Si el hotel es fabuloso, el personal es fantástico. El trato recibido por todos ha sido excelente y muy profesional. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa desde la recepción el restaurante y el servicio de habitaciones.
Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia.

Acogedor, elegante, muy cómodo, alternativo por su ubicación y su arquitectura ecléctica. Me encanta su estilo. Precios medio alto a corde con su calidad. Muy recomendable para viajeros y autóctonos. Buen gusto en la decoración.

Hablaré como servicio de bar y diré que no vuelvo a este local. Quería tomarme algo en la terraza con mi perrito y relajarme porque está en una ubicación excepcional. Para empezar el.bitones me hizo entrar al hotel con el perro, cuando le dije que no creía que fuese lo oportuno, para después llegar a la barra del bar y que me dijeran que no podía estar ahí con mi acompañante (como ya me pude imaginar) les dije que solo quería tomarme algo en la terraza y así lo hice volví a salir por la puerta, pero el mal rato me lo podría haber ahorrado. El problema fue cuando estuve 20 minutos esperando a que alguien se dignara a salir a tomar nota y más aún cuando solo habían 3 mesas ocupadas fuera.en definitiva una decepción

Servicio muy atento y amable. Siempre nos acomodó al hacer reservas para cenar en la ciudad. Excelente ubicación a poca distancia de restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento.

Fuimos al restaurante A para una celebración y la experiencia fue de 10. La atención exquisita, el menú y la materia prima de primerísima calidad y el espacio, decoración ideal. Los tiempos fueron los correctos lo que se convirtió en una experiencia maravillosa. Gracias, lo recomiendo 100%.

Hotel muy bonito idealmente situado en el corazón del Barrio Gótico de Barcelona. Cerca de todos los servicios, ocio y restaurantes, el hotel ofrece servicios de alta gama. Nos alojamos en uno de los apartamentos: fabuloso, muy bien equipado, con aire acondicionado e insonorizado. El personal es muy acogedor y atento.

Nunca había experimentado tanta ayuda de "extraños" en una emergencia. Gracias de nuevo por su ayuda con mi hijo.

El Hotel Neri me ha sorprendido en todos los sentidos. Su ubicación es única al estar a pocos pasos de la Catedral de Barcelona. El Hotel combina a la perfección el estilo clásico propio de los Relais & Chateaux, con la modernidad y elegancia de un Hotel con historia renovado. El aperitivo y baño en la zona de la piscina, con vistas a toda la ciudad, ha sido un momento único y especial que recomiendo a todos aquellos que busquen una experiencia íntima más allá de lo convencional. El restaurante me ha sorprendido con una carta variada y creativa, donde la “fougasse” con pesto de tomate y el canelón de calamares me han robado el corazón. El personal sabe lo que hace, los camareros conocen la carta y sus sugerencias son del todo acertadas. Sin duda el Hotel Neri es ahora uno de mis rincones favoritos de la Ciudad Condal.

Excelente hotel en el corazón del barrio Gótico de Barcelona. El personal fue particularmente acogedor y servicial. Thomas el caballero de la puerta, Mauro el conserje (y su colega una señorita, cuyo nombre no recuerdo) merecen una mención especial.

Empezamos nuestras vacaciones en el Hotel Neri y quedamos absolutamente encantados con nuestra estancia allí. Desde la cálida bienvenida a nuestra llegada a nuestra hermosa y cómoda habitación y el delicioso desayuno cada día, no podríamos haber estado más satisfechos. La ubicación también era excelente para muchos de los sitios y restaurantes que queríamos visitar.
Todo el personal fue muy agradable y con ganas de agradar. Thomas hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. ¡Él es un verdadero tesoro!
Al final de nuestra estadía no queríamos irnos, pero nos aseguraremos de quedarnos nuevamente la próxima vez que estemos en Barcelona.

Excelente ubicación con habitaciones bien diseñadas. ¡Amplio buffet de desayuno y un sólido menú de almuerzo!

