Muy buena y céntrica ubicación!
Personal educado!
Los baños son viejos y no tienen ningún tipo de insonorización. Además del viejo secador de pelo y querías un salario digno para secarte el pelo.
Hice una reserva a través de booking y pagué por adelantado el importe total directamente. Pero al hacer el check out me cobraron 30€ extra por impuestos y está bien. Esto nos causó muy mala impresión y nos hizo infelices.

Buena atención por parte de recepción y room service. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Volvería a alojarme en este hotel. Enhorabuena!

Pasé 03 días en este hotel, fue muy agradable el servicio y las habitaciones, la vista desde la ventana. Todo fue increíble. Reservaré en este hotel cada vez que venga a Barcelona. Muchas gracias al padre y al hijo que trabajan allí y a todo el personal.

Muy buen hotel, personal agradable y ubicación conveniente, todo está cerca y a poca distancia.

La habitación está muy limpia y tiene todas las instalaciones, el único inconveniente es que puedes escuchar los ronquidos de tus vecinos o la alarma del teléfono.

Positivo: Personal, servicio muy amable. El desayuno es bueno. Las habitaciones están comparativamente bien aisladas del exterior, pero no tanto entre sí. La ubicación es genial. En tan solo unos minutos podrás llegar andando a la parada de metro Universitat de la L1 y L2.

Negativo: Limpieza con cloro u otro desinfectante maloliente. La habitación huele muchísimo todos los días/día por medio y primero hay que ventilarla bien. No hay armarios en la habitación y el espacio de almacenamiento también es escaso. El espejo al costado del guardarropa está extremadamente sucio. El sistema eléctrico es cuestionable y peligroso para los niños (superficies de contacto abiertas, ya que faltan algunos tubos fluorescentes verticales).

El hotel merece 3 estrellas, pero definitivamente no 4. La piscina de cuotas en la azotea es muy pequeña, estrecha y más bien espectacular. La vista del Tibidabo es bonita.

Great location, but that's it. Terrible checking staff, totally no service minded.rooms small and need a refresh, service is close to 0.came back at 4pm and room still not made.well overpriced. Stay away!

Hotel is not worth 4 stars. Here now and the Air conditioner does not work. It is hot and no fans are offered. All we are told is that “most people are fine with the temperature”. Not my partner who’s asthma is flaring up from the heat and humidity in this room. Toilet does not flush either. For $250 a night, this is an absolute joke and a disgrace.

Però, manca de detall amb els.clients, manca de informació i servei deficient.

Sembla mentida que sigui un 4 estrelles amb el servei i detall tant baix amb els clients.

Our room was lovely and a nice size we also had a balcony. Good variety of cold and hot food for breakfast. We used the rooftop terrace every day for sunbathing and there is also a bar there and swimming pool. Location is great and hotel staff were super helpful.

Amazing and welcoming staff, very good location, comfortable rooms, cool rooftop with a pool and a nice city view. Our “basic” room even had a small balcony (!) - Very recommended hotel.

Hotel de diseño muy bien ubicado en el centro de Barcelona. Nos han atendido muy bien y nos han concedido las observaciones que demandamos en la reserva. La habitación es espaciosa con una gran cama y el baño está limpio. Las vistas a la calle principal. Para repetir. Gracias!

Perfect location for us. Nice hotel but the rooms definitely need a touch up with lots of chipped and worn surfaces. No tissues or kettle

Beautiful hotel (both room and pool), nice staff, but our jacuzzi started to cause power blackout the third night. We were moved to the next room and my husband said they didn’t change the sheets for the other people that took our room instead and the new room reeked of cigarettes, so they probably didn’t change them too, as no-smokers we had to sleep without the blanket and pillows and still smelled it everywhere in the room.

He estat al restaurant L'Angle, alta cuina, plats molt elaborats i sorprenents. Bon servei e instal·lacions. Hem fet el menú de 85 € a part begudes. Val la pena, si valores aquest tipus de cuina.

27euro le parking pour une nuit, le personnel qui parle français ne m’a pas averti qu’il était payant, rien aucune info, parquet très abîmer, les draps était taché.

Un hôtel qui est bien l'endroit impecable et l'accueil satisfaisant. La seule chose qui manquait était de ne pas pouvoir voir un match de football. Par exemple comme la ligue des champions

The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and you can have it sent to your room too. The location is very good.

