Hotel Duquesa de Cardona Barcelona

Tuve una estancia maravillosa allí a principios del mes pasado. Buena ubicación cerca del barrio gótico, del puerto deportivo y de la playa. El hotel está ubicado en un antiguo palacio (ver la placa en la sala de desayunos), con mucha arquitectura señorial. Habitaciones limpias y personal muy atento en recepción y el equipo de sala de desayuno. Maravilloso desayuno bufé. Wifi rápido. También comimos en el restaurante/bar de la azotea (es necesario hacer una reserva) y disfrutamos de la experiencia. Me encantaría quedarme otra vez. Muchas gracias al equipo del hotel.

El personal fue excelente en todos los aspectos, la ducha era un poco extraña, el agua salpicaba el piso. Las habitaciones necesitan puertos USB.

Mi marido y yo nos casamos en Barcelona en julio de 2023. El personal del Hotel Duquesa de Cardona Barcelona fue nada menos que INCREÍBLE. No puedo expresar lo agradecidos que estamos con Marta, quien nos ayudó con todo el alojamiento de nuestros huéspedes y realmente hizo que todos se sintieran como reyes, con Víctor y con todo el personal del hotel por hacer todo lo posible por nosotros.
Usted hizo que nuestra estadía y la estadía de nuestros huéspedes fueran tan increíbles y no podemos agradecerle lo suficiente.

Hace dos días celebramos la boda de una pareja de amigos muy queridos que por cicunstancias personales han tenido que organizar una boda exprés en 4 días. Escogimos el hotel Duquesa de Cardona por su proximidad al Registro Civil y por su maravillos terraza con unas vistas espectaculares de Barcelona. A pesar del estrés que supone organizar un envento en tan poco tiempo, y en medio del puente de la Mercè, festivo en Barcelona, el equipo del hotel estuvo ayudándonos en todo y contestado correos incluso cuando no era su horario de trabajo. Quiero agradecer en especial a Víctor y a Dani su esmerada atención y decicación, haciéndolo todo para los amigos que hemos ayudado a organizar este gran evento. La verdad es que fue una boda de 10 y la mejor fiesta que podrían haber tenido nuestros amigos. La comida muy buena, la barra de quesos buenísima, bebida, la que hiciera falta. Nos acompañó un DJ y un pequeño grupo de música. El día era espléndido, la ciudad preciosa des de la terraza y los novios exhuberantes. Qué más podemos pedir. Gracias Víctor y Dani y gracias Pep por ponernos en contacto con ellos. Día de 10! Fantástico todo!

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en Duquesa de Cardona, tropecé con este lugar después de que cancelaron mi reserva anterior porque mi vuelo se retrasó y ¡fue la mejor redirección de mi vida! El servicio fue increíble incluso mientras esperábamos la habitación, los recepcionistas fueron extremadamente serviciales (especialmente Enrico) y las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, y son realmente espaciosas. Sin mencionar su increíble ubicación. ¡Una mención especial a Enrico por darnos tantas recomendaciones de tapas increíbles, por ser tan atento y ayudarnos en nuestro itinerario! ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí una vez más si vuelvo a Barcelona!

Acabamos de cenar fue increíble la Comida y el trato de la camarera arriba en la terraza pero encontrado el lavabo muy sucio espero más de un hotel de 5 estrellas cuando lo comentado en la recepción lo único que me dijeron era que no pueden controlar quién entrá

El apartamento estaba cuidado la cocina era completa y la distribución era perfecta. A mejorar la calidad de las almohadas, el que el check in y desayuno se tenga que hacer en el otro hotel a 80metros y que no haya nadie para atender en Recepción. El desayuno muy completo y de calidad.

My new favourite hotel in Barcelona. Very nice service, clean and spacious rooms. 5 minutes from Rambla. Nice rooftop bar.

Decidimos pasar una velada romántica con mi pareja en este sitio por las buenas vistas que dispone, tuvimos que reservar un día antes porque sino no conseguíamos mesa. Al llegar la camarera nos ofreció una copa de cava de cortesía, buen detalle. La carta de comida es variada y bastante buena para nuestra experiencia, pedimos como entrantes croquetas de vainilla y pera y de jamón ibérico, acto seguido nos decantamos por una bomba de carne y fue una MARAVILLA. Pedimos arroz con gamba roja y estaba bueno pero escaso. Como postre ordenamos brownie y emulsión de mango, no nos pudimos ir con mejor sabor de boca. Atención buena y ambiente inmejorable

Séjour annulé à la dernière minute car testés positifs au Covid juste avant de prendre l’avion… Aucun remboursement ou geste commercial de la part de l’hôtel: 500€ de perdu! L’hôtel n’a même pas accepté de décaler les dates à un autre moment, même en payant un supplément! Des voleurs!

Celebramos una comida familiar en la terraza y fue perfecta! Vistas panorámicas de lujo con el Port Olímpic delante tuyo. Además, como eras bastantes, nos dejaron el espacio para nosotros y sin problemas. Atención de 10! Además, la paella está sorprendentemente rica! Muy recomendado.

