Hotel ubicado en una posición estratégica. Personal muy amable, limpieza excelente a tiro de piedra de la Rambla.

Fui a visitar a unos amigos a su habitación y el recepcionista no me dejó subir a la planta de ellos, tuvieron que bajar mis amigos para que pudiera pasar! No creo tener pinta de ladrón o persona maleante como para tener que soportar un trato así. Un cero al recepcionista!

Posizione ottima, camere belle ma rumorose, nel mio caso ho preso la quadrupla e sopra c'è la palestra. Vi lascio immaginare. Reception h24 comoda ma solo per salutarvi, il resto serve a gran poco visto che all'arrivo mi hanno consegnato la stanza al pomeriggio anziché mattina e ho riscontrato un problema alla porta del wc che rimaneva aperta, segnalato mi hanno detto che l'indomani avrebbero provveduto. Ho lasciato la camera e ancora la porta era rotta.

Très bel hôtel au cœur de la vieille ville, juste un peu bruyant la nuit, le petit déjeuner est cheap mais pas cher.

During our recent trip to Barcelona, we had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Hesperia Barcelona Barri Gòtic, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The location of the hotel is simply superb, situated in the charming Gothic Quarter and within walking distance of numerous attractions such as The Picasso Museum and the historic Barcelona Cathedral. Additionally, being just a block away from the Marina and Barcelona Beach added an extra touch of convenience and enjoyment to our stay.

The hotel itself is well maintained and generally very clean, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests. However, it's worth mentioning that the carpets in the hallways could benefit from replacement, as they appeared worn and in need of refreshing. Nonetheless, this minor issue did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.

One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional pet-friendly service provided by the staff. We had informed them in advance about bringing our dog along, as required, and upon arrival, we were delighted to find that they had prepared a plush bed, a ball, and food and water bowls for our furry companion. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated as pet owners. The staff throughout our stay were consistently friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Over the course of three nights, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hesperia Barcelona Barri Gòtic. In terms of pricing, we found it to be reasonable when compared to other hotels in the vicinity, especially considering its prime location. The combination of a great location, well-maintained facilities, exceptional pet-friendly service, and friendly staff made our stay a memorable one.

A good three star hotel in a great location. Sadly, not up there on the breakfast front, so best eat out as there's lots of choice nearby.

Nice hotel, good location near the naval area.we stayed in a group of 5 girls in the family suite.very spacious, clean.the receptionist at the night time was very kind and also the lady but the receptionist at the day time was a bit rude.my friend's phone was robbed and we went to the check in desk to ask some infos like where we can find a police station or who we should call to have some help.he seemed a bit annoyed by us.when we came back and checked out he didn't have the dignity to ask once how was the stay in the hotel or if we were ok after what happened.that's not how you treat your guests.

Unfortunatly the treadmill in the gym is not working and in general the sports equipment is a bit old. Also after I ask almost every day to make the treadmill working again, nothing happens. Besides the the front desk stuff is very friendly, everything is clean. Air-conditioning in the room is a bit loud. Very closed to a the City Center. Overall not Bad)

Chambre au 1er étage très sombre donnant sur un puits de lumière. L'accès à la douche est inacceptable, il faut enjamber le WC pour y accéder.
La décoration était parfaite mais vu la taille, il n'y a pas de place pour un réfrigérateur mentionné dans un commentaire précédent

La calidad de las cosas en la habitación y las instalaciones en general parecen más de un hotel 2 que 3 estrellas. El ruido que hace el colchón con solo acostarse es enorme, me despertaba cada vez que rotaba mientras dormía de noche. El tamaño de las habitaciones es pequeño, sin enchufes de uno de los lados de la cama. La ubicación es buena si se quiere estar a mitad de camino de ña parte más céntrica y turística y la playa.

Estetycznie, czysto, pokój typu superior w cenie i wielkości przyzwoitej jak na Barcelonę. Jedyny mankament to bucząca klimatyzacja, a przy otwartym oknie spać się nie da ze względu na hałas z barów przy ulicy. No ale cóż, taka okolica:)

Beautiful location. Quiet and very cozy. Easy to go around surrounded buy restaurants, bars. And cute stores. Definitely worth the price which was by the way very convenient

Hotel muy céntrico. Habitaciones impecables. Trato familiar y muy profesional. Sin duda volveré.

