Hotel Indigo Barcelona - Plaza Catalunya

Estancia acogedora, excelente ubicación. Nos alojamos por dos noches, las habitaciones eran bastante espaciosas. Se proporcionó agua gratis. Aunque el personal del desayuno fue muy amable, no entendí su nombre, pero es genial, me llamó Pedri :) por mi camiseta. La ubicación es buena, cerca del distrito comercial y de muchas opciones de comida asiática.

La ubicación es muy buena, comunicación excelente con el centro de la ciudad. El personal es maravilloso, atentos, serviciales y muy amables. La habitación genial, unas vistas increíbles.

Muy recomendable calidad- precio. Volveré

Bonito hotelito en Barcelona. Una excelente ubicación en la ciudad xlose al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y están limpias. El hotel es muy tranquilo a pesar de estar en una calle concurrida. Tiene una bonita piscina y un pequeño gimnasio también. El desayuno era un estilo europeo típico pero lo suficientemente bueno para comenzar el día. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que vaya a Barcelona.

Hermoso hotel Camas muy cómodas. Un agradecimiento especial a Adrian en la recepción. Fue muy útil y conocedor. El hotel apreció el estado de IHG y fue muy acogedor y la recepción ayudó con el taxi.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta en el corazón de la ciudad, cerca de excelentes restaurantes y atracciones. Un excelente hotel para explorar Barcelona. No se necesitan coches.

Tenga cuidado si camina fuera del hotel por la noche. Este es un problema de Barcelona, ​​no del hotel.

Había reservado 2 suites con vista a la piscina con 3 días de anticipación. El personal del hotel trató de reubicar nuestras dos habitaciones después del primer día en una habitación básica, la mitad del tamaño de una suite, con vista a una pared. Nuestras habitaciones durante los últimos dos días en cuestión se pagaron en efectivo, no con puntos, lo que hizo que este intento de rebaja pareciera aún peor. Usaron algún pretexto falso para tratar de hacer esto. Lo gracioso es que soy miembro Platinum Elite de IHG y, por lo general, se supone que debo mejorar mis habitaciones, no degradarlas. Después de hablar con el gerente, pude mantener nuestras habitaciones, pero a costa de desperdiciar una hora de nuestra mañana y, posteriormente, estropear nuestro itinerario para ese día. En un momento, se ofrecieron a reembolsar nuestro desayuno por los 3 días para las 3 personas de nuestro grupo, pero cuando pregunté sobre eso al momento de pagar, simplemente me dijeron que "no era posible". Además de todo esto, los lavabos de la habitación estaban sucios y no los habían limpiado los visitantes anteriores, en las mesas del buffet de desayuno estaban sucias y no estaban preparadas para los huéspedes por la mañana. Los vasos para jugo y agua no estaban limpios y eran del tamaño de vasos de chupito. Supongo que están tratando de ahorrar algo de dinero en jugo y agua.todos los demás hoteles en los que nos alojamos en España tenían Cava que podías beber junto con tu desayuno. Hotel Indigo tenía varias botellas de Cava en un lugar destacado en el buffet del desayuno, pero cuando me preguntaron por ellas, me dijeron que eran puramente decorativas.qué tipo de operación falsa es esta. Ah, y también teníamos 3 vales de bebida por mi estado que no pudimos usar porque el cava era solo para decorar en el buffet. Además, el ascensor estuvo roto la mayor parte del viaje...
Básicamente, este hotel y su personal son engañosos, intentan engañar a sus clientes, el desayuno es una broma y debes evitarlo cuando planifiques tu viaje a Barcelona.

Just arrived and don't want to put low star rating, as my review is about breakfast only.arrived early morning and had breakfast. Big disappointment as i have other places to compare with indigo in Barcelona.no hot breakfast, no porridge, no hot eggs.whatever on the buffet doesn't look fresh, sunny side up 3 eggs are cold, bacon, rice, beans all freezing cold.no a la carte menu has been offered.coffee machine doesn't make a good coffee, it s more like banquet coffee, not fresh. Also the ambience is dull, not inviting, dark and no good music or TV. Indigo London offered hot a la carte breakfast, variety, freshness, ambience and presentation was amazing.so, I assume it should be more or less standard as my expectations was to have the same in Barcelona. Holiday Inn alt Opera in Frankfurt has way better breakfast (variety of bakeries, bread, pastries, hot dishes.hot like steaming hot). I think this place took it for granted bcz of popular location.need a big improvement for me to come back.

