Uno de los mejores lugares en los que me alojé cuando visité Barcelona, ​​el personal fue increíblemente amable y muy servicial, especialmente Santi. Hicimos buenos amigos mientras estuvimos allí, ¡¡muchas gracias gente de OneFam Sants!

Onefam Sants es un gran albergue en el que alojarse si estás visitando Barcelona, ​​las habitaciones son bonitas, la azotea es un gran lugar para relajarte y, sobre todo, Santi y todo el personal son increíbles. Super welcoming and friendly hostel— free dinners and activities really made the experience! This hostel seemed to be a little less social than the other Hostel Ones in Barcelona, maybe due to location. Shoutout to all of the staff, especially Sari, Santi, and Sofia!

La gente que trabaja en este albergue es muy acogedora y amable, las habitaciones están limpias y el lugar también es muy agradable.

Lo cogimos por su buena ubicación (cerca de la estación de Sants) y su precio y no nos decepcionó. Personal muy amable y cercano, muy buen rollo y opción de comer y hacer actividades grupales en el hostal, te hacen integrarte desde el segundo uno, pena que fuimos solamente a dormir de pasada. Las literas muy cómodas y la habitación con todo tipo de comodidades y privacidad.

Very near from the metro station. Super friendly staff who make sure you are comfortable and help you socialize with other people. Big shout-out to Francisco, Nico, Daniel, Antia, Isabella, Luana for being great hosts. Was really fun to do the outings with them in Barcalona. Looking forward to come again.

Tous les jours des activités différentes à votre disposition, repas gratuits et végétariens tous jours,
Free Sangria quand ce n'est pas le repas, tous soirs des sorties en Bar le meilleur est le "Market Bar" pour moi.
Le Staff est beaucoup trop attachant et seras toujours à votre écoute si besoin, le groupe whats App et la pour aider si vous êtes perdu et c'est une obsolument nécessité. Le Balcon a une vue de rêves parfait pour les photos et vous des amis en un rien de temps.

Nice hostel. Well organized. Clean toilets and shower. It could be a 5 but the rules are not clear enough to avoid people eat a big kebab in the room at 3 am. In such a small room the air was unbreathable. Another bad thing is that the bed clothes are not high quality, so don't expect to feel them nice, for a mid range price this should be better. Please explain to the guest that they shouldn't eat in the room.

This was my first hostel so I don't have a ton of context but this was an excellent first experience. Friendly staff, lots of activities (day and night) to meet new people. I never felt unsafe inside or in the area around the hostel. About 45 minutes to La Sagrada Familia and Gothic district and 45-60 minutes from the airport. Free entry into a couple bars and clubs, free food and drinks various nights throughout the week. It was a good balance between party and quiet in my opinion, if I didn't go out I didn't feel bothered by the people who did when they got back late.

Awesome staff, super friendly, close to the train station, they plan really fun adventures through the day and night. Good for a party. Rooms are a bit tight and bunks can get pretty hot, not a lot of bathroom facilities but regardless good hostel.

All of the positive reviews you are reading about this place are absolutely true. Hostel One Barcelona was one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever experienced. I even extended my stay longer. Great place to meet fellow travelers, awesome family meals, and they always have great plans set for all times of the day. I am seriously contemplating flying back to Barcelona just to stay there again! Shoutout Nico for being the absolute man! 5 stars is not enough for this place.

This hotel is close to Barcelona Sants station, and we stayed there only for the night because we missed the train. The price was reasonable, and the finnish receptionist (Haha I'm sorry but I forget her name) but she arranged everything and she was very friendly and welcoming making me and my friend feel at home right away, Highly recommended.

Very nice and friendly, rooms are pretty good and secluded and there’s lots of free events organized with other hostels so a very homey vibe. Nette and the other staff are real welcoming as well.

La atención es súper, las recepcionistas súper atentas, amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Me quedé una noche y la habitación compartida con 4 personas fue agradable, todo tranquilo y la cama cómoda. Tiene una cocina, la limpieza muy bien, los turistas muy sociables, tiene wi-fi y una pequeña sala para poder trabajar con la laptop. Además está cerca al metro. El precio cómodo. Tiene las 3 B, Bueno, Bonito y Barato

Me encanta el concepto de tener una cortina que te da privacidad en la litera.

La atención estuvo dms lindaa, de vrd me voy muy contenta con todas las atenciones. Todos son muy amables. En particular, Alex fue muy atento y divertido, además de ser el mejor bailando. Recomiendo demasido el One Hostel Sants, Barcelona - España.

I recommend this place for backpackers in normal environment but during this COVID pandemic I strictly recommend you to have any other option available in the area or ask for an open but avoid bunk bed. There is no check and balance for COVID precautions.
The people working in the hostel are nice and good in dealing. Open kitchen is available for cooking, have pool all table in basement, paid laundry service is available and small terrace is available.
Sometimes the tenants can get a chance for gathering like going out together and have a dinner night.

I had an amazing time at Hostel One Sants. All the workers are very nice and they really try to make the best of your time. There are some activities with the hostel but you can also do your own thing and explore the city by the metro stations nearby.

Hay mejores hostels a ese precio. Es un poco antiguo y con muy poco espacio en las habitaciones.

Por otro lado tienen personal amable como el chico de UK que le atendió. Y además yo había reservado una cama en habitación compartida de 10 y seguramente por tema de ocupación, me pusieron en una de 4, buen gesto.