Hotel bien situé, assez propre (malgré taches sur les tapis de couloir) mais chambre avec vue sur puit de lumière sale, limite clostrophrobiant. Service accueil minimal, serviettes OK mais en quantité insufisante (nous devions nous servir nous-memes sur le rack a serviettes de la femme de chambre). PAS DE FRIGO (inacceptable), lits très inconfortables (durs et craquants/bruyants), nous avions demandé lit double mais avons obtenu 2 lits simples.collés. Coffret de sureté non fonctionnel a notre arrivée (service de maintenance absent jusqu'au lendemain matin pour venir réparer le probleme), air climatisé non réglable. Avions demandé wake up call a 7 heure AM pour être réveillé a temps (avion a prendre le lendemain matin mais avons JAMAIS été réveillé par l'appel-réveil tel que demandé). Déjeuner offert insuffisant / insatisfaisant (4 euros pour patisserie commerciale et café). Évier de SDB bouché. Payé beaucoup trop cher pour la gamme de service recu. Nous n'y retournerons certainemement pas. Je suis un voyageur d'expérience et cet hotel charge trop cher pour le service et la qualité obtenue (point de vue personnel).

El Hotel está muy céntrico, cerca de las Ramblas, del mar, y Plaza Cataluña. Las habitaciones amplias e impecables. El personal muy atento y profesional. Repetiremos. El Jefe de Recepción, Albert nos hizo sentir como en casa. Gracias

Fatal. Más de 200€ por una habitación doble en la que no se puede descansar. Muchísimos ruidos de la calle con unas ventanas que no aíslan, estando en el segundo piso. El grifo del lavabo moviéndose a punto de romperse y olor a cañería. No recuerdo haber estado tan mal por tanto dinero en ninguna otra ocasión.

El hotel y ubicación excelente.la recepcionista ashley tuvimos un problema con el check out ya que somos una empresa y hicieron la reserva pensábamos que estaba pagada.la comentábamos que teníamos que irnos que trabajar eran las 6 de la mañana y nos trató como si fuéramos a robar o irnos sin pagar.me obligaba de muy malas formas a que dejáramos las maletas.la comentamos que volvíamos a las doce y ella seguía con muy malos modales.creo que este tipo de gente no debería estar cara al público.una pena porque nos encantaba este hotel e íbamos a cogerlo como hotel cada vez que fuéramos a Barcelona.jamás nadie me ha hecho sentir asi

The location is excellent! Walking distance to almost everything. However, walls feel a bit thin (bit of noise), and there's a bit of a stale scent in the hotel (could easily be remedied by opening some windows). I think that if you're going to be out most of the day, it's very well worth it! However, if you like to spend a lot of time inside the hotel, you shouldn't consider it. It's also right across the street from the famous Sensi tapas restaurant.

Nice well kept and clean hotel. The room was a closet but it's perfect position in the Gothic quarter makes it a great place to go touring the sites of Barcelona.

Absolutely superb location, may appear on a side walk but once you explore around you realize the importance of this location. Medy the front office manager was so helpful and friendly. The direction to Ramblas is just few Km away. Many tapas joints fringe around this street. Rooms were small but very tidy and comfy beds. We even had a nespresso in the room!

I have seen this place described as a "smart choice". I just CanNot understand why!
I see absolutely nothing "smart" about this overpriced! Hostel-like place.

I actually got a better! Deal at a 5* hotel on Las Ramblas!

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, schöne, saubere Zimmer. Zur Srasse etwas laut, durch Partyvolk und Abfallentsorgung. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Was very pleased with my stay here. Good location as i was equally as close to the beach as I was the city centre. Just a 5-10 minute walk in the sun shine for both.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. They kindly let me check in 2 hours early, which was awesome.

Would definitely stay here again.

Cumple exactamente expectativas. Cama espectacular para el que llega agotado y necesita un buen descanso. Algunos detalles del desayuno le quitan valor, pero cumple.

Albergo in posizione strategica ma prenotando con booking ci hanno dato una camera angusta. ;praticamente con una finestrina che da su un cunicolo interno senza luce. Pericolosa in caso di incendio.camera comunque pulita. All'entrata sempre puzzo di fogna

Location is great. Other than that, room is tiny, smell of smoke in all places, including the non smoking rooms. Showers are outdated. Staff is great, and breakfast is nice

Currently staying here and have been made feel so welcome, the details in the room are so thoughtful, and the proximity to attractions is spot on. Came back from a day exploring and a surprise card, cake, cava and jellies were in my room for my friends birthday. Not to mention the chocolates on the pillow, who doesn't like that? !

Chambre 3 adultes mais un lit d'appoint. Salle de bain sans aucunes possibilités de rangements et climatisation non réglable. Hôtel très bien placé et chambre spacieuse.

Great location and a very nice hotel. Some of the rooms look out onto an airshaft, when we were given one of those we complained and they moved to a lovely 4th floor room with a small but cool balcony looking out over the Bari Gotic, which was great. I'd recommend the breakfast buffet of fresh food as many of the locale shops don't open until later. A very nice stay.

Rooms are very small, but well dressed. It is a small hotel however the location is superb. Perfect to be your base within Barcelona.

Cute little hotel in the old quarter, close to both the historical sights and the beach. The staff was very helpful and, for once, they prepared all pre-requested amenities in time. The room was small but very clean. There is a small gym that is very well appointed. A good place to stay on a budget in Barcelona.
