En la mejor ubicación de Barcelona. Un hotel con una relación calidad-precio inmejorable. El personal, empezando por su director, es muy atento y cuida hasta el último detalle. Gran desayuno con especialidades catalanas y show cooking. Volveremos.

Este es un hotel de 2 estrellas que pretende ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nuestra estancia fue terrible desde el principio. Nuestra habitación no tenía luz natural y daba directamente a otra habitación de huéspedes. Está completamente oscuro y parece una mazmorra. No se puede notar la diferencia entre las 8 a.m. Y las 11 p.m. Cuando estás en la habitación. No teníamos ningún deseo de pasar tiempo en nuestra habitación. Siento que el hotel debería informarnos si nuestra habitación no tiene luz natural y nuestra habitación debería tener grandes descuentos.

El servicio al cliente es terrible. La primera noche llamé a recepción para solicitar toallas de mano adicionales. Me dijeron que no tenían (¿cómo es posible que no tuvieran toallas de mano extra?). Solo tenían toallas de baño grandes, así que dije que estaba bien y solicité que me enviaran algunas toallas a la habitación. El hombre dijo que no, que está ocupado y no tiene tiempo para enviar nada. Me dijo que si quería una toalla, tendría que bajar a buscarla yo mismo. Definitivamente no es el servicio que espero en un "hotel de 4 estrellas". Otro día necesitábamos ir a una farmacia pero era festivo en Cataluña así que las farmacias a las que fuimos cerca del hotel estaban cerradas. Preguntamos en recepción si conocían alguna farmacia que estuviera abierta. Básicamente le dijeron a mi esposo que revisara Google y si Google dice que la farmacia está abierta, puede que así sea. No es de ninguna ayuda. Su servicio al cliente es una broma.

El hotel está muy mal construido. Las habitaciones son ruidosas y constantemente escuchamos ruidos mecánicos y zumbidos durante toda nuestra estancia. Los acabados están mal hechos. Puedes ver las tuberías soltándose de la pared. No prestan atención a los detalles.

Tampoco proporcionan algo tan simple como una botella de agua. Sería bueno tener agua embotellada en la habitación después de un largo día de viaje. Cuando le pregunté a la recepción sobre esto, me dijeron que solo proporcionaban agua embotellada si reserva directamente a través de su sitio web. Esa es la mala excusa del hotel para ser extremadamente barato.

Le di 2 estrellas porque las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación es buena. Pero no hay otras cualidades redentoras de este hotel. No está ni cerca de ser un hotel de lujo y definitivamente nos hospedaremos en otro lugar la próxima vez.

¡Recomiendo! Excelentes instalaciones, excelente ubicación, delicioso desayuno y maravilloso personal. Estuve 10 días y me sentí como en casa.

¡Tuvimos una estadía increíble aquí! La ubicación es perfecta, justo en el centro de la ciudad, a poca distancia de la mayoría de los puntos de interés de la ciudad. El hotel es muy moderno con una gran zona exterior con piscina y tumbonas. El desayuno era delicioso y el personal muy amable. ¡Recomendaría!

Muy muy buena sorpresa! El hotel está muy bien ubicado, mi control fue muy bien con Jean, Richard fue muy amable y muy profesional, cuidó muy bien nuestro equipaje y gracias a Edgard. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien decorada para tres personas, cama cómoda, el baño era espacioso, muy bien distribuido, el único inconveniente era el olor a aguas residuales. El desayuno cuesta 22 euros pero excelente. Incluso tienes embutidos veganos. Todo muy bueno y casero. El punto más positivo es el horario hasta las 11 horas entre semana y las 12 horas los fines de semana. Volveré

Nada que ver con las fotos que se muestran. Para nada es un hotel 4 estrellas. Las instalaciones están bastante antiguas. El televisor es un antiguo plasma de viejas época. No podes conectarte a ninguna plataforma, por si quieres ver una serie o película o bien escuchar música. Faltan enchufes, no te dan bata y como si fuera poco se escucha constantemente el ruido de dos maquinas que me están por enloquecer. Se escucha a la gente de las otras habitaciones, también cuando pasan por el pasillo. Y como remate hay una obra en construcción justo pegado al edificio, los golpes y gritos de los obreros es tremendo. Tengo unas ganas de irme ya cuanto ante pueda, que pasen ya los 9 días que me quedan. Yo no lo recomiendo para nada. Caro y malo.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, personal muy acogedor. ¡La habitación con el pequeño balcón es excelente! Limpieza impecable.

