Stayed here a few years ago and it was awful. Terrible food, dirty rooms, and dodgy staff, Fights most nights in the front of hotel. It doesn't seemed to have changed.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This “hotel”bis not worth a star! My friends and I stayed here for a week, my friend had her purse stolen from the hotel room on the second day which put the holiday on a damper. Went to speak to the staff and they were the most rude and unhelpful people ever. Other guests had their purse/wallets stolen too. Food is just about edible, facilities are old and outdated. One of the other guests was also staring at us getting changed in our room was outside our door which was disgusting behaviour. The cleaners REFUSED to clean our rooms after the purse incident and actually shouted at us about it. Overall hideous, Do not waste your money and have a ruined holiday! I don’t know how this place is running with how truly awful it is.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in rude staff everything is out of order rooms disgusting dirty food terrible location and views dangerous right next to building that has parts falling of and is unsafe. General overall of hotel below average disgusting and service well below basic please never go here.

Situated at top of hill not a slight incline.not really good when you have walking difficulties and Asthma. Room not good either.no hit drink making facilities.but tea is free.we like free tea. Staff are polite and that goes a long way.but disappointed if this is my upgrade - what's the room look like l would have got. Central to beach which is close like it says and massive.room for all.see how rest of holiday pans out to see if need to update my post.

Et cela juste le premier jours.
On y est pour la semaine
Nous craignons le pire.
Cela fait 1 an qu' on a pas prit de vacances.
Imaginez notre état d esprit.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Food very bad we had to eat out every day. Staff ignorant and the girl behind the bar was lucky she didn't get dragged over it. STAY AWAY

Nonostante la struttura sia molto datata, il rapporto qualità/prezzo, il personale molto gentile e disponibile rendono la soluzione ottimale e molto economica. Il mare, molto vicino, è splendido ed un buffet ottimo e variegato, infine, hanno reso la nostra esperienza più che positiva. Inutile aspettarsi una struttura moderna o un cibo da gourmet avendo speso così poco.

Worst hotel I've ever been to, staff are rude. Bar shuts dead on 12 even if you have been in the queue for a while. All inc is a scam. Things being stolen from rooms. Baths are smaller than a person, and the pool is even smaller. Their are 1* hostels around that are nicer. Also who pays for wi-fi in 2018? Needs a serious update.

Terrible food.noisy and half the facilities shown in brother were not available. All inclusive was a total waste of time. Lloret de mar is a beautiful place

Horrendous staff main reception manager is rude and unwilling to help in anyway.
The food is a potential E-coli outbreak waiting to happen. The rooms are tired, the cleaners are poor. Pretty much avoid this hotel if you like the tiniest bit of hospitality.
It delivers nothing what so ever.
H-tops should be ashamed to let their hotel ruin family and party holidays! As it has done ours

I decided to give this hotel a 3 star as it is rated 3 star and I think it’s a fair rating as it is 3 star overstall. Food 3 star. Beverage 3 star. Entertainment 3 star. Only downside was there was a lot peedos

Seriously don't bother, maybe prices are cheap but the hotel is not even worth coming to. 1. Staff is very rude and even aggressive, don’t want to help you at all. 2.rooms are disgusting, and it’s very hard to get take a shower as the water pressure is to low (happens in 2 separate rooms). 3. All inclusive is a joke not worth paying for. I have read their opinions before going and told myself it will be fine after reading 1 stars reviews, how wrong was I. AVOID at all cost

The 1 star was generous, nothing good about the hotel at all staff are rude and unfriendly the food wasn’t fit for farm animals rooms smell like a sewage works. The pool was tiny dirty and freezing. Hot tub and jacuzzi was beyond a joke and to top it all off peoples rooms got broken into! Minus the gas chambers it’s closer to a concerntration camp.

Only visited for the day on a trip from Calella, but wasn't impressed with smell of urine in reception and bar area downstairs. Close to the seafront, but its outside swimming pool was tiny and the rooftop bar only has a hot tub & jacuzzi - with no views towards the sea.