Attendant le bateau nous sommes allez au roof top, endroit sympathique mais personnel pas des plus accueillants et un service qui n est pas du niveau d’un 4 étoiles.
Cendrier pas nettoyés, sous tasse pas très nette…. Dommage et en plus quand tu demande un thé Earl grey tu as autre chose?

Lugar muy agradable, muy buena comida, y servicio muy atento, no puedo hablar de precio ya que he ido de invitada a un bautizo

One of the best 4* hotels I’ve stayed at. Good size rooms, nicely presented, great breakfast if you take that option. And excellent water pressure in the shower! Plus a great rooftop bar and pool area. Would definitely stay again.

I was going to give this hotel 5 stars the first two days. The location and the reservation staff and bell boy were amazing and friendly! Unfortunately I ended up staying two more days and it ruined my experience here. The room was never cleaned right. The worst part of all is that while I briefly left to have dinner (so they can clean my room) I left $300 in my backback. When I came back only $200 left. When I told the front desk they said "it wasnt their problem". I assured them that it was. I was not asking for the money back, what I do ask is that my belonging be respected. A thief as a staff member says alot about the hotel.

We were looking for affordable but nice with breakfast and this place nailed it. We checked in and the suite has great balcony and direct view of a sunrise every morning. We are on the main drag but totally worth it bcuz the doors close and it’s quiet. The plunge pool is hip and one time it was 1/2 way occupied. It has Panaramic views. The service is outstanding Antoni Arlà gave us tips on taking taxis and told us to get tickets for Picasso museum online bcuz they sell out (he did it as we were talking So cool) and the places to eat with locals are priceless.so central and we walked to old town & beach and I would only stay here next time I am in Barcelona!

Staff is incredible (the nicest persons, fun and super helpful) breakfast is awesome and rooftop is delightful with the prettiest view! I highly recommend this place!

Muy bien, muy cómodo y el personal perfecto muy recomendable, posiblemente repita, el desayuno es muy abundante y la cartera del restaurante aunque muy bien y todo muy bueno nada malo que decir sobre la experiencia, la receptividad muy resolutiva y la limpieza bien en general

Posizione ottimale, praticamente vicino a tutto, basta fare una passeggiata per arrivare nei posti piu comuni.
La struttura è bellissima a partire dal suo curioso design, le stanze hanno un curatissimo design contemporaneo mentre il resto della struttura ha un design classico ma con una spettacolare rivisitazione contemporanea.
Il personale è gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta del cliente.
Il confort è la pulizia sono la base della struttura,

First time in Barcelona, and this hotel made my trip even better. Room was excellent. It had a spacious bed, nice natural lighting, roomy bathtub, and even a smartphone that could be used around the city. The location was wonderful. It was right down the street from all the shopping and restaurants. I never felt unsafe at any point in this area, which was important traveling by myself. It was too cold to use their pools, but I look forward to that on the next trip. Staff members (Marta and Ruben) went above and beyond in making me feel welcome in the city as well, and they provided excellent customer service.

Great location, fantastic roof terrace and plentiful breakfast buffet for €18. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, however on the first night I was woken up at around 5am by loud plumbing sounds. It was too loud to get back to sleep and lasted for around an hour and a half. They tried to solve the problem for me but there were no rooms I could be moved to and I wasn't offered any compensation.

Otherwise, the room was large, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was good. Not much natural light comes through from the window on the 1b floor due to the buildings across the street.

Would stay again (but would request a room on a higher floor if possible).

I only went to this hotel to meet up with a friend visiting. The hotel is very nice, staff are very friendly and go out their way to satisfy your needs.
Would recommend this to any other friends visiting

Room is good, got one with a view towards the harbor / main Street. Windows are well insulated, hence no issues with street noise. Breakfast though. We'd recommend having it some place else. Food is okay, selection not too bad either, but.
Noise level in the breakfast area is quite high, 18 bucks per person seems a little on the high side as well. Value for money is limited.

Amazing experience with the nicest staff. They found out it was my birthday and left a bunch of surprise gifts in the room upon check-in. Also a great location near Barri Gotic and the waterfront. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great area. Friendly staff, nice rooms and guests get complimentary food and drinks between 12-7pm. Roof top bar playing chilled tunes has great views and the outdoor pool is a welcome escape from the hot sun

Magnífica terrassa amb personal superamabilíssim.
No ens allotjàvem a l'hotel, només vam anar a fer-hi una copa i ens van tractar tan bé que hi volgut fer el comentari. No acostumem a trobar cambrers tan professionals i amables.

Beautiful hotel, lots of character and history. Staff very attentive, couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. Rooftop terrace is great for a late night cocktail, have a meal in the local area then a nightcap admiring the promenade and Barceloneta! Perfect location for exploring the gothic quarter, Barceloneta and the beach. Quite pricey compared to alternative accommodation in this superb city but in my opinion worth the extra.

El hotel es precioso, estuve en una fiesta en la Terraza que es muy bonita pero el servicio fue un tanto regular: comida escasa, sin música.entre otras cosas. No es para fiestas de empresa, para una velada íntima tal vez.