At arrival the front desk staff received us with their warm welcoming and kindness. Luggage was carried to the room.
The picollo asked if needed any more help or information before leaving the room.

The Duplex Suite that was booked looked exactly as showen on the pictures and lived up to the expectations of them. The room was clean and the daily cleaning service was executed properly to the smallest details.

A bottle of cava and fresh fruits where presented in the room as a welcome gift.
Coffee (Nespresso) is included in the room price.

During the short stay, all staff members where friendly and always greeting the guests. At the front desk they give good information and recommondations to make your activities or stay more easy /pleasant.

Overall, as a frequent traveller, I have no remarks on the price/quality/location this is a great hotel.

El hotel es muy lindo, con grandes detalles y está muy bien ubicado. Tofo está impecable. Para destacar la excelente atención de todo el personal y el excelente desayuno.

We ordered Christmas Eve dinner here. It was amazing! The total price is 60 euro including three drinks, four starters, one main course, and two desserts. The taste is great and the service is good! Highly recommend the Christmas meals!

We loved everything about this Hotel.
Staff were extraordinarily helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions to various sights.
The Hotel is in a great position, easy to travel from train station and minutes to the main tourist areas.
The room we had (210) was quiet and spacious, had a bath and great water pressure. Bed was huge and comfortable.
We didn't eat in the restaurant but the Hotel was close to many great places to eat.
Big shout out to reception staff, especially Giuliano who was friendly and welcoming.
Everyone spoke good English which was very helpful for us and the room was spotlessly cleaned every day.
Would highly recommend this Hotel.

Un trato excelente por parte de todo el equipo. Las habitaciones y el servicio son fantásticos. Muchas gracias por hacernos pasar una semana como en casa.

Very nice hotel! The room was spacious, clean, huge bed with clean sheets. In the bathroom there were many amenities and a real hair drier and slippers (no bathrobes). The shower was roomy and had a very good flow. Shampoo and body wash were very good quality.
There were coffee capsules and tea in the room as well as a small refrigerator.
The only negative were the huge pillows which were very uncomfortable to use.
The location was perfect. Off the main road as to avoid the large crowds, but very close to almost all the sites. On one direction you were 5 minutes from las Ramblas and the surrounding area, and on the other side you were a few minutes from casa Battlo.
Metro and bus stations very close.
As we wanted to try local cuisine we decided to have lunch and dinner at different places so we did not opt for the breakfast option. It would have been nice however if we could have a cup of brewed coffee and a croissant or something light as an alternative to the full breakfast option.

The best thing however is the staff. Giuliano, Jean and Edgar (sorry if I spelled anything wrong) went way beyond expectations to be of service to us. They patiently answered all questions and gave us directions and recommendations according to our needs. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location near all the main attractions of Barcelona. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing, especially Giuliano who went above and beyond to help us with everything related to our reservation and to ensure that our stay was perfect. We definitely recommend it and we would love to come back soon!

Un séjour de 2 jours parfait excellent hôtel un personnel adorables au services de ces clients un coin piscine très agréable, petite chose à redire sur mes lasagnes commander au restaurant au peu petit à mon goût mais je n’en tiendrais pas rigueur car le reste a était juste parfait merci à vous.

Fantastic location with amenities available right across the street. (Baba Supermarket is reliable; trustworthy prices) Centrally located. Room is clean and good sized, and enjoy your shower with good and consistent water pressure in the bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is efficient, meticulous, observant and maintains good cleanliness level in the rooms. Highly recommended!

Located near catalonia square, we had two rooms, one had a balcony and can see the pool from it which was great, the other room had a small window looking at another room. The brakfast was delicious and had great variety even though the chef and the personnel working on the restaurant were not that friendly.