La ubicación es buena, pero el personal nos hizo sentir menos por nuestra nacionalidad. Tratan mejor a huéspedes de otros países no latinoamericanos. No es un buen lugar para sentirse apreciado. A eso le sumamos que no tuvimos agua caliente durante dos noches y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Ofrecen servicio de hotel y no cambian toallas ni tiran la basura. No recomendado y no regresaríamos de nuevo.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Barcelona and dare I say…ever? The hotel smelled amazing, it was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and in the perfect location. A hidden gem. But the true star is the staff! They were so kind, attentive and genuinely happy to see us each day. We can’t thank them enough for making us feel so welcome.

We stayed at the hotel Neri recently and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is perfect as it is tucked away but so central to everything. The staff was amazing! Our room made our first stay in Barcelona so nice with the location, cleanliness, amenities, and washer/dryer! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We picked this hotel because it was in such a beautifully renovated gothic building. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it had so much more to offer. The staff here was phenomenal! A lot of 5 star hotels encourage their people to be courteous but aloof, here everyone was kind, welcoming, funny and friendly. From the manager to the bartenders everyone at this boutique hotel was wonderful!

If you visit I guarantee you will be charmed by Thomas, the hotel’s concierge/doorman/porter/ambassador and all around delightful human being. He helped us with anything we needed and always greeted us warmth.

Giovanni was another highlight of our trip. He took care of us every morning at breakfast and we exchanged stories about having both lived in New York. He couldn’t have been more lovely.

Incredible stay - the service was amazing, in room dining was delicious and the vibes were perfect. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic accommodation! Additionally everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect vacation.

Hotel Neri is tucked in the heart of the gothic quarter and walking distance to many attractions (please keep this in mind when dealing with luggage as taxi through the alleyways are generally not permitted). A very beautiful and quaint hotel overlooking a historic courtyard, I couldn’t be more happy. Huge shout out to Mauro and Thomas for making my stay at Hotel Neri a special one!

Stunning hotel and excellent service. Location couldn't be better. Hotel interior is lovely. Breakfast was superb. Truly a 5 star experience. Staff were brilliant also, specially Thomas who is a great character. Pool on the roof was also really great.

Es un antiguo Palacio (dos palacios) y eso se aprecia a partir de la misma entrada. Es histórico y señorial con mucha historia. Algunas de las habitaciones tienen vistas a la plaza Felipe Neri -precioso, de verdad. Imposible estar más sumergido en el Gótico. El servicio es personalizado y el trato, excelente.

We had the most magical honeymoon stay at Hotel Neri. The location is perfect and facilities are beautiful, quaint and full of character. The staff are so nice and helpful. The rooftop terrace is peaceful and the breakfast is wonderful. Cannot recommend more.

I cannot speak highly enough of hotel Neri and their staff. They provided superb care and service, which was especially helpful and appreciated because we had an unexpected health challenge during our stay. The staff were so kind, supportive, and helpful during our vulnerable experience. In addition to this, their service regarding typical needs such as transportation to the airport, dinner reservations, help with taxis… were perfect. They provided such kindness and detailed care and service that I felt as if we were staying with family. The staff also seemed like family amongst themselves. They had a camaraderie and sense of reliability and kinship amongst themselves, that is rare to witness. It speaks volumes about the leadership and culture at this hotel. Finally, the location was fantastic, our room and the common areas of the hotel were beautiful, and their living garden on the rooftop was a serene oasis. Hotel Neri was an excellent choice for me and my husband’s stay in Barcelona. It was our first time visiting the city, so we felt like the gothic quarter was a great location for this. Despite the huge crowds and tourists that flocked the gothic quarter during our time here, Hotel Neri felt quiet and like it was in our own private area. All staff members were friendly and helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. The “a bar” was a great restaurant for both food and drinks. The rooftop pool was cute and a great place to hang out and relax after a long day of exploring the city. Our hotel room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona!

