Estoy muy contento por el trabajo realizado por la agencia Housing-Bcn. Son muy buenos profesionales, con muy buen equipo y con una relación hacia el cliente estupenda

Muchas de las recomendaciones que están disponibles no hacen justicia a lo que realmente sucede hoy. Vivo en el complejo que este grupo BCN housing empezó a gestionar en abril/2022. Desde esa fecha he tenido muchos problemas que no dan respuesta, no resuelven e incluso cierran incidencias sin satisfacción. Por ejemplo yo pasé todo el verano del 2022 sin aire acondicionado, pagué el servicio todo el periodo según el contrato y nunca respondieron y cumplieron con el contrato, el internet les pago el servicio y en el contrato, Tengo un problema desde el 23 de mayo, ahora en el 23 de junio y el problema de inestabilidad continúa. Cuidado de jardines, piscina, conserjería, entre otros, todos los servicios, incluido la seguridad fueron recortados al menos a la mitad, dando ninguna satisfacción y mucho menos beneficios económicos a los vecinos ya que los servicios disminuyeron. (Tengo todas las incidencias registradas) como prueba. Pagamos una cantidad considerable por el conjunto de beneficios, por el valor agregado, y eso no se está entregando. todo esto es posible porque alrededor del 70% son expatriados y piensan que no conocemos la ley local.
¡El peor empreza que he conocido en mi vida! Por esta razón, solicité que se rescindiera el contrato y nos vamos a un lugar que trata al cliente como una parte importante del negocio.

Be careful! We had a terrible experience with this company and I would never recommend them to any person! After we visited the apartment, we sent our documents to our contact person right away as we were very interested in the apartment. He told us all we need is our NIEs, our unlimited work contracts and the last 3 payslips. Then we received the link to reserve the apartment and we had to transfer a 1 month rent to confirm the reservation. In the reservation contract it says that if we decide not to take the apartment anymore and we step back, they are entitled to keep the money that we paid for the reservation. We now had 30 days to upload our documents on an online Plattform, where you also find the reservation contract and a chat to communicate with the agency. We found out we needed way more things than we were told (vida laboral, Spanish phone numbers for both me and my partner, segura de hogar that WE had to pay - not the landlord). We still agreed as we really liked the place and thought it was worth it. Then nothing happened and when we called the customer service they always told us to ask our questions in the chat as they did not have the information needed. For us it was not clear that we might not get the apartment at this point because our contact person had our documents before and we thought he checked them already before giving us the link for the reservation. We also told him when we need to move in because we had to leave our apartment for self use of the landlord. However, the customer service never knew anything about the status and in the chat they did not always respond to everything clearly. After 3 weeks of waiting we needed a decision from their side because we realized that nothing really happened and we had to move out soon and had to look again for other apartment. As we assumed that with the transaction of the money we would have the apartment, we of course stopped looking for other apartments. They never gave us a clear yes or no. In the end they told us that the insurance denied us even though the rent made 33% out of both of me and my partners salaries. We have talked to another insurance and they would have insured us without any issues. When we asked the agency to bring our own insurance, they denied and said that it had to be their insurance. In the end they asked for a co-signer that had an NIE and Spanish salary. As we are both from abroad we did not want to include any of our friends into this story and I suggested my mother from Germany (even though it was quite embarrassing for me to ask my mother at age 34 to be a co-signer for us.). However, they also denied this, even though we also send them her passport number and all information. 2 days before we had to move out I wanted them to write to us that they reject us as tenants because I knew they would keep the money if we say we step back. They never did. Instead they shut down the Plattform and we could not even have access to the contract we made anymore! Luckily we have downloaded the contract before and took screenshots of the chat! We think that the whole thing was super sketchy and not professional at all! The communication was more than bad and there was no customer service whatsoever! The first time I heard a sorry was when I called to get my money back from the guy on the hotline. I was very upset that they put us in this situation (we were able to extend our apartment for another week and then had to find another place within that time!) and I had to push hard on the phone to get the money back. They don’t tell you if and when you will have it on your account. We received the money in the end but it is very weird that they can keep the money if we step back from the contract but nothing happens when they reject us. They had all our information before to check! So for us, this is not a serious company and we believe that this was just a game for them to make us step back from the contract in order to keep the money. Very disappointing!

Me habian enviado la dirección incorrecta, además la persona que me iba a atender no me respondió antes de 15 minutos después el horario me me habían dado. Intenté llamar al Bcn Housing para que me ayudaran, pero se han quedado enfadados como que yo fue el problema. Solo quería ayuda. Tenía que irme al final porque no tenia más tiempo.que lío y una experiencia muy incómoda.

Muy profesionales y con gran disposición. Atentos a todo y con mucha voluntad para ayudar. Recomendado.

We've had a very good experience with Housing BCN when renting an apartment in Barcelona. Very clear communication throughout the whole process with Maria and Max and the team was always ready to help out with any questions.
