Hotel Best Aranea

Situado a pocos minutos de la estación de metro y paradas de autobús, a una decena de minutos andando hasta la Sagrada Familia. Limpieza diaria y cambio de toallas. Personal muy servicial. Una terraza con vistas a Sagrado, donde pasar tu tiempo libre. Hay un hervidor de agua, té y dos aguas en la nevera. Camas cómodas con varias almohadas según tus necesidades.

Desventajas: No hay enchufes para cargar teléfonos junto a las camas. Desde el pasillo se podía oír el encendido del calentador de agua a gas.

En esta ocasión quiero darle las gracias en nombre del grupo de Rumania que recibió usted la semana pasada. Gracias por hospedar, las cuentas del alojamiento y recomiendo su hospitalidad a todos los turistas, y los empleados como la señora de la recepción, la dama más hermosa que he visto allí, le harán un honor a usted y al hotel. El hotel tiene una ubicación muy céntrica, se puede llegar rápidamente a la Basílica de la Familia Sagarad. Es un paseo de 3 km hasta el mar, se puede llegar a todo caminando. Coger un taxi no es caro. De vuelta al hotel, el equipo del hotel es muy bueno, amable y competente. Siempre tiene tiempo para preguntas. El servicio en la zona de desayuno no deja nada que desear. Definitivamente visitaré el hotel nuevamente y lo recomendaré.

Limpio y cerca de las partes principales, el personal fue increíble y definitivamente regresará.

Hotel limpio, personal acogedor y sonriente que hace todo lo posible para hablar francés.
Habitación limpia muy decente, baño también con vista.en 2 paredes con el sonido del motor del aire acondicionado de abajo, ciertamente funcionando las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana (habitación 611).
Creo que teníamos derecho a esta habitación porque reservamos a través de Last Minute, que supongo que practica precios más preferenciales y, por lo tanto, no tenemos derecho a la misma "posición". Qué lástima.
No volveremos a este hotel.

Muy contento con este hotel! El personal es amable y las habitaciones se mantienen tan limpias que la camarera vino todos los días.buena ubicación y buen precio sobre todo muy contento con mi estancia

El wifi fue un problema importante, no funcionó correctamente. Cuando se informó a Receptom, intentaron descartarlo como un problema menor, pero cuando leímos las reseñas en booking.com se identificó el mismo problema de WiFi, por lo que estaban plenamente conscientes. Las baldosas de la terraza no son seguras y no son estables. Y también apareció una piedra de gallo en el pasillo entre las habitaciones dentro de la puerta exterior con llave.

Buen servicio y excelente ubicación, pero los Roon no son geniales. Tienen la vibra 80'/90' pero no en el buen sentido.

El hotel era una pequeña joya muy cerca de Sagradia Familia, pero aproximadamente a 25 minutos de Las Ramblas. Encantador restaurante al otro lado de la calle que sirve auténtica comida española y un gran lugar para pizza en la plaza.

A solo tres cuatro cuadras de Sagrada familia y un par más de estaciones de metro. Lugar limpio y cómodo

Camere al limite delle decenza, la colazione veramente pessima! Consiglio di portarsi i cucchiani da casa perché non li hanno. Poca scelta, caffè e cappuccino no comment.

Posizione strategica, soprattutto per la sagrada familia, zona tranquilla.stanze pulite, la nostra aveva una finestra grandissima che si affacciava sul quartiere, il personale è estremamente gentile e premuroso con i clienti, ringraziamo soprattutto la signora della reception che ci ha dato massima gentilezza e disponibilità. Consigliatissimo

Al llegar al hotel, nos cobraron la consigna que yo sepa es un Hotel 3 estrellas (peor que un hostel)!
El desayuno es precario, no tienen variedad de frutas, los fiambres son de calidad baja y sus fetas demasiado finas. NO tienen jamón serrano que en todos los hoteles de España si tienen.
Uno está desayunando y a las 10 hs comienzan a sacar la comida y apagar las luces (deberían esperar a que se termine el horario de desayuno para hacer éso) es una falta de respeto para quienes estamos desayunando nos quiten las cosas.
Preferible buscar otro hotel cercano, no los volvería a elegir.

Good value for money. Clean rooms with a massive bathroom. The room itself is a bit small however the bed is very comfortable. The only thing for me that would have made things better in the room is if it was slightly bigger and if there was plug or USB ports by the bed. Good location with quite a few shops, bars, restaurants and attractions all in the area. I would stay here again if visiting barcelona.