My friend and I visited this hostel during low season late October. We had booked two beds in the four-bed room. When arriving in the evening, we found out that they had placed us in separate rooms. The staff member checked on our booking in the morning, found out we could not be placed in the same room, and decided to not inform us about this matter. According to her, it was not her job to inform us about such matters, and she also said it was our fault because we did not proactively contact the hostel to check on our reservation. We were shocked to hear this, and consider that absolutely abnormal. With experience of two months travelling and sleeping in hostels, we never had to contact a hostel to check whether our reservation was alright!
Being just two young girls traveling together, we actually felt uncomfortable being placed alone in rooms with other men. She really could not understand why we felt uncomfortable and why we wished to know this earlier. Instead of understanding us, she said it was our own fault, talking in a rather unfriendly way to us. Informing guests about such matters is maybe not obligatory, but doing it means caring about guests and it shows hospitality. The staff member discussed this matter with her manager, they decided to make no compromises for us. In the end we had to upgrade to a two-bed room that was free anyway, but we had to pay the price ourselves.
About the hostel: the interior is basic and cold, the bed was very short (I am 1.74 and my feet stuck out) and had a hole, and the walls were thin so we could overhear our neighbors. The common room was a bit cold, and other travelers did not interact with each other so it was hard to meet new people. Weirdly enough we only saw men in the hostel. The hostel is nearby the train station (15 min walk), and about 30 min from city center by public transport. There is actually nothing to do in this neighborhood, just some restaurants. Sightseeing or partying is mostly in city center.
We've particularly chosen this hostel because of the coziness and hospitality most small hostels tend to have. However, just the lack of this hospitality was exactly the problem in our opinion. We can understand boundaries of a small hostel, but we cannot understand the way they dealt with the situation, handling in a way that is no more than the bare minimum. This hostel may be a nice fit if you want to stay in a place close to the train station and don’t care about hospitality or comfy beds. Otherwise, if you do care about above matters, I would advise another hostel as there are plenty of hostels in Barcelona with better hospitality, nicer surroundings and cozier common rooms where you can easily meet others.

Un hostel con empleados muy gentiles y amables que te ayudan con todo lo que necesites. Lugar cómodo y confortable a 15 minutos a pie de Barcelona Sants. El sitio es muy limpio y recomendable.

Amazing staff, really made to feel welcome. I like it they remember your name and make a big effort to keep common areas as clean as possible. Sants is a cool laid back local vibe - which I liked. Highly recommended. And nice rooftop too!

El promedio de reseñas es muy engañoso, vi muchísimas críticas y experiencias muy parecidas a la mia con calificación de 1 estrella. Al llegar no había nadie para recibirme, me habían dejado las llaves en un sobre de papel con mi nombre sobre el escritorio, de casualidad otro huésped se dio cuenta después de estar esperando sentada media hora en el hall. El sitio está bien pero el ambiente es muy hostil, no lo recomiendo para nada. Me parece horrible que engañen a la gente de esta manera de verdad. Espero que puedan mejorar el servicio ya que se hace muy difícil dormir bien en un lugar con un ambiente tan inseguro.

I liked this hostel. The room was very clean & the staff was helpful. Security was also good. They organised events and take guests for pub crawl. I am thankful to Front desk portuguese lady who helped me in late check-out when I felt sick in the morning.

I stayed at Sants for two nights and had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hostel is near the train station. What sets Sants apart is the family atmosphere: the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. They take you out every night to experience the nightlife and get you into bars and clubs for free. They also take groups to different spots in the city during the day (Thanks to Scotty for taking us to the beach and being such a good guide).

Overall I would highly recommend if you're interested in meeting other travelers and exploring Barcelona.

I finished a bike tour here and it was great. The staff went out of their Way to help me out with everything I needed. Clean, it is a party hostel and I had no problem sleeping there and I am not a kid.
I have already booked a return night, and will book another one when I get there soon.

This is the worst hostel to stay at for a woman. One they don’t care about your safety. I booked a “mixed” room and I was thrown in with 5 other guys and from my angle this isn’t a mixed room. Literally throwing in a girl with just makes as if she were fresh meat. Then you have the most unprofessional and rude receptionist (ALEXI) a male who is supposed to be here to help you out who instead of giving me any options says “sooo” and then I ask for my options and and he says “look I’m not going to do anything about this you can talk to my manager tomorrow.

Es un lugar genial. Estaba aquí muchas veces. Siempre hay mucha gente de todo el mundo viajando. Mayormente desde 20 hasta 35. Salen de fiesta cada noche. Y lo que todos junta son las cenas gratis.

Cool hostel to stay mostly if you travel solo, they always have activities going for free. A metro ride away from the cool spot.

El personal fue magnifico, muy atento y amable.
El lugar es bastante agradable, solo que las habitaciones son algo pequeñas.tienen ordenadores de uso libre, una terraza y una sala juegos.
Todos los días hay free tours para diferentes lugares de Barcelona y claro que también se organizan salidas por las noches, se visitan muchas discotecas.

One of my favorite hostels. The staff is super friendly, and they offer activities and tours each day. Dinner is also provided before heading out as a group for the evening.

Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, community atmosphere.

Te dicen que el precio por cama es de meno de 20€ si no es festivo y 20 si lo es, más o menos pero el más o menos es un día sin ser festivo 47 € en una litera y la gente borracha baños en mal estado sabanas sucias por ese precio no vuelvo jamás

Chose it because of good ratings on hostelworld, and this time the reviews were almost underrating it. ;) Never felt so welcomed to a place before, and it's not the first hostel i been to.

Great place for the price. The place is clean and well taken care of. The staff is amazing. They do a fantastic job of connecting everyone socially. Every night we have a free dinner together before going out for the night. Probably my favorite hostel.
