Hotel Barcelona Universal

Todo es excelente y si tienes que caminar por Barcelona la entrada del metro está a sólo 10 metros del hotel, ten en cuenta que tienes una pequeña piscina en la terraza de la azotea súper bonita. Y tienes la oportunidad de tomar una copa en esta azotea.

Una estancia inolvidable.
Con un servicio de comedor muy agradable y los chicos/as que nos atendían, Anargyros, Carlos, Joshefin y todos los demás excelentes.

Para aquellos que se sienten cómodos al ver el logotipo de McD, bueno, McD está justo enfrente del Barcelona Universal. Para mí, fue el hecho de que el metro está literalmente afuera del hotel y que es una caminata manejable hasta el punto de recogida del servicio de transporte a la terminal de cruceros. En los alrededores abundan las fruterías y pastelerías, por lo que uno puede comprar un par de manzanas, tal vez uno o dos caquis desde/hacia el hotel. Una verdadera ventaja es la disponibilidad de café de cortesía (descafeinado, latte, capuchino, etc.), chocolate caliente y té en el lobby para comenzar el día o, cuando regresa a la comodidad del hotel después de un día explorando. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cuentan con una pequeña zona de estar; la ropa de cama podría ser un poco menos áspera. En cuanto a los canales de televisión en inglés, bueno, son de noticias.

Sin contraseña para el wifi, sin botella de agua y sin ayuda de la recepción. No muy limpio. Ducha goteando… esta no es una calidad de 4 estrellas. Habitación que da a la calle muy ruidosa.

Una de las recepcionistas el 23 de julio gritó "Al cliente". La recepcionista tuvo una actitud muy grosera e irrespetuosa. Debido a este comportamiento inapropiado, no recomendaré este hotel.

Fantástico hotel, todo fue genial, personal amable; Desayuno estupendo, bar en la azotea maravilloso, recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera, realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia.

Excelente hotel, habitación con cama extra grande y muy cómoda. El personal super atento, desayuno excepcional. A pasos de las ramblas, del paseo Colón y de una parada de metro. Tb tiene pileta y bar en la terraza. Volvería sin dudarlo

Fantástico lugar y céntrico para las atracciones de Barcelona. Gran servicio en el bar de la terraza y la recepción. Desventaja de ser desafiado dos veces por pagar el desayuno cuando ya lo pagó el mismo hombre y verificó el tiempo que ingresamos. 1 pobre miembro del personal no arruinó nuestro viaje

Excelente hotel con especial atención al cliente, una grata sorpresa fue la torta con vela en el desayuno por mi cumpleaños. Me encantó!

Good location with metro station out front. Easy to get anywhere in city from here. Local area has many restaurants in addition to a good hotel restaurant. Montjuic nearby with Magic Fountain and much more. Jacuzzi suites are great with a veranda overlooking city and a huge bath with double jacuzzi tub. Great helpful, multilingual staff. Good value for quality.

This is an amazing hotel in a superb location. There is a main metro station right out the door of the hotel so it's easy to get around the city. The views from our room were beautiful as well we could see the Sagrada Familia in the distance as well as the rest of the city and the country side. It's a short walk to the gothic district and the port! The staff was friendly and everything was very clean.

Exceptionally spacious room with all standard amenities. Fridge and safe deposit box within room is really useful. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Clean room, large and comfy bed. Location is top notch right next to metro. If your room are facing the Main Street, can be a little noisy at Night as there’s a nearby Apollo disco. But it’s tolerable. The best are the hospitality of the hotel staff. Upon arrival we were given tons of information and suggestions. Best hotel to experience Barcelona.

this hotel charged me twice for THE SAME ROOM and would not refund me! These places have NO SHAME!

Très bon hôtel, le personnel est agréable, les chambres bien fonctionelles avec une déco simple mais réalisée avec goût. Le buffet petit déjeuner offre tout ce qu'il faut pour satisfaire tous les goûts. La propreté est impeccable.

Nice place to stay. It is in the centre of the city with la ramblas around 7 mins away. Port valle is nearby too. The food was ok and their biggest asset is their friendly staff who are always smiling. Our room was clean and spacious.

Very clean and modern hotel with excellent customer service and good location. They have free WI-FI, rooftop pool, bar/restaurant, spa services, and many other good amenities. Highly recommend staying here.

Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Die Seite zur Straße iat sehr hellhörig aber nicht schlimm. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Personal ist sehr nett und spricht auch deutsch

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I stayed in a regular room, a junior suite, and a Grande suite- they were all beautiful, spacious, and everything a person could want. Come to this hotel!