Very nice hotel, i put 5 stars especially for louis who was very hard working and very helpful during his night shift. It's good to have a perfect service even at late night hours.

They looted money from one of my friend's luggage that they left locked inside the room.

I was reading your reviews as we need to book this hotel for our trip. There is some theft reviews. I got sacred and you guys are threatening the victim This is ridiculus. Why would someone do that. So i searched further as i thought this might be wrong review or fake. I read the same thing happened with someone else in 2017. So it means there is something wrong with your hotel. I am attaching the other images so this proves that client is not that wrong or may be you are unaware of this all thing. So its better try to find the real culprit. We really wanted to stay in your hotel.

Aircondition didn’t work properly and the hotel sent a guy to fix it, but the problem was not fixed. The keycards stopped working several times and we had to go back to the front desk to fix them. The interior of the hotel is worn down and the hotel is in dire need of a renovation. Also they have put rituals soaps and lotion bottles in the rooms, but filled them with something entirely different and cheep products.

A verified traveller got her precious stuff stolen from the bloody room. No CCTV nothing? 99% the staff is involved in this. Terrible Terrible incident. IHG needs to look into this matter seriously.

Very nice, well kept hotel. I purchased the small room but it was still reasonable. Refrigerator, tea kettle, nespresso machine. Bed was too firm for me. The pillows were a solid 1 star, very poor. Very quiet. Huge outside seating areas with comfortable furniture. Windows that open. Housekeeping that honors Do Not Disturb sign. Great location one block from the big shopping and restaurants. Easy metro from the airport or Sants train station.

Tuve la suite, esperaba más sinceramente, nada del otro mundo, el cabecero con polvo y los cruasán que había pedido súper duros. Quise bajar luego al bar a las 10 pm y no había servicio.

Absolutely great hotel staff but noise insulation very poor. Marcus and Hans were really great and helpful.can't remember remember other 2 ladies names but they were very friendly as well.the pool was the highlight in our stay.hotel itself is very central with good transport links and very near to Catalunya Place.recommended but try get a room with no other rooms connecting if not you may not enjoy your sleep

Convenient location and they were able to accommodate early check in if I upgraded. The room was really nice but smelled musty and like smoke. It also was right next to the elevator which was horrendous.

Its lobby it's massive and you can sit and chill out literally everywhere throughout the whole reception area

Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre im Zentrum von Barcelona. Personal (alle) sehr hilfsbereit un kompetent. Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet, und nur 700m vom Aerobus entfernt.

The place is clean and modern with good facilities and 24hr room service. The staff are polite and helpful but a few things that could be planned better. E.g. The chair under the dressing table/desk does not have wheels, is very heavy and there is a carpet you have to lift it over to pull it back out from under the desk. Also there is an orchid on the bathroom sink taking up a lot of the already limited space. The hallway carpets are very tired and the lighting in the room is insufficient for me. The hotel is well designed and good value for money. Please stop putting the dirty decorative pillows on the clean bed pillows.
Edit: removed a star because the food is pretty bad. Unseasoned and pre-made.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé entre la Sagrada et les Ramblas à pied. Personnel très agréable et compétent. A recommander pour passer un bon week-end à Barcelone.

Hotel location is quite good for sightseeing and easy to find.i stayed in a room near swimming room with affordable price.
But location of that room was little bit awkward because it feels like semi-basement.

Plaça de Catalunya is so close that a alot to see and shops to go shopping.if i go there again, i would rather stay over 2nd floor.:)

We only had a late night drink with friends who were staying here. From what I could see, it's seems somewhere really good to stay in Barcelona