While the hotel itself was nice and almost everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful (especially Tomas!), my experience was tainted by this one lead male waiter from the bar/restaurant. My first encounter was by the elevator where I said hello but he never greeted back. Perhaps he was busy? Fine. Then at breakfast, he seemed to only talk to my partner but not me (the reservation was under my name). There was no eye contact when he talked to me. The third encounter was when he delivered room service, again same experience. It felt as if he had something against me from the get go, which I don’t understand (prejudice? If so, it wouldn’t be the first time I experienced it in Barcelona this trip, and I also saw some racist graffiti on the wall of a Chinese restaurant). I lived in New York for the most of the last decade, so I don’t expect and nor do I need fuzzy warm greetings from strangers, but in any service establishment no matter where, one should minimally expect a welcome and courtesy from its staff - any staff, let alone a 5-star hotel, associated with Relais & Chateau.

The stay at Hotel Neri was fantastic and one of the best parts of our trip to Barcelona. Rooms were fantastic, the decor was interesting, the bar, terrace, and rooftop pool made every moment fun and new. The team at Neri helped with all of our requests including scheduling covid tests, rides, guides, recommendations, and the bartenders even remembered our orders. The hotel was in a fantastic location and felt even more safe as they have a lock system and only allow in guests. Special thanks to Thomas for making the stay special and making us feel special at Hotel Neri.

Hotel Neri is fantastic. Thomas and all the staff are all extremely accommodating. We had an excellent restaurant recommendation and were able to get last minute reservations. The rooms are large, comfortable, and extremely well soundproofed. Something that's hard to come by in the hearts of old European cities.

Lobby restaurant is great, parking is near by, nothing not to like about this place.

We stayed at Hotel Neri and Casa Neri Apartments from this February and we will definitely be back! The rooms are well designed and clean and the location in the Gothic Quarter is perfect for walking around.

Most importantly I feel the hotel/apartment team were the the highlight of the hotel. Not only were they incredibly helpful when we needed to get around but also went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and like family! The managers and front desk even helped us organise a last minute Rapid test visit on a Sunday at a clinic we wouldn’t have found without his help!

Special mention to Thomas who took extra special care of us, he always made sure that we had all we needed for a special stay and his warm personality made us excited to come back when we went to Valencia in between our trip. He was always extremely professional and even told my taxi driver to take special care of me when I was travelling to the shopping mall alone. Hotel Neri is very blessed to have such dedicated and special staff.

We will definitely recommend our friends to stay here when they visit Barcelona.

Petit hotel al centre del centre, ideal per a pasar-hi alguna nit en parella. En diríem hotel amb encant però ens quedaríem curts, té un bon restaurant, tot és molt bonic i acollidor i el tracte molt amable. Taules del restaurant a la plaça Sant Felip Neri. A més, hi ha una petita terrassa per prendre el sol i una copa, i el cafè és molt bo: una molt bona descoberta. Més que recomanable

This is definitely one of the best places I’ve ever been. And why? Amazing signature cocktails by the maestro, Eduardo. I tasted 4 of his crafted/signature creations and it’s absolutely mind blowing. It’s Michelin star liquid experiences…I strongly recommend. I didn’t stay for dinner but Eduardo also mentioned that would be a must next time. This cocktail bar should have a queue. Absolutely amazing!

My experience at Hotel Neri was beyond exceptional. From the rooms, to the above level amenities, and most importantly the exceptional staff. The experience that the staff provided is really what made my stay so lovely. The restaurant and bar staff, especially Anas and Eduardo, went out of there way to provide an upscale and genuine experience, while making me feel exceptionally welcome. They continued to provide next level service experience by providing other recommendations in Barcelona, as well as other places i visited during my time in the area. I was sad to leave, and would 100% come back again. This is definitely the place to stay if you are visiting Barcelona. Five Stars all the way around.

My husband and I got to this place by accident, because it was on the way to our hotel. And what I want to say: how picky we are, we liked EVERYTHING! We thought we'd have a cocktail and go further, but we liked it so much that we didn't even want to leave and we ordered more.and more)

Hotel Neri is the best hotel I have visited. The staff there provide professional, caring, attentive service. I was overwhelmed by their efforts and felt that they were there just for me. My room was clean and spacious, and provided all I needed for a perfect stay in Barcelona. I loved the location, perfect for exploring the lovely, historical Gothic Quarter. I felt the spirit of those who had been there before. The on-site restaurant "a Restaurant" also provided great food and service. I could not have been happier. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will return as soon as possible.

