IFAR Financial Services Barcelona

Contracting an insurance is very easy and straightforward with IFAR. Things get different when you have an actual case which has to be resolved. We are currently waiting 4 weeks, and counting, for an easy resolution for a very urgent situation. I understand IFAR depends partly on the insurance company, Allianz, in this case but IFAR's support and course of action is very limited. They seem to accept the insurance company is not acting according to what our company contracted, without taking any responsibility.
