Hotel muy confortable, muy bien ubicado y con personal ejemplar.
Fue una elección de último momento, ¡pero estoy seguro de que fue la mejor que hicimos! ¡¡Recomiendo!

Hotel limpio, desayuno bueno y sabroso, cerca de todo (lugares de interés, metro, autobús, …) habitación anticuada pero cómoda, nevera, … bien

Llegamos ayer y ya estaba todo claro. Hotel situado en una posición estratégica para llegar a muchos lugares a pie. Habitación sin ni siquiera un espacio donde poder poner la maleta. Cuarto oscuro con muy poca luz. Y lo peor de todo es que cuando volvimos por la tarde para refrescarnos, la habitación aún no estaba terminada. Evaluación 4

Pasamos 10 días. La ubicación es excelente, el personal es agradable, pero eso es todo.
Sin aislamiento acústico (te despiertan dependiendo de tus vecinos y de lo que pase el personal de mantenimiento sobre las 8 de la mañana), desayuno (un desastre por falta de personal. Corres detrás de una taza limpia, una cuchara, un vaso.y lo que queda para almorzar dependiendo de la hora (¡a veces solo comíamos rebanadas de pan de molde!)
En definitiva, si lo encuentras en otro lugar, no lo dudes. Si no, dite que estás bien ubicado

Definitivamente no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Servicio lento y desayuno asqueroso. Lo único bueno fue el servicio del hotel que limpiaba. La vista desde la habitación daba a la barraca de enfrente, que estaba a aproximadamente 1 m de distancia.

Es un 3 estrellas en el mejor de los casos. Hoteles encantadores al entrar. Las habitaciones son como alojamiento para estudiantes, muy pequeñas, tienen que arrastrarse alrededor de la cama para llegar a cualquier parte. Los padres (en otra habitación) se despertaron con la habitación inundada con 2 pulgadas de agua. Dijeron que es un problema común en el hotel. Realmente inútil. Se cambiaron de habitación, pero se puede ver toda la humedad y los zócalos desprendiéndose debido a inundaciones obvias que ocurrieron anteriormente. Los ascensores tardan AÑOS, espera entre 10 y 15 minutos cada vez. Desayuno- tarta y embutidos.

Muy lindo y cómodo el hotel. La atención del personal muy buena (especialmente la de Carlos de recepción)

Great place with great rates. Very friendly and very welcoming in many languages especially English. Love the breakfast, you can tell they put a great deal of effort and planing their breakfast. Kudos to them! You will enjoy for sure!

Ubicación perfecta y habitación muy cómoda. Personal muy acogedor. Muy recomendable para conocer la ciudad a pie!

I initially booked a very small room by mistake. We asked to be moved and they were able to accommodate by the next morning to a much nicer and more spacious room for only a small price difference. Have a large more comfortable home base improved our whole trip.
The staff was wonderful and helpful.
The location is absolutely ideal.
As mentioned the soundproofing could be improved and/or the doors need a “quiet close” mechanism. Every morning there was a symphony of doors slamming. It was impossible to sleep through but something easily fixed.

It was a great experience, all employees were super nice and helpful. The room had a great view and a terrace.

El servicio que ofrecen y sobre todo la atención por parte del personal en general es de destacar, muy amable y eficiente. El desayuno muy variado y delicioso. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100% Con gusto volvería a repetir.

L’hôtel annonce 4 étoiles, nous en sommes très loin, L’insonorisation laisse vraiment à désirer, si vous souhaitez vivre avec vos voisins toute la nuit profiter quand ils vont aux toilettes ou quand ils se douchent, Vous réveiller aux aurores quand la femme de ménage passe l’aspirateur dans le couloir… si vous rêvez de vivre ce moment privilégié… cet hôtel est fait pour vous. En revanche l’emplacement est agréable proche des restaurants et des boutiques, le petit déjeuner était copieux…

He de decir que el personal nos han atendido con gran amabilidad, nos han guiado muy bien en recepción por donde movernos en Barcelona.

Pésima relación precio/calidad. El hotel en su conjunto. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Extremadamente ruidoso. Ninguna puerta cierra bien, ergo tanto huéspedes como el personal están a los portazos desde las 8am.
Me hospede en plena temporada y fue caótico el check-in, tal es así que la empleada no sabía si tenía o no el hotel pago. No volvería nunca.

This is definitely NOT Four star hotel!

We have unfortunate experience staying in this hotel (unclean bathroom! Some stains on all over the tiles in bathroom! Sticky floor! Visible thick dust in the room / bathroom also behind the door and other places! ….)
Sorry, but breakfast also was horrible!

Avoid staying in this hotel otherwise you will waste your money and have unwonted experience at Barcelona!

This hotel is the worse experience of the hotel for 20 years of our travelling.

No geral, a estadia foi boa.
Notou-se alguma degradação das infraestruturas, tanto no quarto como na casa de banho. A porta do quarto, por exemplo, tinha uma abertura enorme, o que levou a que entrasse um grande feixe de luz, derivado das luzes dos corredores estarem sempre ligadas.
O pequeno-almoço era diversificado e de qualidade.
O pessoal do atendimento foi muito atencioso.