The hotel and restaurant was under restoration, no info in advance. Noisy and a bit messy. Superior room which really needs some restoration. Good space though. What's up with the see-through bathroom door? ! Some noise from the heavily trafficked street outside. Friendly staff, nice rooftop bar with great views. The hotel is perfect situated, a short walk too downtown Barcelona. A really nice tapas restaurant just a cross the street, Pepa PLA.

Personal muy muy muy gentil, sobre todo el maletero! Se ofreció a explicarnos los recorridos para los puntos que queríamos visitar, como así también aparcar el auto unas 40 veces! Un genio!

He ido varias veces, y siempre he quedado muy contenta, la ubicación es muy buena si quieres moverte por el Eixample. La habitación grande, confortable y muy moderna. El desayuno buffet muy completo y en la azotea hay una piscina. También hay un restaurante, en el que no he comido pero tiene buenas críticas.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and each day it seemed to get worse. Short version: Staff is poorly trained in basic customer service skills, the building is in disrepair, very weird design with minimal outlets for charging, and a terrible breakfast, the Wifi does not work at all unless you are in the lobby area.

Long story: Three days before we arrived we called and asked for an upgrade if anything was available. Instead of the expected "Sorry, but we can't do that" all we got was "Impossible. Impossible! {snort}". We knew we were pushing our luck asking, but worth a shot, right? Once we did arrive, we were there well before the check-in time so we were not expecting our room to be ready, yet again the staff was extremely rude about it and very unimpressed that we needed our bags stored until check-in. We were finally shown our room after a nice afternoon of exploring the nice neighborhood (the hotels only redeeming quality) and we were appalled at the disrepair of the room floors. Noticeable water damage in the atrium, mold smell poorly covered up by a terrible air freshener. Our room was 110, and I believe is one of very few handicap accessible rooms. The design is weird, to say the least, but that's fine, I can deal with ugly. I can not deal with poorly maintained. The shower grout was coming off, and the shower head made a mess everywhere. The topping on the cake was a water leak that happened down the hall of our room. Now, I completely understand that leaks happen and the staff was very nice to give us a heads up before turning off the water. Upon returning, our bathroom door was shut and the shower running, we thought someone had come into our room and was taking a shower! When we called the front desk they said: "the workers were in your room, they must have left it on". WHAT? ! The tub had been plugged so the only thing that kept it from overflowing was the little overflow thing. Also, I was not comfortable with the nonhotel staff entering our room without our permission.

Great hotel, friendly and helpfull reception. Room cleaning daily and thorough. 5 minutes walking to metro stations and bus station almost outside the hotel. Walking distance to a lot of attractions, restaurants bars and shops. Have not tried yet the restaurant or the bar of the hotel but will do in the next days. Next time we are in Barcelona we will stay here for sure!

Personal muy agradable y atento. Desayuno correcto, no muy variado, añadiría quizás algo más de fruta. En cuanto a la habitación, buen tamaño, buenos servicios y amenities y la mejor cama en la que he dormido fuera de casa. Excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad.

Great location away from the busy and noisy tourist areas, and the staff were very helpful. Only gripe was that its not suitable for a business person who wants to work from the hotel room. My desk was 50cm wide, a stool to sit on and no power points at the desk! Water smelt of sulphur in the shower. Overall we got what we paid for.

Javier and Marta at the front desk are excellent. Quickly lined up restaurant reservations, taxis and even got us great seats for a show we went to. A+

Great location central to everything and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Great value for money and fantastic rooms also has a swimming pool on the top floor with a great view.

Sympa, pas loin du centre. Possède un parking privée mais 20€/nuit ça fait un peu cher!
Ensuite 1er soir 155 euro la chambre et second soir 110 euro la même chambre!

Hotel is starting to show signs of age even if its "hip"- but is still a nice place. Centrally located - staff is very kind.

Great spacious rooms, cleaned everyday by gregarious cleaners, along with friendly and eager to help staff; rooftop pool and bar is also stunning as well as quiet and relaxing.

Excellent hotel. Co-operative staff, beautiful ambiance. Great prices. Highly recommended for anyone heading over to Barcelona.
