La habitación era espaciosa y bonita. ¡La respuesta del personal también fue muy cálida! Sin embargo, el olor del baño que venía desde el momento en que entré a la habitación continuó, así que dejé la puerta abierta, solo estaba hablando de si la insonorización era realmente mala, pero la habitación de al lado estaba golpeando la pared. diciendo que era ruidoso. La insonorización no es tan buena que incluso se puede oír la cisterna del inodoro en la habitación de al lado.

Worse experience ever!
Be careful with your booking at this hotel, they are very greedy and not fair. I have done the booking for 9 nights and had to cancel on day of arrival! Instead of charging for 1-2 nights, they charged all the amount! Promised to keep the amount for next time booking. One year pass they did not keep the promise.
The hotel manager is the most greediest man I have ever met, he wants to charge additionally 100 euros for every night we do the booking.

Divino. En el centro de todo. Las habitaciones geniales: limpias, comodas y con buena ventilación. El desayuno un poco malo, mucha variedad pero no era muy rico. El resto esta buenísimo, los Recepcionistas muy buena onda.

Just a few minutes walk from the main intersection of Barcelona. The man at the front desk speaks perfect English and was very detailed in explaining our room to us. Everyone is nice there!

Spacious and very comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the street in a great neighborhood. There is a lovely rooftop bar with nice lounge seating and a view. The staff at the front desk was truly exceptional!
Very clean. Plenty of hot water and great pressure. Soap, shampoo, nice towels and linen. Luggage storage. Good maps.

Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine avec 2 enfants et étions très satisfaits. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles, à 5 minutes à pied du métro, belle chambre spacieuse, moderne, propre, "séparation" avec coin salon/enfants. Il est bien situé par rapport aux attractions de la ville. Nous étions côté route, c'était assez bruyant mais c'est un peu comme ça partout dans les grandes villes (sirènes, camions poubelles.). Nous n'avons pas pu manger sur place. Mais il y a pleins de petits restaurants autour où nous avons pu déjeuner/bruncher (Alsur Café, Citizen, Eatmytrip) et des supermarchés Bonpreu et Mercadona pour des courses. Le personnel était très gentil. J'avais mes doutes quant au nombre d'étoiles, mais choisi de faire confiance aux avis précédents et je ne regrette pas du tout!

The rooms are fine for the price. But we did spend nearly 200 euros per night for our room and when we arrived they informed us that the restaurant was not available during our stay, which would only be minor inconvenience, but there was also no way to make coffee or tea in our room or any sort of attempt to offer morning beverages to guests while the restaurant was out of service. The only option they offered was to walk a few blocks to a cafe. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in even a cheap motel that didn’t provide some form of coffee/tea service onsite.

Hice check in en casa para llegar a las 15: 00 al hotel y poder entrar rápido, me han tenido hasta las 17: 00 sentada en un sofa porque mi habitación no estaba lista, me han invitado a unas bebidas gratis (como disculpa) en el bar que han tardado casi 1h en atenderme. Mi habitación incluye spa, llamo para reservar y casualmente no hay horas para ese mismo día, solo me hospedo un día y no me dan hora en el spa ese día, pésimo, ademas la que me ha atendido del spa, me ha vacilado dándome hora a las 14: 00 del día siguiente cuando la habitación se deja a las 15: 00, me decía que no tenia hora a las 12: 00 hasta que me he puesto seria y de repente si que había hueco a las 12: 00. Llevo solo 3h en el hotel y todo son decepciones

The room was super clean, the people at the desk super nice and helpful.

But it’s not super soundproof.

Hôtel propre, calme, très bien situé (a 10mn du centre), bon accueil. Cependant, il est dommage qu’on ne puisse pas prendre le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.

This hotel was beautiful and conveniently located to a metro stop. I was able to go out and enjoy the city and drop back into the hotel if I needed anything with relative ease. Then hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful!

Un hotel que lo tiene todo, ubicación, buen trato, limpio, no le falta nada. En pleno corazón de Barcelona sin el agobio del turismo caótico de la ciudad. Muy recomendable

Il est propre, classe. Dipose de chambre pour 4 personne et pour pas cher. Personnel agréable, gentil et très accueillant.