Estuve 3 dias es los cuales no te debajan descansar, la chica de la limpieza se puso a escuchar musica a volúmenes demasiado altos.
El check out era hasta las 12 del medio dia y ya a las 8 de la mañana estaban tocando la puerta.la ubicación es bastante buena, es muy céntrico, las ventanas no cerraban.definitivamente no lo recomiendo, hay mejores opciones

Hotel muy bien ubicado en pleno barrio gótico. El personal de todo el hotel muy atento y simpático, nos ayudo en todo lo que solicitamos. La habitación super cómoda y limpia. Sin duda lo mejor el desayuno, muy variado y con productos frescos y locales. Tienen diferentes leches y bebidas vegetales, que muy amablemente nos han ofrecido. Sin duda volveremos.

Hotel céntrico y bien comunicado. El personal súper amable y atentos. Cogimos dos habitaciones para la familia y nos toco en lo más alto, unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad.

J’ai pris cet hôtel sur booking j’ai bien choisit mon type de chambre équipement que je voulais, arrivé à l’hôtel on me donne cette chambre la! Rien à voir avec celle décrite est montrée sur leur site. Hôtel vraiment à éviter il y a d’autre hôtel pas loin est tout aussi bien situer est aussi top, vérifier bien les avis est surtout regarder les photos réelles des voyageurs.

Clean, great location.
Cons: very noisy as the cleaners were talking very loudly. Extremely hot even with the heaters off. However we tried to open the window but the noise from the street was really high.

Notre séjour ne s'est pas passé comme on le pensait.

Nous avons dû changer de chambre dès le premier jour à cause du bruit et de la mauvaise qualité de la chambre.

Suite à ça nous avons eu une chambre plus adéquate.

Le lendemain nous revenons à la chambre suite à notre sortie dans l'après-midi et je remarque que mon chargeur était cassé/arraché sur la prise à 40 cm du sol suite au passage des femmes de mènage.

Je réclame auprès de la réception un simple remboursement de mon chargeur, mais ils ne voulaient pas entrer en matière.

Par conséquent, je déconseille cet établissement.

Refunded for 3 nights fluently. Left after first night. Many thanks despite all for the reception supervisor handling the refund.

Changed to hotel Astoria which is cheaper and really cosy, clean and the customer service is top quality.

Muy buen hotel, sobretodo la ubicación que está en el centro de Barcelona, el confort y la amabilidad del personal de recepción y camareras y gobernanta de este maravilloso hotel hacen que volvamos a hospedarnos nuevamente muchas gracias por el trato nos vamos muy contentos

Hemos estado 5 días y nos ha encantado. Muy céntrico, tranquilo, limpio, personal estupendo, como todos los hoteles de la cadena Ilunion. Lo recomiendo.

We stayed here for a week and felt there were quite a few pros and cons.
Pros:
- Location: most touristy sites are walkable from here and there are a ton of restaurants in the area. The location was by far the best thing about the hotel.
- Front Desk Staff: Front Desk Staff was very helpful and friendly. Knowing Spanish makes things easier but if you don’t, most know enough to understand you.
- Room Readiness: Our room was ready even though we checked in a few hours early. We were extremely grateful for this after a long flight.

Cons:
- Room: There was nowhere to sit in the room except for the bed. In the pictures it seems like all double rooms at least have a chair or two but our room only had a bed. I don’t like sitting on my bed in any clothes that have been or will be worn outside so this meant standing or sitting on the floor to put on shoes. It also meant you can’t relax in the room for a bit without being in the bed.
- Shower: The shower divider is a bit small and there’s no curtain so the floor gets wet often. The water pressure and temperature were good though.
- Cleanliness: Initially staff came and cleaned our rooms thoroughly, but towards the end of our stay we noticed a lack of attention. For instance, our beds were made and they left fresh bottles of water in the fridge, but the trash wasn’t taken out. Or they left their cleaning products in the bathroom. Or they didn’t leave two rolls of toilet paper or sanitary napkin disposal bags. Some things were great and others not so much.
- Wifi: The wifi was terrible and barely worked. It was unbearable slow. We ended up having to use our data throughout our stay or using the wifi in restaurants to catch up on emails, messages, etc.
- Sound: These rooms are not sound proofed in the slightest. We heard everything going on around and above us. This means every time someone entered or exited their rooms, had conversations, rolled their suitcases along the hallway upstairs, a car passed by outside, etc.we heard it.

Finally, while a few of these aren’t necessarily pros or cons they weren’t ideal:

- Gym: Pretty small and limited to one room at a time (which is great) but it’s freezing in there. With limited equipment and space it’s hard to get a good workout. Also if you don’t read Spanish the treadmill can be hard to work
- Breakfast: Breakfast is fairly bare bones with limited options. If you can find 1-2 things you can eat consistently you’ll be okay, but it won’t be anything to write home about. If it’s included in your hotel package you might as well take advantage of it so that you’re not wasting your money, but I doubt we would add it to our package again.

