Las habitaciones son pequeñas y viejas, el personal es muy amable y está disponible, la comida es buena y sabrosa, con mucha variedad. Hay muchas tiendas, casi un pub y la playa es de fácil acceso.lo recomendaré

Escapada familiar de tres días y lo que nos ha encantado de este hotel ha sido el trato del servicio porque ha sido excelente. La animación estaba a tope y hemos disfrutado con Eros porque la diversión no ha faltado en ningún momento. Os lo recomiendo porque os lo pasaréis genial

El personal del hotel es muy limpio, la comida es increíble, tendrás suficiente que hacer, pero es bastante repetitivo, la ubicación es perfecta, la playa está en la puerta principal, la estación de tren a 5 minutos a pie. Debes ver el tren a Barcelona. Impresionantes vistas frente al mar a aproximadamente una hora en tren. Me encantaría volver ya que este hotel está al lado de todo lo que pueda necesitar para disfrutar de un descanso relajante.

La recepción poco adecuados, pues se iban mirando y riendo entre la recepcionista y el recepcionista mientras hacíamos el chek-in.
Parecía que se les hacías gracias, poca profesionalidad. Muchos empleados mal formados, sin demasiada cortesía.
El bufete poco variedad de comida y baja calidad.
El hotel en si muy viejo y dejado, la iluminación de la habitación triste, un aplique central en el cabezal de la cama y basta.
Pica del lavabo súper pequeña.
Caro referente a calidad precio.

Fatal las camas y las habitaciones. Todo en mal estado. Los colchones son de hace 20 años y el baño en mal estado.

Realmente muy, muy decepcionado, no se realizó la limpieza en toda la semana, ni se cambiaron las sábanas ni las toallas. Realmente para evitar. Y sin embargo llevo 18 años yendo a España pero es la única vez que realmente me ha disgustado la estancia.

Habitaciones pequeñas muy sencillas, tienen nevera en la habitación hay que pedir la llave en recepción para que funcione, no hay secador de pelo y solo cuenta con un enchufe en la habitación.

Hotel bueno en general regimen de media pension y precio tipo de habitacion.a mejorar ruidos en habitaciones, sean de mascotas las propuestas y peticiones realizadas tales como vistas habitacion en plantas altas.

De lo peor que me he encontrado, comida horrible hasta el punto de ponerme mala, atención deficiente, sucio y personal maleducado.

Rooms at back of hotel are right over a noisy refidgerater fan that kept me awake at night but as for food to which was good over all but was made cold by the aircon being too cold as it made my food cold at the table.
Also rooms are ok for one or two people but no more than that as they are very small.

Although this hotel is dated it is a lovely little hotel with a charming garden and smallish pool, the food is what you would expect from 3 star Spanish all inclusive, the staff from reception through to cleaners are all so friendly and helpful, the Animation team is second to none, for a good holiday at cheap prices would deffinatly recommend so long as you remember it is 3 star and cheap

Great staff public area bar and pool too small for size of hotel true saying you get what you pay for

1970's hotel. Staff were good. Food was ok but never hot. The people in the hotel made the holiday. Train links brilliant and reasonable. Lots of golden sand

Das Essen ist immer gleich und schmeckt auch nicht immer so gut.
Die Zimmer sind ok, aber auch nicht super.
Wenn man etwas früher ins Bett gehen will, ist es sehr laut, denn erst ab 0 Uhr ist Nachtruhe, dementsprechend hört man auch die entweder lauten Nachbarn oder die laute Musik von unten.

Clean rooms and friendly staff kids entertainment and all inclusive meals you will always find something to eat. All inclusive has all your local variation of drinks if looking for name brands they are avaliable for a charge. Balcony on the non pool / sea view are a little narrow but still comfortable.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, how it can be rated 3star is beyond me. The rooms are dirty you are given camp beds to sleep on the bathrooms are disgusting with yellow water coming from the taps. It looks as though it hasn't been modernised since the 60's. Food is terrible and always served cold.they do provide one microwave for the whole dining area as if that is supposed to make up for the fact you are served cold food I would never reccommend anyone to stay here.

La habitación necesita remodelación. Las habitaciones del hotel necesitan una remodelación. Desde los colchones hasta el suelo pasando por armarios. Yo creo lo único que se ha remodelado de las habitaciones es el cuarto de baño. Lo único bueno de la habitación es la limpieza

Great place to visit. Hotel lovely. Food was faultless. Staff friendly. Entertainment fine.
Would deffo visit again.

Good location for shops and beach, staff were friendly and helpful. However the rooms desperately need updating, we went full board but ended up eating out for most meals as the food wasn't nice and the hot food was cold even when we got there for start of service. Very noisy we were woken at 3am two nights in a row by doors slamming and people shouting.

Really fabulous hotel. Location is amazing, the animation team can't be beaten at all.
It lost one star as the food can be a little repetitive. But hey, fourth visit so it can't actually be bad.
Housekeeping is brilliant, clean towels everyday, clean sheets alternate days & they tidy up after a teenager too.
Barstaff are very accommodating with smiles and the restaurant team are fabulous aswell.
If you expect to pay for a budget holiday & want 4* upwards - this ain't for you.

Tbh a really good place i absolutely loved my stay, would definitely recommend this hotel bargain for the price and i was all inclusive had no problem with the drinks card was easy enough. And all the staff was lovely in my opinion not a bad word to say about any of them. Will definitely go bk there again.
