persons (2 double beds). No telephone in the room. Fairly basic hotel.
For the value of this accommodation in the summer (high season), it is NOT of good value compared to other properties we stayed at in Barcelona. The fairmont is much better valued in comparison and I can’t recommend this place unless you have no choice.
The location is convenient but there are similar accommodations nearby with the same convenience that are of better value.
Maybe a shorter stay could be tolerable but longer stay is not as comfortable.