You have to come here for many reasons but the main reason needs to be Eduardo, the bartender. A man that knows his craft and his passion can be felt through his drinks and in-depth explanations as to why his signature cocktails are made. We stumbled upon the bar randomly and then cancelled our reservation for the next night to spend it again with Eduardo. It was a pleasure and we will be back whenever we are in Barcelona. Also try the Fougasse bread!

Sitting in the heart of the gothic quarter, Hotel Neri is not only conveniently located in an area where most things are within a 15 min walk, but the charm of the hotel really shines through. The rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous, and the overall aesthetic lends to a very charming boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly and the food/drink you can purchase at the on premise restaurant are better than most hotels I've been to. Definitely considering staying here next time you're in Barcelona!

A true gem of a hotel! Staff is attentive and friendly at all times, truly no task or challenge is too big (especially Thomas takes his duty to another level- Danke mein Freund). The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. They managed to design this place respectful without destroying its natural charisma and historic charme. The apartments are beautiful renovated in a modern but cosy style. All the food i had thus far has been quality and priced fairly. Definitely my favorite hotel in Barcelona and from the Relais & Chateaux portfolio.

Hotel Neri has exceptional service in the the heart of the Gothic quarter of Barcelona. Edwardo was especially accommodating. His passion and care enhanced my experience. He made it truly a special. Ask for “The sinner or the winner” - mixology at its finest. The quality of food and service was exceptional. The best!

I highly recommend this hotel from the time my husband and I arrived until we left the staff were extremely helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! The front desk knew when our flight was and they called to order the taxi for us. When the taxi arrived, Thomas helped us with our bags and put them into the cab for us. It was a complete door to door experience. Thank you again Hotel Neri staff - we will definitely be back again!

Soy de Barcelona y después de ir durante muchos años a cenar o simplemente tomar algo, hoy sobre las 19.30 de la tarde, estando sólo una mesa ocupada en la terraza y otras dos con el cartel de reservado, nos dicen q no podemos tomar nada, ni dentro q también estaba casi vacío ni fuera.
Es una pena q la política del hotel esté sólo enfocada al turismo y abandone a la clientela q llevamos toda la vida consumiendo en nuestra ciudad.

What a beautiful experience! The Hotel Neri staff was super attentive, and made us feel as if we were their only guests. The in-house restaurant "a" provided one of the best dining experiences of our stay (which is saying something in a city like Barcelona). The rooftop pool offered a pleasant escape from the heat of the streets, and the convenient call service made sure we were never without a cocktail while we lounged. Added to that, the location is probably the best in the city, located on a famous square, and you'll hear the bells of the neighboring Barcelona Cathedral. We will absolutely be coming back to Hotel Neri whenever we are in Barcelona.

Probably the best hotel we have stayed at in Europe. Clean rooms, great breakfast, stacked bar, and rooftop pool. The staff was extremely thoughtful and helpful from the moment we showed up until we left. The front desk was very accommodating and made our stay effortless with helping to set up COVID testing in room to calling a taxi for us when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and when we come back to a Barcelona we will definitely be staying here again!

Llegamos a las 10: 54 preguntando si podemos tomar un café y croissant en la terraza de arriba, a lo que el camarero nos responde que la terraza no abre hasta las 11. Le decimos que vamos a dar un paseo y volvemos a las 11: 01. A las 11: 01 el camarero nos dice que la terraza no está lista porque la tienen que montar.

Como no queremos molestar mucho le decimos que no pasa nada, nos lo tomaremos en la terraza de la plaza. El camarero nos responde que no pueden servir croissant después de las 11. Le decimos que nos tendría que haber avisado o darnos una solución. Parece que en su cruzada contra los croissants no existe la flexibilidad, así que como no se nos permite desayunar nos hemos tenido que ir sin desayunar.

No vayáis sobre las 11 de la mañana que es cuando le cortocircuita el cerebro. O mejor no vayáis

Hotel con encanto, espectacular habitación con vistas a la plaza y un trato excelente. Pasamos una noche inolvidable para acabar con un desayuno con todo lujo de detalles.