Overall the hotel is okay. The location is what really made this place shine. We wouldn’t stay there again unless they upgraded some things, but if you don’t care about any of the cons above this place is a good choice.

Everything was great! We thing that everything starts from the hotel and Ilunion Almirante was the best start to our travel to Barcelona! Me and my sister we had 4 amazing nights there! Our room was super cozy, the bed was huge and comfy and the view just a dream! They had everything and everyday our room was very very clean. KAREN deserves everything he was at the reception the first person we met and he helped us a lot with any information we NEED. Also Maria and Karina there was also very kind and friendly with us! I suggest you ilunion for sure! Also is very close to the center you can go everywhere with your legs and the street is super safe. We will go again for sure! Buen hotel, moderno y tranquilo.
Ah! Pedir habitaciones planta 8° tendréis balcón con vistas a la ciudad.
Lo peor, hacia poco que habían abierto y el desayuno era anárquico las pobres camareras (sólo2) hacían un esfuerzo bestial.
Eso a mejorar

Una habitación que parecía un cuarto de maletas, la ventana daba a una pared, no había aire acondicionado, y lo peor de todo la habitación sucia, con bolas de pelos por el suelo. Nos tuvimos que ir por que se negaron a cambiarnos de habitación.

Reservo con cama de matrimonio y no tienen. Acepto. No hay agua caliente y bajo a quejarme porque no hay ni un triste cartel con el número de recepción. Me Dan otra habitación con agua caliente. Vaya.menos mal. Pero.cuando me doy cuenta, no hay toalla! Llamo por teléfono al hotel y me dicen que baje yo a por ellas. Muy mal servicio y todo muy mediocre. No sé merece las estrellas que tiene. Una y no más santo Tomás.

Reservamos este hotel dada su situación y facilidades cercanas.
24 horas antes de nuestra estancia nos informan de que el hotel esta cerrado debido a la pandemia del COVID. Nos facilitaron otro hotel de la misma cadena por el mismo precio, no obstante, la situación no era para nada cercana a nuestra preferencia.
No nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de descuento dada la situación ni agradecimiento por las molestias causadas.

PD: El baño se inunda.

La atención del personal buena. Pero hubo algunas incomodidades tales como:
-El ascensor.
- Demasiado ruido en las mañanas junto a la habitación. (611).
-La puerta del baño dañada.
-Poca ventilación y poca luz.
-Ruido notorio en las tuberías externas.
-Malos olores que selen del baño.

No es un hotel que merezca las 4 estrellas. Está viejo y descuidado. La habitación que nos tocó era pequeña, hasta el punto de que casi no había espacio entre los pies de la cama y la pared. La limpieza deja mucho que desear y lo peor, que me parece el colmo, los empleados deberían hacer un curso de educación y amabilidad, porque se cruzan contigo en el pasillo y no son capaces de formular un “Buenos días”.

Very clean well presented hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality and choices for breakfast in good location for exploring Barcelona. Highly recommended.

La situación es estratégica si quieres disfrutar de la zona antigua de Barcelona; el personal es amable y el hotel es correcto

Un trato muy amable, fui allí por la cabalgata de reyes y unas vistas bastante buenas, disfrutamos mucho con el espectáculo audiovisual.

Nice hotel, very quiet, friendly reception staff, all areas very clean in the hotel. Nice room, just not very big but everything you need in there. Comfy bed. Views not good out of our room window. Good selection for breakfast, buffet style.

Not very clean, very noisy with paper thin walls and doors, seems like the people in the corridor are passing in your room. Don’t expect to have a good night if sleep there. The only good point is the fast internet.

Loved the location and simplicity of the hotel loved the standard of the room but honestly could do with a little refresh. Would stay again.

Nel complesso buono, hotel pulito ma un po' vecchio, un po' di manutenzione sarebbe da fare. Situato in zona centrale vicino a Plaza Catalunya con Starbucks a pochi passi per l'eventuale colazione, ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos di Barcellona. Nota dolente: gli infissi. La notte si sentiva tutto il traffico della strada pur essendo al 4 piano.

Rooms are small and not well appointed, typical of old center City standards. Services are minimal. 3 stars is generous.

I can't understand how this hotel has 4 stars. We booked rooms at 110 eur/night. See on the photos what we got. The stuff at the front desk was not friendly at all, our rooms and common area were in very used shape. Not coming back.

Hotel was better than expected. Very central location. All very clean and well stocked. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Fridge. Fabulous breakfast and a panoramic view of the city from the balcony! Thanks and will be back.

Hotel céntrico, y cómodo para moverse. Cama grande y un poco incómoda. Habitación exterior con muchísimo ruido y por la noche frío, la tv estaba bloqueada y su única solución fue cambiarme de habitación a las 23: 00h.
Me dejé un cargador en la habitación y tras varias llamadas para que me lo devolvieran su repuesta era que ahí no estaba.en fin es un cargador pero el detalle me pareció feo.
