Complejo antiguo con poca renovación. Las imágenes en Internet son engañosas. Lamento esta elección.
Entretenimiento para adultos decepcionante, bar interior cerrado por problemas de aire acondicionado y abierto excepcionalmente debido al mal tiempo. No hay aire acondicionado en el restaurante.y el resto.

Necesita urgentemente una reforma.las habitaciones necesitan una mano de pintura.las puertas de los armarios hacían un fuerte crujido.el baño.el cabezal de la ducha no tenía soporte colgando.el servicio de limpieza era muy bueno.toallas y camas limpias. área de comedor había comida debajo de las mesas de la noche anterior.los platos estaban sucios.la comida era una mezcla de todo.piscinas.el El marco estaba roto y afilado.el cemento se estaba rompiendo.

Internet isnt free yet when i was there, the free internet from the hotel thats just across the street could reach my phone and i could use it, which is pretty hilarious to me. The pool is fine, the food is okay (Atleast you get free chocolate ice cream), the beach is close by and its close to stores and other restaurants if youre bored of the food at the hotel. The coolest part was probably the chocolate fountain that was there one time. Its an okay hotel.

Review is for snack bar on beach front. Food was good and drinks were priced slightly lower than other bars. Food was better than some restaurant we have visited whilst here on holiday.

Stayed here six or seven times over the last few years.
Always great staff.many of whom have been there since my first visit.
The hotel is clean and the food and drink options are more than adequate.
Quite a quiet hotel but all the better for it.

A four star hotel it is not. Very dated decor. On saying that it is one of the cheapest hotels I could fine. The rooms are clean and the food is good. The location is brilliant. If it's cheap and cheerful and great value for money this place fits the bill.

Fantastic, hard working staff. Bar & restaurant both busy, but always very quick service. Good selection of food - chicken, beef, pork, as well as many tapas dishes to choose from. Clean, nice beachfront location. Only grumble is- decking on beach area is for 'paying customers only'? !

Le hace falta un poco de remoledacion.muy limpio.y la comida es mas enfocado a turistas de europa.para nosotros los españoles es flojo.pero bien

Muy buena situación a primera línea de playa.
Necesita una pequeña actualización pero se está cómodo y está muy limpio.
Comida variada y excelente trato de los empleados.
Me sorprende que la wifi sea de pago.
Balance de la estancia positivo.

Very well located 5 steps off the beach. Really awesome staff (friendly, smiling, makes you feel welcome)! Full renovation overdue - especially rooms!

The best location the worst service:
The hotel has the best location directly on the beach but unfortunately has the worst service I had been in a hotel:
First the Wifi is not free and you have to pay for it: All Hotels and cafes around the world have free WiFi
Second: the food was not good and we can get better food in any local restaurants and the coffee on the breakfast from the coffee machine is horrible.
Third: unfriendly staff on the reception
Fourth: The excursion was very bad and just we waisted our money and time for it no travel guide with us and we stayed in the camp Nou Stadium 2 hours and we have to go back to the bus station and the Stadium is very big and almost we lost our bus to see the second part to see The Sagrada Familia church I wished to see another tourist Attractions like Park Güell or Gòthic quarter Barcelona.
The rooms are so small and not very clean.
The Entertainment Program was so boring.
So I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy their time in Barcelona and I give them one star no more because they absolutely not four stars hotel.

Fantastic hotel.staff are very friendly.food is excellent with themed nights.one step away from the beach.not one compliant.we were all inclusive.brilliant holiday xx

Vam anar sense reserva previa. L'atenció per part de les treballadores d recepció va ser molt bona (en especial de l'Anna, moltes gràcies de nou). L'hotel correcte, el millor la ubicació, ja q el tren passa darrera i no molesta a la vista (si tens habitació amb vistes al mar). Només vam fer ús d la habitació (q era espaiosa) i del menjador (correcte, millor evitar hores puntes).
Una anotació, si el q voleu és un lloc tranquil on gaudir del mar i tranquilitat Sta. Susanna en general no és el millor lloc. Ara, si voleu oci del consum (comprar, menjar, jugara les maquinetes.) us ho passareu la mar de bé.

Tiene 4 estrellas porque está en la misma playa, si no tendría 3. La comida pasable, el servicio bien. Nos cambiaron la habitación sin poner ningún problema, y en el restaurante nos sacaron un vino qué estaba avinagrado y nos lo cambiaron por el mejor de la casa.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Food was excellent. Great choice every day. Staff were very good too. Room cleaned daily.

Me gustaría saber quien da las estrellas a los hoteles porque a este le deberian quitar 2 como mínimo. Anticuado, el peor desayuno con diferencia que he tomado em un hotel y por lo que nos ofreció muy caro.no repetiré.

Great hotel with friendly staff! The rooms are a little outdated but very clean. No complaints about the food either, mostly they have a different menu everyday. Overall we had a very pleasant experience staying in Royal Sun!

Ok accommodation wouldn't say it's a 4* as advertised, but more 3*.
Rooms nice and clean, food ok but basic, also always seemed to be luke warm, and card drinks system quite annoying, much prefer wrist bands

Friendly staff, very good entertaiment. Old interior, food was low quality, but not bad. Quite noisy in the evening due to rockbands across the street, but the price was good, so I don't mind

Lo están reformando, pero es un hotel desfasadete. Lo que sí me ha sorprendido gratamente es lo bien que hemos comido y han sido bastantes días. No ha habido el típico hartazgo. Me ha parecido muy buenas variada la comida. En eso es de 4 estrellas sin duda