Location is perfect. Right in the middle for everything.no taxis required, therefore costs kept low on getting about.
Room is very clean/spotless, and great for a base. Infact the whole hotel was very clean. Our view from the room was a wall (regrettably had to take a star off my rating) but hey ho.thats the luck of the draw. But we were not bothered as we just slept there for our 5 day city break. Obviously, most rooms will get a better view.
I love my cups of tea. The rooms do not provide a kettle. But, unexpectedly, I had a knock at my room door on the second day. The hotel receptionist/manager presented me with a kettle.stating " Hello, Mr Rigby, I know how you like to drink tea". How good was that! A BIG THANKYOU.
To be honest. I would highly recommend this hotel. I have paid more for 4* plus hotels before, and not as friendly service as this one.

Walkable location from all the most see spots in the city. The room had a nice view and the bathroom was really clean and spacious. The staff was super helpful and friendly, specially the guy at the reception desk. He'll give you all the tips you to know to move around in the city. He was awesome! I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Reservamos a través de una plataforma para 5 noches, por error, pusimos un día más de los que íbamos a estar, quisimos corregir pasados 20 minutos de la reserva y ya no aceptaron modificar la estancia. Les propusimos cambiar esa noche por desayunos y tampoco. Respecto al servicio de habitaciones, hay una sola camarera de habitaciones, que está toda la mañana corriendo. Las consecuencias de poco personal, son camas mal hechas, el baño limpio por encima sin mas y alguna otra cosilla.bastante alto de precio para el servicio que dan.

Beware that the rooms wifi is terrible. Does not work most the time and theres nothing that they can do. One elevator was under maint and there was also a ton of drilling/construction noise.

Service was good though! Hopefully they can improve the wifi and noise issues in the future.

We had a superior room with a view to the street end of October 2022 (without breakfast) and it was a lovely stay! The hotel room was as described in the pictures, the bathroom was fantastically clean (and I'm very thorough and picky in terms cleanness), beds were comfortable and the AC was working fine as well (tested if for a day, when it was 26°C). The location is very central and we barely used public transportation. Complementary to the nice room and location, the staff was incredible! I know first-hand that working in a hotel, at the reception of a highly touristic destination, especially these days, is quite stressful, but the staff was soo nice, friendly and forthcoming (especially Tore, thank you!). I had a request before we checked in and after one short call, it was dealt with. During the whole stay they helped with everything they could if we needed anything. Everyone who says otherwise here in the comments is either from a competitor hotel or is used to staff bowing in front of them in hotels with 500+ EUR per night: D

With that said - we would definitely come back again if/when we visit Barcelona a second time!

Muy buen hotel con todas las comodidades que incluyen un excelente desayuno. Quiero destacar a Salvatore, o Tore como le dicen, que aparte de recepcionista es como tener un guía turístico en el hotel, es un genio, nos ayudó en todo lo que le preguntamos. Cómo si fuera poco lo escuché hablar en 3-4 idiomas diferentes. Es un genio, saludos Tore!

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel is very central and the rooms are as described. The luggage storage is a great addition.

Inmejorable ubicación. Muy bien desayuno buena atención. El cuarto súper bien insonorizado.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 7 notti, posizione centrale con Sagrada Família a 500 metri e metro a 8 minuti a piedi.
Personale disponibile a qualsiasi domanda e molto cordiale.
Colazione dalle 7 alle 10 con buffet sia dolce e salato molto ricca.
Camera piccola ma molto luminosa, bagno semplice con doccia e wc (non bidet per via del poco spazio).
Unico tasto dolente la pulizia molto scarsa, spesso non abbiamo usato gli asciugamani perché macchiati o sporchi, molta polvere generale anche sul letto e l'ascensore molto lento, peccato ne funzionasse solo uno di due.
Consiglio per massimo 3/4 notti.

Good location with decent price. Airport 30 mins by bus, beach 25 mins by bus, shopping and attractions can be reached by walk. 2 Supermarkets and lots good restaurants near by, the laundry store just cross the street and with a proper bar (music is good also). Share bike downstairs. Nice and kind reception always be with you. The room is clean and cozy.

La habitación deja mucho que desear, toallas manchadas, desayuno simple, la comida se enfría muy rápido y no tienen para calentar y no la mantienen caliente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia 4 notti. Tutto perfetto: posizione, pulizia, dimensioni camera, qualità del servizio.
Unica pecca: il wi-fi è initilizzabile (noi eravamo al piano più alto)

Great location - lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel is clean and comfortable and quiet. Pleasant, helpful staff.