Excellent choice for a holiday in Barcelona. The staff were warm and friendly, the room spotless and the amenities brilliant (hairdryer, shampoo, beach towels, shaving kit, coffee machine etc). You can get drinks and food ordered to the sunny terrace and the waiting staff are efficient and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back sometime soon!

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bien situé, petit déjeuner excellent avec un choix très varié, personnel très gentil. Chambre bien spacieuse, bien équipée et très propre.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. Very helpful, kind and always looking to make sure the stay is seamless. They accommodated our bag storage for us too. The location of this hotel is also great, very central and easy to get to and from all the main sites and easy access to cabs.

Will be staying here next time too…

Séjour parfait. Nous avons réservé une chambre double avec la terrasse au niveau de la piscine. La chambre était très propre avec une excellente literie. La salle de bain est spacieuse avec baignoire, sèche cheveux et tout le nécessaire (shampoing, gel douche). L'emplacement est idéal à quelques pas de tout et chambre bien insonorisées. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et professionnel. Merci aux deux personnes à la réception (un garçon qui parle français et une jeune fille) qui nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Tout était parfait. Nous avons trouvé notre hôtel pour Barcelone et nous reviendrons c'est sûr. Nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel.

I simply loved the hotel from the minute I walked in till the minute I left. After a very early flight, I was warmly welcomed at the hotel, offered breakfast and also got help to coordinate with a driver for my business meeting. Moreover, my room was specious, comfortable, clean, overlooking their pool terrace, which is wonderful by the way. The breakfast was very good. The location perfect, in the very heart of the city, easy to get anywhere. The stuff was amazing and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for the lovely stay: *)

La chambre supérieure est très spacieuse, belle salle de bain très très grand lit de place. Le déjeuner est très bon et le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute je recommande. L'emplacement est aussi parfait, à côté de la place de Catalogne et des métro.

The hotel is close to Las Ramblas and city center (plaza Catalonia).
Breakfast is worth to pay as an option.

Nada más llegar, nos informaron de que nos habían hecho una mejora en la habitación al haber disponibilidad, sin pedirlo nosotros. En la reserva solicitamos una habitación tranquila, y nos la pusieron perfecta, alejada de zonas comunes y muy bien insonorizada pese a estar en una calle muy concurrida. Se descansa de maravilla, no se escuchan ruidos. Y además, el trato humano de su personal es exquisito. La ubicación además es de 10, paseos precioso llenos de cultura y monumentos alrededor, muy bien comunicado por transporte público, metro y bus en la puerta.
Parking privado en el mismo edificio, con acceso en ascensor, merece la pena pagarlo.
Un hotel para repetir una y mil veces, como muchos de su cadena.

Mi experiencia ha sido sólo ir a recoger una prenda de una amistad que se la dejó. Pero muy cordiales, muy serviciales. Y lo que he visto bonito y acogedor.

En algunos países europeos deberían tomar nota de los servicios y restauración de la hostelería española antes de etiquetar su categoría en los establecimientos. Un hotel de 4 estrellas que sería de 5 o 5 sup en muchas de las ciudades de Europa tanto por el servicio como por sus instalaciones.

Friendly stuff, simple, nice clean and modern room. Hotel has garage wich is a big deal if you are with car.

This is a very clean and well established hotel right in the city center. Reception is great. They have several free amenities like wine and tapas in the lobby. Free handset! We were really happy during our 6 day stay. However I don't agree with other reviewers about breakfast. It was very minimal compared to other BCN hotels. Staff was very slow to renew missing items. It wasn't worth 20Euro p.p. There are many good breakfast opportunities around.

Hotel céntrico, pequeño y acogedor. Decoración moderna con estilo y servicio muy correcto; comida de calidad a un precio razonable.

Le pongo mala nota por lo borde y desagradable que es el recepcionista nocturno. Que sea hostíl con alguien que va bebido o de forma poco educada, hasta lo entiendo. Pero que lo sea, con gente que habla normal y de forma correcta.
A ninguno nos gusta trabajar de noche, pero la gente no tiene culpa.

Beautiful hotel. Right in the heart of the the city Center. Super helpful receptionists. Very accommodating and there’s a happy hour which includes free wine and snacks. Didn’t make it to the pool but looked nice from our hotel room.
